@@amnatariq11 I started with 1 set for the first week then continued with 2 sets in the second week. Make sure you listen to what Emy says in the video, her motivational lines really helps me to go with the exercises.
Its REALLY works guys ! I’ve been doing this EVERY single day since January (now we are in March) and I already lose 33 pounds ( 15 kg), in addition to that I stopped soda, sweets etc... I eat normally but I have a cheat meal once a week ( a burger, hot dog or some French fries). My legs are definitely slimmer, I can wear shorts now, without having my thighs saying hello to each other. I feel so much better in my skin and I hope it’s will be the case for all of you ! Don’t lose hope 💕

@@leilazamani4711 I had a balanced diet a salad in one hand and a cookie in the other. If you want to get the results a bit earlier I recommend you eat something healthy for breakfast and lunch and eat whatever you want for dinner. Scheduling when you eat is also good too. the first few days were pretty hard but i started this around may 24-25 of 2024, i’ve been doing it every day since then. today is july 22nd 2024 ive went from 128-> to now 110! i did other things like high intensity dancing and an accidental calorie defecit as i began to take adhd medication which has low appetite as a side effect, but still with this workout i was able to keep my muscle definition throughout it all! thank you so much my life has changed :)
Doing this for all of January! My thighs are ~60 cm at 125 lbs and 5"5 Day 1(yesterday): very hard. I did cardio before, but surprisingly, fine Day 2: Hungover, but still went to do it, my hamstrings are HURTING Day 3: Paired it with a 7k run, pace of 5'5 min per km, very exhausted (obviously), but very proud too, hoping I don't get sick!! Day 4: Done, spent the day at home recovering, and only went on a tiny mile walk Day 5: I was ice skating and did it! Day 6: Spent the day with a friend and felt horrible for not doing it Day 7: Doing double to compensate for yesterday! Day 8: Prepared for school, so no workout! Day 9: Did it. It's a lot easier than in the beginning!! Day 10: School was just too much Day 11: Did it and an abs workout! Day 12: Again, school. I was just SO tired 😕 Day 13: Went on an 18 km bike ride, stretched, and abs workout! Okay, so, little update it's been very stressful because of school. BUT I did it today, and honestly, it felt a little harder. What I'm doing is staying active by walking or cycling,however, now I'll do it again. I'm going to measure on February 1st to see the difference as I feel I've not been consistent enough until now! Day 14: Done! Oh my god, my ass is sore, but I skipped a few breaks, which made it very intense Day 15: I skipped it Day 16: Did it and it was a really good feeling Day 17: Did it! Day 18: Done. It's a lot easier and the stretching has made me so much more flexible! I feel a lot stronger too. just feel a lot more comfortable in my body SO it's February 1st, which means it's time for an update: my thighs are about 4cm smaller, I feel a little better in my body, and I think I'll go on doing it from time to time, or for a few weeks at a time. Edit: thank you so much for the comments. I am 176 cm tall, did this excercise once a day for the first 10 days and made it twice in the last 10 days. I also did Emi's inner thigh excercise in a total of maybe 5-7 times, whenever I felt like it. I didn't really change my diet, just made sure I wasn't eating junk food and carbs after 5 PM, drank plenty of water and thats it. To everyone reading this: YOU GOT THIS! JUST KEEP GOING! CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!

ok also so I never had my period before and quarantine made me gain 5 pounds and then I got it but as soon as I got back into excersizing it went away again, I am saying like also a plus is that your period goes away, but please eat three meals a day but don't snack, also drink a ton of water but ya those are my tips in case you want them, but literally like we are gonna look so hot

one of the best and most effective workouts ive ever done. i could see a change (especially my inner thighs) in less than a week. PLEASE don't worry if it's going to work or not, not everyone is going to get the same results in the same amount of time. you will definitely get some sort of change in your legs, even if it's just a little bit. also, make sure to stretch afterwards, the result will be more effective.

I think I'll move over to Lilly Sabri now, her workouts are super difficult and I love it. If you're that person that I was 20 days ago, scrolling through the comments and looking for results: It works, but only if you actually do it. So get your mat and commit to 20 days, you can do it! I failed on glow up for summer 2021 but now i am trying again! I am on day 10 ive been doing it a few times a day and its taken 3 days and ive already seen results! Its very effective and by far is the best leg workout ive done!

Okay so I'm going to share my detailed progress of the last two months. I have been following this particular leg workout and a full body cardio workout of ten minutes on alternate days, five to six days a week plus hundred jumping jacks and some yoga and I have started doing twenty minutes of cardio and the rest the same as earlier for the last couple of weeks. I have seen considerable changes in my calf muscles but not much in my thigh muscles. I was already in a pretty good shape and I naturally have slim thick body type so I just wanted to have slimmer legs. I've always been physically active but the last couple of years. So it was like coming into the habit again. I was very regular with my workout, I've taken a rest for the last three days as I'm under the weather, going to restart as soon as I regain strength. I must say, after devoting my evenings to workout, I've started seeing changes in my mindset and overall well being. I feel happier and healthier. Workout hour has become my happiest hour of the day. I've promised myself that no matter whether I feel over the moon or I feel blue, I'm always going to prioritise my physical and ultimately my mental fitness. Feeling good about yourself is much more important than losing weight and appealing others. I'd recommend every single person on this earth to look after their health irrespective of your age, weight or anything which bothers you. Start eating good food, do spend time with your loved ones and believe me you'll start feeling confident and beautiful. And most importantly, never forget to love yourself. ❤❤

[UPDATED EVERY DAY] Okay! So I've never actually completed any 20/30 day challenges so I decided that I'll be dedicated to myself and I will complete this challenge! I will also be doing this alongside one of Emi's 7-day fat burning challenge, so I will have the extra sweat! Measurements: Left thigh: 22 inches Right thigh: 21.8 inches Day 1: Just completed the workout without stopping, went on a 10 minute sprint a few hours prior and also did Emi's fat burn & standing arms workout! My thighs ache alot but no pain, no gain! Day 2: Done! So far, my exercise routine was the same as yesterday except I haven't done any arm workouts, so I had more energy overall for this one! My legs started feeling like jelly around the same time as the squat pulses but nevertheless I completed the entire workout without rests! The burn is real! Day 3: Done as well! Honestly, it was easier than yesterday however I decided to not go running today so my legs had more power. The last exercise was easy!! Usually I struggle alot because my legs feel like jelly then however instead of counting down seconds, I focused on my form & posture, making sure I'm doing it properly and yes there was a burn! However focusing on your legs and thighs is better because not only you improve in the exercise, but time also passes by quicker! Day 4: Completed it! Some exercises were killers today but I already feel more power and strength in my thighs though. Day 5: Done! I did eat quite alot of sugar-based foods today since I had really low sugar levels and felt exhausted, but during the exercise i felt my stomach doing flops during the glute bridge so that wasn't /exactly/ the best idea lol Day 6: This comment is starting to get long.. Anyway, I completed day 6! The burn was great!! Especially since I did Emi's other workouts today as well! I did: ♡ her 10 min cardio + abs ♡ her 10 min side belly workout ♡ her 10 min 7-day fat burn workout (completed twice) ..and i also went sprinting for just under 10 mins! So after all these workouts, I completed this thigh one and the burn was sO good! Water is my best buddy right now, stay hydrated 😌 Day 7: Done! Completed a week now and less than two weeks to go!! It's worth doing this, my legs have already gotten a bit slimmer and plus they also feel stronger. Day 8: Done! My thighs ached a lil at the end but it was alright. This time I didn't really feel out of breath after the reverse lunge so.. improvement! Day 9: It was more difficult today today towards the end but the burn felt great! So far I can already see my legs are /gradually/ becoming more toned and I'm definitely losing fat in the thighs, might do the workout later today again! Day 10: Didn't do it twice yesterday since I ran out of time, but today I did it twice! The burn was soo good omg Day 11: Sadly I didn't do it twice however I gave it my everything today!! The burn was hella good in the sumo squats! Earlier, I also did 25 mins (in total) of ab exercises & sadly I didn't go running today ): Day 12: Done! I looked through the comments and I noticed how it's a bit sad that lots of you have quit already ): Y'all the burn is good, stop scrolling and just do the workout 😭 Day 13: Done! Day 14: Done! Two weeks have already gone by omg I've never stuck this long to a workout, less than a week left!! 😭 Day 15: Done twice! Day 16: Done! My legs absolutely KILLED because an hour (-ish) earlier, I ran 1.5miles for the first time in a month or two and I was out of shape 😂😭 Because of that, my legs were practically dead when I did the workout, even at the very first exercise 😭 Might do more sets tomorrow, I feel like I would need it. Day 17: Done! When I said yesterday that I would do more sets today.. I didn't know what pain was coming today in the morning 👺 My legs absolutely KILLED for a while but they're better, and honestly, I would do more sets today but I have two problems.. one being that my period came and I feel more exhausted and the second being.. my buttcheek seriously hurts and I was barely able to do some of the exercises, so I think one set is enough lmao Day 18: Rest Day 19: Done! Day 20: Done!! Omg I can't believe I finished this?? The exercises were much easier today than they were at the beginning and I'm so glad! I thought I had one day left 😭😭 After measurements: Left thigh: 20 inches Right thigh: 19.75 inches Overall, I lost about 2 inches on each thigh!! I recommend it to others!

Its REALLY works guys ! I’ve been doing this EVERY single day since January (now we are in March) and I already lose 33 pounds ( 15 kg), in addition to that I stopped soda, sweets etc... I eat normally but I have a cheat meal once a week ( a burger, hot dog or some French fries). My legs are definitely slimmer, I can wear shorts now, without having my thighs saying hello to each other. I feel so much better in my skin and I hope it’s will be the case for all of you ! If you want to get the results a bit earlier I recommend you eat something healthy for breakfast and lunch and eat whatever you want for dinner. Scheduling when you eat is also good too. the first few days were pretty hard but i started this around may 24-25 of 2024, i’ve been doing it every day since then. today is july 22nd 2024 ive went from 128-> to now 110! i did other things like high intensity dancing and an accidental calorie defecit as i began to take adhd medication which has low appetite as a side effect, but still with this workout i was able to keep my muscle definition throughout it all! thank you so much my life has changed :)

My thighs are ~60 cm at 125 lbs and 5"5
Day 1(yesterday): very hard. I did cardio before, but surprisingly, fine
Day 2: Hungover, but still went to do it, my hamstrings are HURTING
Day 3: Paired it with a 7k run, pace of 5'5 min per km, very exhausted (obviously), but very proud too, hoping I don't get sick!!
Day 4: Done, spent the day at home recovering, and only went on a tiny mile walk
Day 5: I was ice skating and did it!
Day 6: Spent the day with a friend and felt horrible for not doing it
Day 7: Doing double to compensate for yesterday!
Day 8: Prepared for school, so no workout!
Day 9: Did it. It's a lot easier than in the beginning!!
Day 10: School was just too much
Day 11: Did it and an abs workout!
Day 12: Again, school. I was just SO tired 😕
Day 13: Went on an 18 km bike ride, stretched, and abs workout!
Okay, so, little update it's been very stressful because of school. BUT I did it today, and honestly, it felt a little harder. What I'm doing is staying active by walking or cycling,however, now I'll do it again. I'm going to measure on February 1st to see the difference as I feel I've not been consistent enough until now!
Day 14: Done! Oh my god, my ass is sore, but I skipped a few breaks, which made it very intense

Day 16: Did it and it was a really good feeling

Day 18: Done. It's a lot easier and the stretching has made me so much more flexible! I feel a lot stronger too. just feel a lot more comfortable in my body
SO it's February 1st, which means it's time for an update: my thighs are about 4cm smaller, I feel a little better in my body, and I think I'll go on doing it from time to time, or for a few weeks at a time.

Edit: thank you so much for the comments. I am 176 cm tall, did this excercise once a day for the first 10 days and made it twice in the last 10 days. I also did Emi's inner thigh excercise in a total of maybe 5-7 times, whenever I felt like it. I didn't really change my diet, just made sure I wasn't eating junk food and carbs after 5 PM, drank plenty of water and thats it.
To everyone reading this: YOU GOT THIS! JUST KEEP GOING! CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!

I lost quite a lot of cm for me considering that my metabolism is really slow. It’s harder for me to lose fat on my thighs especially. I used this workout mainly to lose thigh fat btw!
Note: I did do other workouts additionally to this! My diet for the first week was normal. But the second week I tried to drink water only instead of any dairy or juice. I also ate veggies and fruits as snacks instead of junk food.

one of the best and most effective workouts ive ever done. i could see a change (especially my inner thighs) in less than a week. PLEASE don't worry if it's going to work or not, not everyone is going to get the same results in the same amount of time. you will definitely get some sort of change in your legs, even if it's just a little bit. also, make sure to stretch afterwards, the result will be more effective.

I am super proud of me for not giving up and I'm very happy with the results, my legs are a lot more toned and I feel better after the workouts.
However, it got a little boring repeating the same exercise for 20 days and it became too easy pretty quickly (I've already been doing workouts before). I think I'll move over to Lilly Sabri now, her workouts are super difficult and I love it.
If you're that person that I was 20 days ago, scrolling through the comments and looking for results: It works, but only if you actually do it. So get your mat and commit to 20 days, you can do it! Maybe keep track in the comments, if it wasn't for the support of you guys, I might as well have stopped on day 6. ❤️

I already did thigh sports when I was younger, I've been struggling with my thighs since 2022, I tried a lot of videos but each time I gave up. I'm not going to give up! I want slim legs for summer. If this workout doesn't work after 1 month I will do another one until I get the results I want

Okay so I'm going to share my detailed progress of the last two months.
I have been following this particular leg workout and a full body cardio workout of ten minutes on alternate days, five to six days a week plus hundred jumping jacks and some yoga and I have started doing twenty minutes of cardio and the rest the same as earlier for the last couple of weeks. I have seen considerable changes in my calf muscles but not much in my thigh muscles. I was already in a pretty good shape and I naturally have slim thick body type so I just wanted to have slimmer legs. I've always been physically active but the last couple of years. So it was like coming into the habit again. I was very regular with my workout, I've taken a rest for the last three days as I'm under the weather, going to restart as soon as I regain strength.
I must say, after devoting my evenings to workout, I've started seeing changes in my mindset and overall well being. I feel happier and healthier. Workout hour has become my happiest hour of the day. I've promised myself that no matter whether I feel over the moon or I feel blue, I'm always going to prioritise my physical and ultimately my mental fitness. Feeling good about yourself is much more important than losing weight and appealing others. I'd recommend every single person on this earth to look after their health irrespective of your age, weight or anything which bothers you. Start eating good food, do spend time with your loved ones and believe me you'll start feeling confident and beautiful.
And most importantly, never forget to love yourself. ❤❤

Okay! So I've never actually completed any 20/30 day challenges so I decided that I'll be dedicated to myself and I will complete this challenge! I will also be doing this alongside one of Emi's 7-day fat burning challenge, so I will have the extra sweat!
Measurements:
Left thigh: 22 inches
Right thigh: 21.8 inches
Day 1: Just completed the workout without stopping, went on a 10 minute sprint a few hours prior and also did Emi's fat burn & standing arms workout! My thighs ache alot but no pain, no gain!
Day 2: Done! So far, my exercise routine was the same as yesterday except I haven't done any arm workouts, so I had more energy overall for this one! My legs started feeling like jelly around the same time as the squat pulses but nevertheless I completed the entire workout without rests! The burn is real!
Day 3: Done as well! Honestly, it was easier than yesterday however I decided to not go running today so my legs had more power. The last exercise was easy!! Usually I struggle alot because my legs feel like jelly then however instead of counting down seconds, I focused on my form & posture, making sure I'm doing it properly and yes there was a burn! However focusing on your legs and thighs is better because not only you improve in the exercise, but time also passes by quicker!
Day 4: Completed it! Some exercises were killers today but I already feel more power and strength in my thighs though.
Day 5: Done! I did eat quite alot of sugar-based foods today since I had really low sugar levels and felt exhausted, but during the exercise i felt my stomach doing flops during the glute bridge so that wasn't /exactly/ the best idea lol
Day 6: This comment is starting to get long.. Anyway, I completed day 6! The burn was great!! Especially since I did Emi's other workouts today as well! I did:
♡ her 10 min cardio + abs
♡ her 10 min side belly workout
♡ her 10 min 7-day fat burn workout (completed twice)
..and i also went sprinting for just under 10 mins! So after all these workouts, I completed this thigh one and the burn was sO good! Water is my best buddy right now, stay hydrated 😌
Day 7: Done! Completed a week now and less than two weeks to go!! It's worth doing this, my legs have already gotten a bit slimmer and plus they also feel stronger.
Day 8: Done! My thighs ached a lil at the end but it was alright. This time I didn't really feel out of breath after the reverse lunge so.. improvement!
Day 9: It was more difficult today today towards the end but the burn felt great! So far I can already see my legs are /gradually/ becoming more toned and I'm definitely losing fat in the thighs, might do the workout later today again!
Day 10: Didn't do it twice yesterday since I ran out of time, but today I did it twice! The burn was soo good omg
Day 11: Sadly I didn't do it twice however I gave it my everything today!! The burn was hella good in the sumo squats! Earlier, I also did 25 mins (in total) of ab exercises & sadly I didn't go running today ):
Day 12: Done! I looked through the comments and I noticed how it's a bit sad that lots of you have quit already ): Y'all the burn is good, stop scrolling and just do the workout 😭

Day 14: Done! Two weeks have already gone by omg I've never stuck this long to a workout, less than a week left!! 😭
Day 15: Done twice!
Day 16: Done! My legs absolutely KILLED because an hour (-ish) earlier, I ran 1.5miles for the first time in a month or two and I was out of shape 😂😭 Because of that, my legs were practically dead when I did the workout, even at the very first exercise 😭 Might do more sets tomorrow, I feel like I would need it.
Day 17: Done! When I said yesterday that I would do more sets today.. I didn't know what pain was coming today in the morning 👺 My legs absolutely KILLED for a while but they're better, and honestly, I would do more sets today but I have two problems.. one being that my period came and I feel more exhausted and the second being.. my buttcheek seriously hurts and I was barely able to do some of the exercises, so I think one set is enough lmao
Day 18: Rest
Day 19: Done!
Day 20: Done!! Omg I can't believe I finished this?? The exercises were much easier today than they were at the beginning and I'm so glad! I thought I had one day left 😭😭
After measurements:
Left thigh: 20 inches
Right thigh: 19.75 inches
Overall, I lost about 2 inches on each thigh!! I recommend it to others!
