    (For 2 weeks)
    WEEK 1:
    Day 1: a few of them where hard but i did it. No results yet obviously.
    Day 2: some of the workouts were easier. Started to feel a bit sore, at least its working. (Did it twice)
    Day 3: it was a lot easier this time, also i feel like my stomach is a bit flatter then before. Or im just seeing things-
    Day 4: still going, got it done.
    Day 5: was really tired but did it.
    Day 6: SOON DONEEE, the workouts feel. A bit easier now.
    Day 7: did ittt!!! I definently see results and im really happy with it. Im probably gone do another week.
    WEEK 2:
    Day 1: halfway, its more of a habit to just do the workouts now.
    Day 2: dont have much to say, but i did it.

      Before doing exercise, I don’t drink too much water. I think it’s better to exercise with an empty stomach. I hope you get to the goal you have! Have a nice day :)

    Gotta say "Works all the time"
    Tried this workout for the first time during pandemic and lost 6kg in a month and gained flat belly even I myself couldn't believe. Recently started following this workout again after 3years, and lost 5kg for almost a month.
    A must try ladies! I hope their arms workout will help me get toned

      i think the best thing that worked for me is I told my family I wanted to do it and change myself for the better. I asked them to let me be for at least 15 minutes.
      I have social anxiety even when I'm with my own family but the best option is to ask them to leave you just for a little. Put on some music, and pick a time that you'd do it everyday and inform them.

      With this quarantine going on, my parents work till late since they work from home, so I pretty much workout whenever they're at their desks.
      Also works out because my own mom hates being interrupted during exercise and dad will usually watch tv for hours as wwll 😂👌 it's a win-win for me tbh

    The training is hard and sometimes a challenge, I'm totally worth it, I did this challenge for 14 days during Corona and now I'm doing it again, I've just finished day 12 and I'm already seeing a crazy change, I just want to tell you that it's so worth the effort and all of you here are champions even those who try Do just one exercise you are champions and it will be worth it in levels.

    I'm on day 8 (about to complete it) and I have seen SO much progress so far. I was slim then I gained a lot of belly fat bcz I ate a lot in a period of time. Now, I'm still eating (kind of a lot) while doing this program and I'm almost back to my slimmer self! I cant believe it. Thank you so much cloe❤

      @kathym322 yea it did kinda work. Tho I kinda skipped abt 3 days and was eating so much. So the results weren't that satisfying. But it saved me from additional belly fat bcz I was eating so much. So I was eating so much and was still the same

    Thank you so much Chloe I tried that for two weeks without a strict diet and tried to drink more water and I became stronger and healthier and active .for the results :
    the waist :72-66cm
    Belly:80-74cm
    Lower belly :82-76cm
    So I lost 6 cm and I will keep up with your workouts.guys I really advice you to do it and you’re gonna see the results
    Also I advise you to film yourself the first day and the last day to be motivated and see the results.

    Day 1: this was hard to finish , i couldn’t do the whole 30 sc for some of the exercises but i felt goood after finishing the whole thing
    Day2:I was so sore from yesterday that I gave up 2 minutes in. I’ll redo this day tomorrow-I won’t give up!

    Day 1- ✅ This workout killed me but it felt so good, I could physically feel my body burning by the end but I am determined!
    Day 2- ✅ I am getting used to it all, the plank ups and downs tho 💀
    Day 3- ✅ The plank ups and downs still kill me but I am getting better! Everytime I do this it burns so much istg but no pain no gain!!
    Day 4- ✅ I feel like I am getting more flexible but I see no difference 🤧 HOPEFULLY I'LL SEE RESULTS BY THE END!! :D

    Heyyy I’m starting!
    Day 1: Hard, I struggled a bit with the exercises, but I barely got through it! + needed lots of extra breaks
    Day 2: It was a bit easier honestly since I ran 2 miles before coming back and doing this workout, but I made it though! + needed only a few extra breaks
    Day 3: when I tell you it got SO MUCH easier I’m actually not joking, I felt so good afterwards and my body felt so much stronger + I didn’t need ANY extra breaks today
    Day 4: Doing great! I felt so good after working out I think it was amazing!
    + didn’t need any breaks today!
    Day 5: Much much easier! I also started seeing some slight changes! I’m so happy :)! You guys got this keep going!
    * needed no extra breaks today either :)!
    Day 6: it was kinda today because I didn’t get as much sleep but I still work through it! It felt great afterwards and I also added some push-ups to the routine!

    Day 7: Been doing good! Seeing some changes really feeling good! You can do this!

    WEEK ONE: COMPLETED ✅
    Day 8: I feel amazing! This workout is so great I do this 2x daily!

    Okay, so I've been doing this challenge for 3 days today. I'll keep on updating.
    Day 1 ✅ Too difficult but did it
    Day 2 ✅ Sore muscles around my stomach
    Day 3 ✅ Definitely became easier than day 1. No improvement as of now.
    Day 4 ❌ Couldn't do due to cramps
    Day 5 ✅ did it, again sore muscles around stomach.
    Day 6 ❌ forgot to do it.
    Day 7 ✅
    I've been doing this without following any particular diet and stuff.

    Starting this workout out! Doing it 3/4 times a week as I also go to fitness 2 times a week! Updating every time I do it! Pls like this comment so I don’t forget:3
    Current weight: 61kg
    Goal: 55kg
    Height: 160cm
    Day 1✅ - it was hard and I couldn’t do all the exercises/ I had more pauses but I feel really good and I can definitely feel that my abs are burning🔥
    Day 2✅ - same hard as day 1 but I feel great after! Abs are burning🔥 only thing is that my back hurts when doing some of these exercises but I’m working on making my back stronger 💪🏼

    i did ur workout in 2020 at my heaviest weight and now i am once again at my heaviest. Today was my 1st day and dude i forgot how killer these workouts are. my lungs are crying, I genuinely hope after 2 weeks it gets easier. but ahhhh thank you
