I wrote the above two years ago.
Finally, at age 24 I was sick of being the same person so I decided to be consistent this time. I've been consistent with this ab workout and diet for over a month now. and I see results, I can see definition, particularly from afar and when I lift my arms up and when I'm not bloated. I just need to lose more layer of fat to make it more visible. But I did this workout every other day for weeks and now almost every day with one or two rest days a week.
instead of russian twists I do jack knives and instead of plank dips I do flutter kicks and instead of the up and down plank at the end I do flutter kicks again. (because working your obliques makes u more boxier). For the first time in my life I've been consistent for months. It's probably been close to two months or more now I've been consistent with diet and exercise. I don't know if anyone will read this, but I was honestly a bit surprised to see my "day 1" comment from 2 years ago, I never really checked the comments all these months of doing this exercise.
To anyone reading this. One day you will wake up and be fed up with yourself, fed up with being undisciplined and sick of who you are and finally change. It took me the week before my 24th birthday and being pretty much completely alone no friends or boyfriend for almost a year to finally change and be a better person. I know your day will come too, coming from one of the laziest, undisciplined and scared/anxious people. I also now go to the gym and weight train, a year ago I didn't even step foot into the weight section and was just on the treadmill intimidated and scared. Finally, though it's taken months I regularly lift or train weights. I can't wait for all of you to have that day you wake up and look at yourself and just be fed up and change. I never thought I would or could, so I know you will one day. Hopefully, at least one person has read this. Wishing you the best on your growth and change journey. (I've also improved my sleep schedule and deleted social media, and daily do all my chores and made my bed every single morning without fail for months).
Day30+ I see results and see a change in my body and most importantly in myself as a person.

I started working out since I was 12 and people would call me try hard and wouldn’t believe that I had cutout abs and a small waist and that would make me feel guilty but I didn’t stop and now everyone’s working out....like what and now all the people who brought me down would ask me for my routine..

Day 1:- ✅ Damn I felt like my soul was getting sucked out of my body 😂
Day 2:- ✅ I was sore from yesterday so it took a little longer to complete but anyways I am happy 😂
Day 3:-✅ It was extremely difficult today. Took longer breaks, my body is so sore it was not co-operating with my brain😅
Day 4:-✅ It was a little easier compared to yesterday, I was able to move my muscles better sinc boyfriend massaged my sore legs😊

Day 1-✅ It wasn’t THAT hard as i thought it will be, but I was definitely sweating. My arms for some reason did not hurt, uf but my abs and my stomach was DYING from pain😭!
Day 2-✅ for some reason it hurts so much more today than day 1 but it was a good feeling after workout. In & outs killed me🙈
Day 3-✅ muscles in my legs started to hurt😕probably because the workout is a fire. I noticed i lost few calories!
Day 4-✅ i can see some changes in my body! Im so happy!!!
Day 5-✅ still the same guys! 9 days more to go!
Day 6-❌ i had a birthday party so i didnt have time :( I’ll put an extra day because of it!
Day 7-✅ guys!! The workout is getting so much easier! And im moving my body more than usual!!
Day 8-✅ i can see some lines on my stomach (that means im getting some abs) but the workout is still burning. Also i saw when i woke up today that my stomach got flatter! So happy rn!❤️

So overall, the results are pretty amazing, i didn’t expect hourglass body with this only abs but i surely got some kind of hourglass. I lost 1-2kg and my stomach looks much flatter. I will keep doing this all summer but I wont keep updating! I definelly recommend this, you get results within day 8! ❤️

Day 1: ✅complete. Hurt like hell and I avoid up and down planks, Russian twists, and plank dips because working the obliques makes you boxier.

I’ve did this challenge for two weeks and I’ve seen slight changes in my body like i noticed that lines on my stomach but i didn’t lose weight. Im skinny fat so I think I need to do it for a bit more but i can clearly feel my core muscles.

i go to gym 3 times a week, and do 1 hour cardios 2 times a week, 15k+ steps every day
✅️ day 1 (also leg day): it was really hard, but i've only stopped the video ones for 15 sec, not bad!!!
✅️ day 2 (also chest + arms day, 50 min cardio): training after this was rly hardddd, especially active plank (im dyin fr😭😭)
✅️ day 3: my arms are soo week after yesterday traininggg, training hurts so bad, but veey effective!
✅️ day 4 (also back + shoulders day and 55min cardio): it was muuuch easier than previous days!! hooray!
✅️ day 5: also kinda easy, but plank after active plank is 💀💀💀
✅️ day 6 (plus leg day): aaaaaaaa, i think im so good in this now

Today is my 9th day on this challenge and I see changes in my abdomen and my sizes change around 3 inches I lose in my waist and hips really appreciate your workout challenge it gives me confidence and feeling energized and strong than before I will continue until I reach my goals 🙏🏻😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️highly recommend this challenge really worth your effort you see by yourself 💪🏻

Just started today (may 2024) and I’m gonna tell you guys how it went:
Day 1: I’m exhausted!! there’s obviously nothing that changed that you could see with your eyes.
Day 2: nothing changed really from the first day.
Day 3: my abs feel more tense than usual but besides that no other difference was seen or felt.
Day 4: abs are still tense. My mood improved I can feel it.
Day 5: nothing really changed from yesterday
Day 6: nothing noticeable changed from yesterday. Muscles are still tense tho.
Day 7: ok, so there is a difference! Ive noticed that a lot of fat has gone. Even when I eat and my stomach gets full, it’s still smaller than it was before. I am very surprised!! Hopefully by the end of the month I’ll get even closer to my goal.
Day 8: nothing changed since yesterday
Day 9: no changes
Day 10: so there’s like 2 very very light vertical lines that are forming in the abs that are close to my chest. But I mean you can see it if you look super close. So no, it’s not really visible. I’ll see if they become deeper lines in a few weeks.
Day 11: I didn’t have time to exercise today, sorry. But also no changes.
Day 12: I do feel like there’s change in my physique, you can’t see it with your eyes really. But still in a better shape than when i started!
Day 13: there is definitely two lines in between the abs like I said before. Can barely see them but I can feel they’re there. Also very light lines in the right side and left side of my abs.
(Side note: I don’t weight much, I’m pretty skinny and I’m a teenager.
Also, I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits and boiled eggs and rice. so this is just how it went for me so far… If you’re someone who this applies to, you might have similar results or a similar experience. I’ll try to update weekly or update when I see something drastically change.)
And my goal is of course to have some flat and visible abs by the end of the summer :)
