I started working out since I was 12 and people would call me try hard and wouldn’t believe that I had cutout abs and a small waist and that would make me feel guilty but I didn’t stop and now everyone’s working out....like what and now all the people who brought me down would ask me for my routine..

When you wait ten seconds for the microwave it takes forever, when your using electric sharpener time doesn’t move, when I clean the dishes ten seconds per bowl is endless. So how the frick did my ten second break go so fast????
i am no fitness expert by any means but do you really try to focus on tightening your abdomen? i know as beginners its easy to be tired and just want to get it over with, but its better to do a few exercices properly and then skip the last ones if you get very tired. ofc its natural for your arms and legs to get tired too, but try to really focus on tightening your abdomen as you do the exercices :) hope it helps

@AyahAdnan-l8g i exercise regularly five times a week and have cut down on excessive sugar intake. I also go for long walks, but not as often as before since college takes up most of my time for exercise.
This workout is soo good. I do it every morning and i've noticed huge changes. If you have a little bit of consistency, you can do it! You've got this girl.
Before doing exercise, I don’t drink too much water. I think it’s better to exercise with an empty stomach. I hope you get to the goal you have! Have a nice day :)
Anyone else trying to do this in their room without anyone noticing because you are shy, and allways scared someone is going to come in and see you half naked? No? Just me?
i think the best thing that worked for me is I told my family I wanted to do it and change myself for the better. I asked them to let me be for at least 15 minutes. I have social anxiety even when I'm with my own family but the best option is to ask them to leave you just for a little. Put on some music, and pick a time that you'd do it everyday and inform them.
Exactly me! Except my grandmother decided it would be a great idea to say hi to me through the window while I was exercising and half naked. I'm still traumatized
With this quarantine going on, my parents work till late since they work from home, so I pretty much workout whenever they're at their desks. Also works out because my own mom hates being interrupted during exercise and dad will usually watch tv for hours as wwll 😂👌 it's a win-win for me tbh

Today I started the 2019 shred (yes, it's 2024, idc) Day 1 (December 1st) : Nailed it! I had at least 15 rests, but completed it. Skipped some days due to personal problems Day 2 and 3 (December 7th, December 10th) : I did split the second day of this workout in 2 but even then i could not finish this. (I did only 5 skips tho) so I decided to do 5-7 extreme just dance songs and let me tell you the name made sense. So let me call these a day! Remind me if you see this!
I could not finish the very first exercise because I had a bunch of juice and decided 10 mins later to work out and I felt liquis bouncing everytime jumping was involved! Hated it xD

Lost about 1. 5 inches. But yes there is great improvement in my stamina. My postures became better day by day and started feeling much better. I followed a clean diet and also took about 7000 steps a day.

Irais Valentin Yeah, but you probably don’t have to completely change your diet. Just cut out snacks, drink more water, limit surgery drinks and alcohol, and add some more protein in your diet. Don’t completely cut out fats but look for the good fats, like avocados, and eat less fat than protein...I said fat way too many times lol
I’m not trying to offend you, but if you really do have 3 rolls of fat. It’s best to diet and do cardio to get rid of some of them. Then do abs exercise.

I'm doing this routine, so I'll be updating every day. December 16, day 01: At first I took long breaks and it cost me a lot to do the full exercises. December 17, day 02: Same as yesterday December 18, day 03: I couldn't do the exercises today because I had a very busy day and was away from home. December 19, day 04: I finished the workout completely, I feel good and I don't feel as much muscle pain as before, great progress for me. December 20, Day 05: Today I couldn't do the same exercises as on day three because my day was very busy and I couldn't make time for myself, so I will do double the exercise tomorrow and on Sunday. December 21, day 06: Today I did the routine completely, and to make up for one of the days I missed I did the exercises again, I didn't feel any muscle pain. December 22, day 07: Today was tough, for some reason I felt the exercises were more intense, but I don't have any muscle pain or anything like that, I had to take long breaks in some exercises but everything is fine. first week ready December 23, day 08: It's the day before Christmas, so I'm afraid that my entire process will go down the drain. I did the workout completely and I hope to have time to do it tomorrow too.

Today I started the 2019 shred (yes, it's 2024, idc)
Day 1 (December 1st) : Nailed it! I had at least 15 rests, but completed it.
Skipped some days due to personal problems
Day 2 and 3 (December 7th, December 10th) : I did split the second day of this workout in 2 but even then i could not finish this. (I did only 5 skips tho) so I decided to do 5-7 extreme just dance songs and let me tell you the name made sense. So let me call these a day!

I had not witnessed a visible change. Lost about 1. 5 inches. But yes there is great improvement in my stamina. My postures became better day by day and started feeling much better. I followed a clean diet and also took about 7000 steps a day.
It's still progress even if it's little. Did you repeat this video throughout the 2 weeks or was it different videos for each day?
I did the same workouts for two whole weeks. I actually want to lose a few more inches. I am planning to do it for the whole month

Day 1 : I've done the whole thing and added lower ab workout since my tummy is big rn😭, i also do some cardio workout along w/ this,the amount of sweat i had after this workout is insane! Hope to see results after 2 weeks, remind me guys!
Day 2: Done, its freaking aching😭 day 1 was smooth as butter but day 2 feels like someone is beating my stomach! Sweated a lot!
Day 3: It was a little bit easier but my stomach is aching especially when I'm coughing, it hurts like crazy😭

day 1: at the start i was pretty bloated but it feels better after exercise. it burned but im proud i didnt stop once!
day 2: it was really hard but i kept pushing!
day 3: i kept going until it came up to the straight leg crunch. i totally strained my butt :/ and it hurt too much to continue xD I might keep going we will have to see. hi, i ended up doing completing the video ow.
day 4: completed ✔︎ it hurt because of the pulled muscle, but oh well. i engaged my core a lot today and really felt the burn in my stomach!
day 5: completed ✔︎ i was comparing pictures and my waist and stomach look different! this is amazing, i will be doing this for probably a month, can't wait for those results.
day 6: completed ✔︎ really engaged my abs today
day 7: completed ✔︎ half way done, so proud!! i didn't think i was going to be loyal and actually do this, but yay!

Irais Valentin Yeah, but you probably don’t have to completely change your diet. Just cut out snacks, drink more water, limit surgery drinks and alcohol, and add some more protein in your diet. Don’t completely cut out fats but look for the good fats, like avocados, and eat less fat than protein...I said fat way too many times lol

I’m not trying to offend you, but if you really do have 3 rolls of fat. It’s best to diet and do cardio to get rid of some of them. Then do abs exercise.

December 16, day 01: At first I took long breaks and it cost me a lot to do the full exercises.
December 17, day 02: Same as yesterday
December 18, day 03: I couldn't do the exercises today because I had a very busy day and was away from home.
December 19, day 04: I finished the workout completely, I feel good and I don't feel as much muscle pain as before, great progress for me.
December 20, Day 05: Today I couldn't do the same exercises as on day three because my day was very busy and I couldn't make time for myself, so I will do double the exercise tomorrow and on Sunday.
December 21, day 06: Today I did the routine completely, and to make up for one of the days I missed I did the exercises again, I didn't feel any muscle pain.
December 22, day 07: Today was tough, for some reason I felt the exercises were more intense, but I don't have any muscle pain or anything like that, I had to take long breaks in some exercises but everything is fine.
