Day 5: was really tired but did it. Day 6: SOON DONEEE, the workouts feel. A bit easier now. Day 7: did ittt!!! I definently see results and im really happy with it. Im probably gone do another week. i think the best thing that worked for me is I told my family I wanted to do it and change myself for the better. I asked them to let me be for at least 15 minutes. I have social anxiety even when I'm with my own family but the best option is to ask them to leave you just for a little. Put on some music, and pick a time that you'd do it everyday and inform them.

With this quarantine going on, my parents work till late since they work from home, so I pretty much workout whenever they're at their desks. Also works out because my own mom hates being interrupted during exercise and dad will usually watch tv for hours as wwll 😂👌 it's a win-win for me tbh

Day 1- ✅ This workout killed me but it felt so good, I could physically feel my body burning by the end but I am determined!
Day 2- ✅ I am getting used to it all, the plank ups and downs tho 💀
Day 3- ✅ The plank ups and downs still kill me but I am getting better! Everytime I do this it burns so much istg but no pain no gain!!
Day 4- ✅ I feel like I am getting more flexible but I see no difference 🤧 HOPEFULLY I'LL SEE RESULTS BY THE END!! :D

Day 1: Hard, I struggled a bit with the exercises, but I barely got through it! + needed lots of extra breaks
Day 2: It was a bit easier honestly since I ran 2 miles before coming back and doing this workout, but I made it though! + needed only a few extra breaks
Day 3: when I tell you it got SO MUCH easier I’m actually not joking, I felt so good afterwards and my body felt so much stronger + I didn’t need ANY extra breaks today
Day 4: Doing great! I felt so good after working out I think it was amazing!
+ didn’t need any breaks today!
Day 5: Much much easier! I also started seeing some slight changes! I’m so happy :)! You guys got this keep going!
