hello i would just like to inform you that you might not end up losing a bunch of weight if that is your goal because pilates sculpts your body! but you will still lose weight as it does burn calories.

@@riri_2205 try this once or twice a day, drink lots of water after working out & try to cut off on sugars and junk food in general. A workout will NEVER outdo a bad diet, so make sure you're eating a healthy diet too :)

I don't do this to achieve a certain goal or weight, I do it because it refreshes my body. Earlier I couldn't do a lot of your exercises properly (esp the side plank ones) but now 3 weeks into this and I am able to them very well ! My posture has gotten better. I feel more energised after doing these workouts rather than feeling tired. After doing 2-3 workout video of yours everyday I go for a walk. Thank you ! One suggestion though, please start the timer from 35 seconds just like this video. The extra 5 seconds helps us understand the next exercise and change pose immediately.

My abdomen is in pain! Worth it for the end result though! Day 3: completed!! I didn’t take as many breaks this time. My abdomen is still sore but bearable (: Day 4: sore but completed!! Day 5: I struggled less than day 1 (: Day 6: completed Day 7: complete Day 8: completed (i forgot to update 6 & 7) I’ve done it 8 days in a row!! 🎉 Day 9: finished I’ll update how my body looks on day 10 (: Day 10: 🎉🎉 I’ll update in the morning how I look! I always exercise at night I’ve seen a difference! Not a huge one since I have a small frame but I’ll update any changes!! 😊 Day 11: completed!! Forgot to update yesterday I can see a difference in the morning!! Not quite abs territory but close!! Day 12: decided to give myself a break today for abs but I did legs day today! (: so not completely a break Day 13: completed I think I will do leg day and ab day on alternating. So I can give my abs a rest. I’ve been seeing results for my abs whenever I wake up in the morning! I don’t feel much pain anymore doing these exercises as much as I used to (: Day 14: did leg workout which was also a hidden an workout Day 15: also did legs because my arm hurts from getting an injection but i all do this stretch that supposedly helps with a flat stomach 🤷♀️ but I don’t mind if it doesn’t since it feels nice.
I am still a beginner so I felt really tired at 9 mins. I tried her tiny waist pilates workout for beginners and hopefully by 2 weeks I can do this workout fully. Thank you Shirlyn for the video and the exercising point was really helpful. I know which muscle to focus on during workouts 😊😊 edit: I had to take more rests, but i finished this exercise! It was so fun to do.

29 aug 2024 Age- 19 yrs Height- 162cm Weight- Around 52 kgs Goal- 47 kgs Day 1: ✅ Did all of it, but not properly, means my legs weren't straight all the time, also, when she was making circles with her legs, I made some structure which never existed 😂 Also, got tired in between 🤧 But yeah, not gonna loose it!😏

day 1: hard asf, did the whole thing but with lots of breaks day 2: exercises were a little easier, very sore, was less bloated day 3: not any difference in appearance from day 2, exercises were easier day 4: did like 10 mins of it bc i ran out of time, was pretty easy day 5: not sore, exercises were not as difficult day 6: still not much change

Day one:✅ I felt very tired but I felt the burn! Day two ✅: also very tiring but a little but more easy Day three ✅: I got my period so it was a little difficult and my legs hurt a lot :( Day four❌: since I had my period I didn’t do it (also I was very tired) but I weighed my self and i saw that I had lost a kilo!! I have been doing this for 3 days along with two other routines, and from the first day even though my stomach burned, I felt very good, energized and very relaxed, the pain obviously lasted a long time but it is relaxing, I am very happy because I finally started to take care of myself.😊 Hi! It's me again, The last two weeks have been difficult because I am on vacation and laziness sometimes wants to overcome me, but it doesn't matter, these weeks I have seen several changes in my body and I have lost 1-2kg, I really don't have insecurities about my weight or my physique, I just want to lead a healthy life, but I must say that this channel is my favorite.

I do them consistently once a day one after the other and even though it makes me wanna die it’s so effective I’ve lost like 4Kgs in like two and a half weeks and my stomach is so much flatter

I’m doing the exercises from your 2024 plan this one was really tough😅 I had never felt so relieved after an exercise. I really feel I’m gonna lose weight this year🎉
I wanted to try this until the start of my school year so Day 1: Done - My stomach was burning so much that even my pee was hot after that 🤦♀️ Day 2: Done - Today was a lot easier than yesterday and it really surprised me because my body was hurting everywhere 😅 Day 3: Done - It keeps getting easier for some reason and i’m already seeing some results on my waist ✨ Day 4: Done - Ive had a lot less breaks than usually 💃 Day 5: Done - I also had a lot less breaks too today! But im really starting to see results. My usually tight fitting tops are getting a little looser around the waist Day 6: Done - Im just surprised that I actually stayed consistent and still did it today 🧍♀️ Day 7: Done - I almost didn’t do it but decided to do it at 3am… Day 8: Done - I thought my waist got wider but I just forgot to poop Day 9: Done Day 10: I didnt do it. Day 11: Neither Day 12: Neither... Day 13: I did the half because i was dead lol Day 14: Finally did it! Day 15: Done! Surprisingly i managed to do it all without extra breaks heh...Though my results might vary from today because imma start a light diet Day 16: done, way easier than usually! Day 17: Done but i died...i was already running on low cal so yea Day18: Done. I think I’m stating to get used to run in low calories 😅 Day 19: Done..! I did it a little later because I was tired though. Day 20: Done! My diet is a mess but whatever...;-; Day 21: Done...! Okay im gonna be honest i didnt do it since the back to school ( so a couple days) as it was my first goal and completely messed my 'diet' but told myself maybe i could continue so i'll switch to a quicker stomach workout because i have less spare time to do it. Also i'd like to add my results i was initially 70cm on the waist and now im somewhere between 67cm and 65cm depending on if i ate or anything else. Bye bye!

Trying this out! Starting on December 10th with a 24 inch waist Day 1 ✅ - could barely get through some of the exercises and the next day my core was pretty tired, I wonder if I'll be able to get through the whole workout without stopping after 2 weeks Day 2 ✅ - some of the exercises were a bit better but I couldn't get through them all without a break Day 3 ✅ - sore! Day 4 ❌ - went to dance class Day 5 ❌ - had a sleepover and forgot... Day 6 ✅ - did it twice to make up for missing day 5 Day 7 ✅

I am still a beginner so I felt really tired at 9 mins. I tried her tiny waist pilates workout for beginners and hopefully by 2 weeks I can do this workout fully. Thank you Shirlyn for the video and the exercising point was really helpful. I know which muscle to focus on during workouts 😊😊
edit: I had to take more rests, but i finished this exercise! It was so fun to do.

Did all of it, but not properly, means my legs weren't straight all the time, also, when she was making circles with her legs, I made some structure which never existed 😂
Also, got tired in between 🤧
But yeah, not gonna loose it!😏

day 1: hard asf, did the whole thing but with lots of breaks
day 2: exercises were a little easier, very sore, was less bloated
day 3: not any difference in appearance from day 2, exercises were easier
day 4: did like 10 mins of it bc i ran out of time, was pretty easy
day 5: not sore, exercises were not as difficult
day 6: still not much change
I have been doing her workouts for a month now and i see a REALLY big change

been doing this for like two weeks literally helped my stomach tobe flatter. been also using her 7 mins abs whenever i want to get things done quickly. but this one burns more!!! also, been on calorie deficit so it really helps. i'm already skinny but my stomach's always been bloated.

Omg this workout really burns my belly but it definitely payed off
Day one:✅ I felt very tired but I felt the burn!
Day two ✅: also very tiring but a little but more easy
Day three ✅: I got my period so it was a little difficult and my legs hurt a lot :(
Day four❌: since I had my period I didn’t do it (also I was very tired) but I weighed my self and i saw that I had lost a kilo!! ( I was 67.9 the first day and now I am 66.5😊)
Day 5✅:it felt tiring more than usual but it was probably because I didn’t do it yesterday
Day 6 ✅:it wasn’t THAT bad I’m staring to like it but I’m also considering doing it twice idk

I have been doing this for 3 days along with two other routines, and from the first day even though my stomach burned, I felt very good, energized and very relaxed, the pain obviously lasted a long time but it is relaxing, I am very happy because I finally started to take care of myself.😊

Im doing the 10 min flat belly Pilates and the 7 min total abs core and belly fat burn as well as this workout. I do them consistently once a day one after the other and even though it makes me wanna die it’s so effective I’ve lost like 4Kgs in like two and a half weeks and my stomach is so much flatter

This work so well! The first time l was struggling, after a few weeks l notice that my belly got thinner!😮
I wanted to try this until the start of my school year so
Day 1: Done - My stomach was burning so much that even my pee was hot after that 🤦♀️
Day 2: Done - Today was a lot easier than yesterday and it really surprised me because my body was hurting everywhere 😅
Day 3: Done - It keeps getting easier for some reason and i’m already seeing some results on my waist ✨
Day 4: Done - Ive had a lot less breaks than usually 💃
Day 5: Done - I also had a lot less breaks too today! But im really starting to see results. My usually tight fitting tops are getting a little looser around the waist
Day 6: Done - Im just surprised that I actually stayed consistent and still did it today 🧍♀️
Day 7: Done - I almost didn’t do it but decided to do it at 3am…
Day 8: Done - I thought my waist got wider but I just forgot to poop

Okay im gonna be honest i didnt do it since the back to school ( so a couple days) as it was my first goal and completely messed my 'diet' but told myself maybe i could continue so i'll switch to a quicker stomach workout because i have less spare time to do it. Also i'd like to add my results i was initially 70cm on the waist and now im somewhere between 67cm and 65cm depending on if i ate or anything else. Bye bye!

Trying this out! Starting on December 10th with a 24 inch waist
Day 1 ✅ - could barely get through some of the exercises and the next day my core was pretty tired, I wonder if I'll be able to get through the whole workout without stopping after 2 weeks
Day 2 ✅ - some of the exercises were a bit better but I couldn't get through them all without a break
Day 3 ✅ - sore!
Day 4 ❌ - went to dance class
Day 5 ❌ - had a sleepover and forgot...
Day 6 ✅ - did it twice to make up for missing day 5
