      😂 but the problem is sometimes that you are ashamed to tell your mom that you want to diet .. and when she makes you a perfect dessert .. you should eat it because otherwise you will "hurt" your mom (and she says "I made this dessert only for you" ....) *this happened to me*

    Just spent 15 minute sobbing tears of happiness.
    I have been doing this for 3 weeks with one day to rest every week. I am so happy and confident. Thank you so much emi!
    I was always bullied at school for my body, and I felt so insecure. During quarantine, I took the opportunity to change myself, not for the bullies, but for myself.
    Yesterday, my school began again (we only had three to four weeks of quarantine in Hawaii).
    My bullies looked so shocked, and it made me feel so amazing.
    Keep it up everyone, you’re beautiful! rooting for you all 💖
    (P.S if you do this, you’ll look even better because in school all the other kids probably gained weight during quarantine lol)

    Doing this for 15 days 🙌
    Day 1: I could definitely feel the burn! The fire hydrant pulses are KILLING me
    Day 2: My thighs were sore but I pushed through! I notice the gap between them is getting bigger.
    Day 3: Pushed through! The exercises are getting slightly easier.
    Day 4: Did it! My thighs feel stronger but sore.
    Day 5: Pushed through! I can't believe it's already day 5!
    Day 6: Done! The exercises are significantly easier, I'm so happy!
    Day 7: Finished! It's already been a week since I started! For now, I don't see much difference, but it's probably since I'm only half way.
    Day 8: Did it! The workout is so easy and my thighs are getting smaller.
    Day 9: Finished! Workout is getting fun ngl.
    Day 10: I was so tired but pushed through!
    Day 15: I'M SO SORRY I completely forgot to update for the past few days!
    Rating/ Results: Overall, I would rate this workout a 9/10. While it did make me build muscle and get a bigger thigh gap, my thighs were SO sore everyday and it's not quite the best feeling. I would recommend take a day off each week. To anyone who is just starting their journey, remember, no pain no gain! I believe in you x I would also like to thank Emi!! Your workouts are so effective.

      @@DiepNgoc-ow3ux I didn’t measure my thighs specifically but I did this workout throughout my wl journey. I went from skinny fat 55kg to 50kg in 3 weeks along with 10k steps. I’m definitely toned

    MY PROGRESS:
    Day 1:✅ I thought it looked easy but it wasn't but I felt refreshed
    DAY 2:✅ Definitely much more easier than day 1, I I'm definitely sweating more than on day 1.
    DAY 3:✅ Completed the workout feeling tired.
    DAY 4:✅ Completed the workout but the end is making my thighs sore
    DAY 5: ✅ The end got a little bit easier for me and I see a little of a change!!!
    DAY 6:✅ Completed the workout, the end got much easier than on the first day!!
    DAY 7:✅ Completed the workout, I finished the first week now one more to go!!
    DAY 8:✅ Completed the workout, feeling sweaty than the first day but refreshed!!!
    DAY 9:✅ Whew, that was a nice workout feeling tired.
    DAY 10:✅wee legs are hella sore 😭
    DAY 11✅ wooooo almost done with this but I'm still go going to continue when my legs reach my desired size

    A lot easier, but felt a little bit sore!

    Felt alot harder today for some reason. Died!

    The sumo squats will be the death of me. 😭

    I didn't get to workout today due to my busy schedule. I will add an extra day to make up for today!

    ☆ Im gonna start this workout for 20 days!!
    ☆ Sundays are my rest days!!
    ☆ Ive been doing this exercise and her 20 day one, so i figured id update on this vid too!
    ☆ [19/2/24] So I'll jus say my goal here, bc this is what I want to achieve! So in school, we're going to have a rowing event, on the river near my town for a P.E event and I rlly want to get my thighs slim enough so my shorts won't go riding up my thighs (if u get what I mean). Also I just want to be able to feel confident with my body because its rlly competitive at school and all! By the time I've updated this comment, I'll have around 5 weeks left until the event! (there was originally 7 when i started) which will be around a month if I do my Sunday rest thing.
    ☆ Day 1 | 5/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! My god i was dying at the last two
    ☆ Day 2 | 6/2/24: ✅️✅️ my legs are aching from yesterday omg, done! I finally did the sumo squats straight, but i died like a second later
    ☆ Day 3 | 7/2/24: ✅️✅️ I couldn't walk today LMAO done! Still struggled with the last 3 excercises lol
    ☆ Day 4 | 8/2/24: ✅️✅️ I didn't collapse onto the floor at the end!! Done!
    ☆ Day 5 | 9/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I feel that the excercises are beginning to get easier! Only a lil bit tho! I still died at the squats
    ☆ Day 6 | 10/2/24: ❌️❌️ didn't do it because I was out for the whole day!

    ☆ Day 7 | 12/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I did it twice to make up for Saturday because I didn't do it. It still burnt a lottt. I can't believe it's been a week already!
    ☆ Day 8 | 13/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I feel like the sumo squats are beginning to get easier for me, my legs aren't shaking as much as they used to. Also I've noticed a very small difference in my legs which gives me such a confidence boost! It may be a very small difference but its something!
    ☆ Day 9 | 14/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I finally did the workout straight with no breaks! So proud of myself rn, I did die at the end of the sumo squats tho but I can feel my legs getting stronger ♡
    ☆ Day 10 | 15/2/24: ❌️❌️ wasn't able to do it as I was at a friend's house for the whole day, I'll do it twice tomorrow to make up for it.

    nvm guys i just skipped 3 days >< so ill update tmr on my results bc usually i see results the next day
    okay so for the results you have all been waiting for, drumroll please.
    so i can definitely see a difference in my legs, my legs are a lot more toned than when i first started, actually they are very toned. my outer thighs are a lot slimmer. my like, fatty parts of my legs (if you get what i mean) they're not there anymore because i built muscle instead, which makes my legs look slightly slimmer. but i actually didnt get a thigh gap, i think these exercises only targeted my outer thigh and just toned my legs, i didnt lose at all for my inner thigh tho. there isnt any big visual difference, but i can feel a difference. my legs have also gotten stronger. overall, i think this excercise works really well in toning your legs and outer thighs!! these excercises do not bulk up your legs! just remember to stretch before and after! i didnt have any diet and i just ate normally!
    i will continue to do this workout and still update here!! ♡
    im gonna do the inner thigh ones only bc i barely have enough time to do the other one!

    UPDATE: okay so ive decided to stop doing this workout because ever since my last update, ive been noticing that my thighs have been getting bigger and also my inner thighs haven't lost anything at all :/ but besides that, this is a really good workout especially if you're beginning. its not too hard but it definitely burns! i can definitely say that this workout did help me lose quite a lot during my first 20 days but i think lately, my bodys just gotten used to it, thats maybe why i havent been seeing results anymore. anyways, thank you all for accompanying me on this little journey!!! you were all really supportive and i hope you all get the results you want!! bc i def did achieve a goal!! my legs are a lot more toned, i lost some fat overall and i can def say that my legs have gotten slimmer! i also found that i lost around 1-2 inches!! if you have any questions feel free to ask me. byeee! ♡♡♡

    My progress:
    Starting point:

    Day 1: It Hurt A LOT and I had to keep pausing, but I felt amazing afterwards.
    Day 2: I did it this morning, and I don't even know if I was doing it correctly because, for half of the exercises, I didn't feel a burn, lol. But I felt amazing afterwards.
    Day 3: I FELT THE BURN!!! My legs were sore afterwards, but at least I completed the whole workout without stopping. For some reason, I could feel the burn in my core and calves.
    Day 4: I did it quite late today (around 8 p.m. where I live), but I was able to complete it without stopping and felt great afterwards.
    Day 5: Today, I forgot to do it for the whole day, so I did it right before bed. It's definitely getting a lot easier now.
    Day 6: Completed the workout and felt great afterwards. I didn't feel too sore; the exercises are too easy now.
    Day 7: DNF
    Day 8: I forgot to do it yesterday; I did it twice today back to back. My legs were so sore- even more than the first time I did the workout.

    do this *3x a day* (depends on how your body can cope up) whenever you have free time. you'll see an enormous change after 2-3 weeks. also add up some stretches, *before and after the workout* so your muscles around thighs won't bulk. *DON'T PUSH YOURSELF TO LIMITS IF YOU CAN'T PERFORM IT. ALWAYS PUT YOUR BODY CONDITION FIRST*

    ✅Day 1: burned alot but no pain no gain❤ (did it twice td, morning and evening)
    ✅Day 2: forgot to do it today bc i had to study! But my thighs hurt a bit
    ✅Day 3: i saw slight diffrence and the exercises were easier

    I really believed that giving up is the only thing I can do when it starts to burn, BUT REALLY MY CONFIDENCE IS STRONGER! When I gave up I felt guilty because I knew I could give more of myself, now that I show it in training I am very proud of myself, DON'T GIVE UP! Burning and TOO MUCH, but when the training is over and you know that you did it without giving up, you will be very pleased with yourself. I TRUST IN YOU, now it's your turn to show that you can‼️

    I am going to try this workout 1-2 times a day!
    Weight: 50kg (110 lbs)
    Day 1- ✅ It was a little hard but I got through it! I really felt the burn on the last exercise. 😅 Lets keep trying!
    Day 2 - ✅ IT FELT SO MUCH EASIER! 😊 My thighs feel really sore though but it was worth it! I can see a small change in my thigh fat. We can do this!

    This works 100%, i started on may 31st, and the difference is amazing! When i started my thighs touched when i stood up, and got even bigger when i sat down, but now my thighs don't even touch a little! And when i sit down they aren't as big anymore, this workout is definitely worth it, and i really recommend if you want to get slim thighs quickly, and to top everything off i didn't diet or anything of the sort, i kept eating like i normally do, and even then the workout was very effective!

      @@eyerusalemtamirat6843 I think you should walk more or run, and include some cardio in your routine. Just 10 mins of these exercises won't do any wonders, you need to activate the fat burning process first. Just stick to a nutritional way of eating and stay active throughout the day, you can do this❤

    Thigh length: 55.88 cm(22 inches)
    Leg length: 83.82 (33 inches)
    Day 1: Done! Had a few interruptions but still completed it! (I'm also doing other workouts for other areas such as my waist and for leg length)
    Day 2: Done! My legs are very sore 😭(I usually do these at night btw)
    Day 3: Done! My cat kept going under me while I was doing the Squats 💀
    Day 4: Done! My legs look a little bit thinner
    Day 5: I'm developing a thigh gap plus my calves look smaller
    Day 6: Done! Exercise feels a bit easier
    Day 7: My thighs are definitely smaller now like they don't jiggle as much

    ill try to do this as much as i can!! for everyone else reading this you can also do it!!!💪
    (im a highschool student, not following any specific diets but i try to keep my meals balanced and avoid eating McDonald's or KFC or boba tea and ice cream etc, somedays i may not be able to complete the workout due to academics, but i try to do it at least 4 times a week)
    day 1: done ✅ was quite exhausting especially the sumo squat with bumpings so i took an extra break in the middle but completed

    okay so a bunch of other people are showing their progress so here i go!! (my progress!!!)
    goals: to become stronger for soccer, build up my stamina and leg strength, and to tone my thighs!
    DAY ONE: ✅ yayyy! super proud of myself, it was hard but it was also rlly fun and energizing! i did this workout and then i went to soccer practice! tomorrow i don't have practice so i'm going to go on a walk. i'm also going to try to drink a lot more water because i don't drink a lot during the day :))
    DAY TWO: ✅ i did it! it was actually a lot more challenging than yesterday, but i think it's because my muscles were really sore haha. i drank SO MUCH water today! like literally 100 ounces, which is crazy because i usually don't drink ANYYY. it felt really good and refreshing! then i went and walked with a few of my friends! thank you guys for the support, it really helps me!
    DAY THREE: ✅ really proud of myself for continuing this workout! i had a long day of school today and i was rlly tired but i'm proud of myself for pushing through it! i can already feel my thighs getting stronger, but i don't SEE any results yet. i didn't drink as much water today as i did yesterday, but i'm going to drink a lot tomorrow. since tomorrow is going to be my break day, i think i'm going to go for a walk or something!
    DAY FOUR: break day :)
    DAY FIVE: ✅ woo hoo! doing great so far! i can definitely feel the workouts getting easier every day, but the leg hold at the end definitely is still a bit difficult ahahah! im actually so proud that im actually still doing this because i normally stop after a few days!

    The fact that she's naturally pretty and works so hard for us, maintaining her fitness, is truly a queen! Her workouts are great, supportive, encouraging, and her body isn't intense. By that, I mean she doesn't really have the super defined abs, super long and lean legs. She's almost perfect. But we all know no one is perfect, so keep working to get closer anyway! :>
