@@amnatariq11 I started with 1 set for the first week then continued with 2 sets in the second week. Make sure you listen to what Emy says in the video, her motivational lines really helps me to go with the exercises.

I've actually been doing this for idk how many weeks but ever since i did these constantly I started seeing a change in my legs a lot more! It burns but trust me it's worth it, keep pushing yourself people, you've got this and I'm proud of you for it!!

@@fifififi3407honestly don’t really diet just add healthier food to your diet. You can still eat foods you love just being active and it won’t affect you.
Its REALLY works guys ! I’ve been doing this EVERY single day since January (now we are in March) and I already lose 33 pounds ( 15 kg), in addition to that I stopped soda, sweets etc... I eat normally but I have a cheat meal once a week ( a burger, hot dog or some French fries). My legs are definitely slimmer, I can wear shorts now, without having my thighs saying hello to each other. I feel so much better in my skin and I hope it’s will be the case for all of you ! Don’t lose hope 💕

My thighs are ~60 cm at 125 lbs and 5"5
Day 1(yesterday): very hard. I did cardio before, but surprisingly, fine
Day 2: Hungover, but still went to do it, my hamstrings are HURTING
Day 3: Paired it with a 7k run, pace of 5'5 min per km, very exhausted (obviously), but very proud too, hoping I don't get sick!!
Day 4: Done, spent the day at home recovering, and only went on a tiny mile walk
Day 5: I was ice skating and did it!
Day 6: Spent the day with a friend and felt horrible for not doing it
Day 7: Doing double to compensate for yesterday!
Day 8: Prepared for school, so no workout!
Day 9: Did it. It's a lot easier than in the beginning!!
Day 10: School was just too much
Day 11: Did it and an abs workout!
Day 12: Again, school. I was just SO tired 😕
Day 13: Went on an 18 km bike ride, stretched, and abs workout!
Okay, so, little update it's been very stressful because of school. BUT I did it today, and honestly, it felt a little harder. What I'm doing is staying active by walking or cycling,however, now I'll do it again. I'm going to measure on February 1st to see the difference as I feel I've not been consistent enough until now!
Day 14: Done! Oh my god, my ass is sore, but I skipped a few breaks, which made it very intense
Day 15: I skipped it
Day 16: Did it and it was a really good feeling
Day 17: Did it!
Day 18: Done. It's a lot easier and the stretching has made me so much more flexible! I feel a lot stronger too. just feel a lot more comfortable in my body
SO it's February 1st, which means it's time for an update: my thighs are about 4cm smaller, I feel a little better in my body, and I think I'll go on doing it from time to time, or for a few weeks at a time.
Remember to stretch to avoid bulking. Good luck to everyone 🍀

Progress Check
This is such an amazing workout seriously. I was quite skinny and small growing up and when I hit teenage years I went through a series of mental health issues and this is when I began eating excessively. I stopped exercising too which made me gain a lot of weight. I am about 5’2, 15 years old and weighed 68kg. I finally came to the realisation that this was not me and if I kept going on like this i would eventually develop diabetes. I finally decided to start my weight loss journey. Keep in mind when I was 13 I was 55kg. I started this workout just over a month ago. Ngl it was such a hard workout and still is and I’m over a month in. I have a balanced diet I eat healthy when I can and if I feel like it I reward myself to some chocolate. The results are this: in the last month I weighed 68kg and now have lost four kg and weigh 64kg. (Please keep in mind I also walk 3.5km five days a week and I also play weekend sport which includes a game on Saturday and training). I hope you use this comment as determination to do this workout and get the body that you desire.

My weight is 52 yes im a teenager but when I was young I was litterly so skinny my thighs were skinny I could wear skirts and shorts I was 32 kg! But now I gained alot of weight and I'm getting bullied in school because I'm fat but ill keep doing this workout I have health issues that don't allow me to fast & diet because sometimes...(idk how to explain this sorry) Everyone has to have an amount of sugar in blood but mine goes low in very short time and when my sugar percent is low I faint I get dizzy and I can't control my body sometimes and fall right on the floor...

Doing this for 20 days:
Day 1: felt a huge burn in legs , had to take a few extra breaks
Day 2: felt the biggest burn in the begging, lost motivation at the end and kept stopping but pushed threw
Day 3: didn’t stop at all, very proud of myself!
Day 4: was so sick that i couldn’t get out of bed, will continue tomorrow if im better
Day 4: had horrible neck pain from sleeping but still did it, felt small burn in legs
Day 5: did the whole video without stopping, burn in legs!
Day 6: best ive ever done, did whole video and felt HUGE BURN!
Day 7: I don’t see any difference in my legs. This week I’m going to be in a calorie deficit and drink lots of water.
Day 8: Failed calorie deficit, hopefully tomorrow will be better! Completed the workout no breaks.

I've done this workout for 18 days and omg!! I lost 2 cm of my right thigh and 1 cm of my left one! Am so glad cuz this is first time legs workout works for me :) tysm Emi.

@@Naz-ep7iy After 20 days, it was just a slight change, but after that, I mixed many workouts with this one and used a resistance band which helped me see a good difference 😊 takes time but differently works!

@@leilazamani4711 I had a balanced diet a salad in one hand and a cookie in the other. If you want to get the results a bit earlier I recommend you eat something healthy for breakfast and lunch and eat whatever you want for dinner. Scheduling when you eat is also good too. Did this for 2 weeks and i combinded this with 4 other workouts. I did get a small thigh gap and its noticable + i lost 4 pounds in the making. Next im planning on doing full body and hip workouts to reach my weight goal! Remember you can do anything you want in life and if your feeling tired or ur thinking its to hard just remember that its allworth it in the end and ur happy with your body. Like me im planning on losing 13 more pounds by september. Good luck everyone and dont give up

Day 1 : ✔️The beginning was easy but the end was painful ! I really hope it works! I'm fed up with my big thighs-

I already did thigh sports when I was younger, I've been struggling with my thighs since 2022, I tried a lot of videos but each time I gave up. I'm not going to give up! I want slim legs for summer. If this workout doesn't work after 1 month I will do another one until I get the results I want

Here's a tip: during sumo squat hold, close your eyes, imagine your results, and smile. It helps, I promise, thirty seconds go by like that

Day 2✅- Completed, my legs are really sore from yesterday but I pushed through. (remember to do cooldown stretches, it will make it so your less sore in the muscles the next day.)
Day 3✅ My legs feel sore today and the workout was still hard, my inner thighs burn the most
Day 4✅Workout felt easier, My thighs are burning though.
Day 5✅No difference yet, workout is getting easier.
Day 6❌ Didnt do it today, its good to have a rest day, also I was tireddddd.
Day 7✅It was surprisingly easy, Got through it it no time.

Day 1:felt a lot of burn it hurt. Day 2: The burn in my legs was less painful than day 1. Day 3: felt a burn the Same as always. Day 4: I was recovering from the workout. Day 5: also recovering. Day 6: I did the workout and there is a gap forming in between my thigh

Workout for your health not your body imagery. Yes you will want to like this girl and that girl but the truth is you will never truly achieve that because everyone’s body is different. Love your body for what it is because it will carry you till the day you die. Don’t abuse it. I wish you the best in your fitness journey both physically and mentally.❤

Edit: thank you so much for the comments. I am 176 cm tall, did this excercise once a day for the first 10 days and made it twice in the last 10 days. I also did Emi's inner thigh excercise in a total of maybe 5-7 times, whenever I felt like it. I didn't really change my diet, just made sure I wasn't eating junk food and carbs after 5 PM, drank plenty of water and thats it.
To everyone reading this: YOU GOT THIS! JUST KEEP GOING! CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!

Im gonna do this with the hinalift leg workout and update for about 25 days! I will be eating regularly

Day 1: It hurts a bit but I lasted until the end! I couldn’t really figure out the lunge ones! My legs were shaking by the end!
Day 2: My legs were still sore from yesterday but I still made it through. I think I got the lunges right this time! It burns!
Day 3: I only did ~50% today because I was feeling sick. My leg muscles feel tense-er. I’m going to start eating healthier tomorrow so that might help!
Day 4; I did it all today and it burned but I think I actually “enjoyed the burn” for the first time ever! I’m slight worried that my legs will be big (muscular) rather than slim.
Day 5: Today was good! My legs were burning by the end but it wasn’t too bad! I think this is definitely beginner friendly!
Day 6: This is the first workout I’ve actually stuck at so that’s great! Today was a bit harder than other times but I still pushed through!!
Day 7: I feel like my legs and butt are getting more toned! I can’t tell whether it’s because I’ve tanned but legs look much nicer than before
Day 8: Today was tough. I was really unmotivated and felt like skipping but did it anyway. I think I need to work on my balance…

Updating each day that I do this workout:
starting measurements: 59.5 cm on the left, 58 cm on the right
Day 1: YES- my thighs were shaking by the end but I still finished!
Day 2: YES- I woke up this morning with my upper/inner thighs soooooo sore but I did it anyways!
Day 3: YES- I slept horribly last night, and not getting enough sleep always makes me feel super nauseous for some reason. I still finished the workout, even though each squat and lunge I did felt like the back of my thighs were string cheese getting pulled apart. The sumo squat pulses and holds are getting easier though which is great!!
Day 4: YES- I was barely even sore today, which I feel like is so strange considering how sore my thighs were yesterday. I finished the workout Day 5: YES- I didn't feel sore at all today, and the exercise felt way easier. Even the last two weren't very difficult!
Day 6: YES- Sooooo easy!!!
Day 7: YES- I went on a 6+ mile bike ride this morning that was mostly uphill and against the wind, so I was already pretty tired, but I still finished. I most likely won't be able to do the workout for the next week and a half-ish because I'm going to the east coast for a wedding (I leave tonight), but I'll try to get as many steps in as possible.
Day 8: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout since I just landed in South Carolina, but I did manage to get 10,000 steps in.
Day 9: NO- Once again wasn't able to do the workout, but I walked along the beach for a couple miles and swam in the (rather aggressive) ocean since I got into OBX today.
Day 10- NO- Didn't do it again today, since it's day two in OBX. I did get 9,000 steps though from walking on the beach and whatnot.
Day 11: NO- Wasn't able to do the workout but I got around 16,500 steps from walking around DC monuments.
Day 12: NO- Wasn't able to do the workout and I only got around 3,500 steps because I was in the middle of nowhere, New Jersey.
Day 13: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout once again but I did get almost 11,000 steps from walking around Boston and to a Red Sox game.
Day 14: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout and I only got around 5,300 steps since I was in Maine in the middle of nowhere.
Day 15: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout and only got around 2,700 steps.
Day 16: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout and only got around 3,000 steps.
Day 17: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout, but I somehow got around 13,500 steps which I think is pretty good.
Day 18: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout and I only got around 2,000 steps.
Day 19: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout but I got around 6,500 steps which isn't that bad.
Day 20: NO- I wasn't able to do the workout and I only got around 1,500 steps because I was in a plane and car for the entire day.
Day 21: YES- I finally got back home and was able to do the workout! I was expecting all my progress to be lost over those two weeks, but the workout was actually fairly easy!
Day 22: YES- I was already super tired before doing the workout because I had gone swimming with my friend for a while but I finished anyways.
Day 23: YES- It was pretty easy and I don't really have much to say tbh.

I failed on glow up for summer 2021 but now i am trying again! I am on day 10 ive been doing it a few times a day and its taken 3 days and ive already seen results! Its very effective and by far is the best leg workout ive done!

So I started doing this a year ago then finished when I started feeling dizzy. So then started doing it a few months later and didn’t stick to it. And now I’m doing it a year later and I’m on my first day and this is so hard to do but I know I’ll be happy with the results. I love this workout because I do see a difference thank you so much for creating this video❤️

Day 1: Done! Pretty difficult but was able to fully complete it! +2 hours of walking at least
Day 2: Didn't do today but did an hour difficult bike ride
Day 3: Done! Wasn't feeling very motivated
Day 4: Didn't do today, however did at least 15k steps and a small bikeride (will start to be more consistent.
Day 5: done! Its starting to become very easy (except for sumo squats) but I will keep going
Day 6: Done! Proud of myself! btw tip: listen to diff music (your fav) that is uplifting and makes you feel empowered! sing the lyrics when it gets harder!
Day 7: Done! Was a lil harder today! i just wasn't super motivated but I did it, cause its not about being motivated, just disciplined! Also thanks for all the nice comments!
Day 8: Didn't do because I went on a 2 hour bike ride
Day 9: done! today was hard though, didn't wanna do it and really contemplated giving up! I really hope this works!

day 1: it burned so bad it left my legs sore but it went away the next day
day 2: i didn’t do it on day two because i had to go somewhere
day 3: didn’t burn as much as day one but towards the end i felt it a lot, noticed my thigh gap getting bigger so it’s working!
day 4: i can see small results already i cant wait to see the final results it left me super out of breath and it’s burned a lot but it’s working!
day 5: the burn is so real i gained a little weight but it’s fine i can say tho i’m a bit confused i was 57kg three days ago, now i’m 52?

Day 1: Everything was going great until the reverse leg thingies, those made me question my life 🙂 but great routine!
Day 2: Complete! I'm used to exercises that require leg power so I didn't feel that sore when I woke up today buuuut I could feel the burn during the exercises 🥴
Day 3: was too sore so decided to skip ⚰️
Day 4: back at it again 😬 it's getting easier so I decided to do some exercises for a tad bit longer (1 min instead of 30 seconds)

I am super proud of me for not giving up and I'm very happy with the results, my legs are a lot more toned and I feel better after the workouts.
However, it got a little boring repeating the same exercise for 20 days and it became too easy pretty quickly (I've already been doing workouts before). I think I'll move over to Lilly Sabri now, her workouts are super difficult and I love it.
If you're that person that I was 20 days ago, scrolling through the comments and looking for results: It works, but only if you actually do it. So get your mat and commit to 20 days, you can do it! Maybe keep track in the comments, if it wasn't for the support of you guys, I might as well have stopped on day 6. ❤️

Day 1: My legs are burning, but somehow I managed to survive until the end
Day 2: I was feeling my legs all day. During this workout THEY WERE burning. I managed to this last exercise but only 20s not whole 30s
Day 3: Sumo Squat Pauses and Sumo Squat Hold were SOOOOO tiring. My leg were dying
Day 4: Today was much easier than other days.
Day 5: 1/4 of days is completed. I can feel that my legs are getting stronger cause today's workout was much easier
Day 6: Same as yesterday. It was much much easier
Day7: It;s been whole week! I can't put any numbers here cause I didn't measure my tights hower I can definitely notice that they are stronger after 7 days

Day 1: Since I was already used to exercising, I did two repetitions. There is no burning in my legs.
Day 2: I repeated it twice, my legs are a little sore but that's not a problem.
Day3: I repeated it twice again
Day 4: My legs were a little sore but they don't hurt anymore, I think I'll see the effects soon
Day 5: I did two repetitions as usual, I slowly started to see the effect and now I repeat the movements I like four times a day.
Day 6: I continue to do it. Tomorrow I will weigh myself and check if I have lost weight.
Day 7: I was sick
Day 8: I did what I didn't do yesterday, it was difficult to repeat 4 times, but I managed, I plan to do 4 repetitions tomorrow.
Day 9: I did four reps today and I'm in pain. I was also going to weigh myself today, but the possibility of not losing weight scared me, so I will weigh myself on the 14th day. If I don't get results, I will stop doing these exercises.
