@@izzhrsly644 oh, and i may have mentioned about brunch. Sometimes, we're of course have other things to work on. We might miss breakfast and it's almost lunch when we're able to eat. If ever you're very busy, don't hesitate to just eat first and workout later. Just make sure to have even the quickest exercise for the day. I mean cut your whole session to half then just payback for those missed out sets the next day. It's not considered cheating, don't worry hahaha! I'll be honest too on one more thing. If my body can handle it, i do two sessions of exercise a day. One after breakfast, and one after lunch. Both to burn all those carbs i gained on both meals. Don't completely recommend it if you're a busy person and/or aware that your body might collapse from fatigue and tiredness coz it WILL take more time of your day and more energy from you. It's most likely just on my own kind of every day workout (and just does this kind of extensions to my session 3 times a week). You can always TRY to push yourself to the limit, but please not to the point your body can't take anymore. Love our body, give it care and respect. Rest if needed. Eat if needed. We can do it with patience! Leggo!!

You’re right. Something that I have stopped doing is set big, unrealistic goals, like I normally would in the past. What I’ve started doing now is - I believe that I am already fit and healthy and that I’m in the best shape that I can be and then I workout from this mindset. I tell myself “I’m working out because I am already fit”. Changing your perspective from “fat to fit” to “fit to fitter” really does wonders, not just for your self esteem but it starts to show and reflect in your body too!

I've wanted to reduce my belly fat for a long time. I've tried and followed many workouts but didn't stick with it (due to my laziness nothing else) but I'm documenting my progress here. Let's see!! Day 1: I couldn't do it for the whole 60s but i can feel the pain and stretch very well. Day 2:I wanted to skip! But i need to stay committed agh. This was a good session; I am very tired. Day 3: didn't do it because of pain Day 4: It felt good to do this again but still I was struggling!! Im sweating a lot hehe. Day 5: skipped Day 6: I think im actually seeing changes not like ab lines or anything but i can see my tummy fat has reduced. Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Please like and keep me motivated
When I start a new routine I do it every other day. You don't want to get so sore that you hurt, not woth it. Eventually it will be easy and you'll find yourself wanting to add other things. Don't give up, your doing great!

@@sacha_nk 1 time is enough. Try to get some diet too like eat more salad, no sugar drinks ( less ), and drink more plain water. Don't eat snacks often, especially at night. After you do this exercise, do others as well, like 30 min jogging or walking. It helps you. Just need to have discipline to do all of this. You also need to take a break. Don't overdo it. I guess this is enough for getting normal weight. Just exercise and maintain your weigh. That's it! 😊
I've been doing this exercise for 6 months and i still haven't gotten full results but so far i lost 8cm of waist fat and more clothes fit me now im so happy because since im only 12 years old i can already keep up with adult exercises and my tip is never give up even if u dont see immediate results remember ur body wont stay the way it is now but its up to u it's ur choice if u want to keep it or put it in the past :)) goodluck y'all

Okay. So I started doing this (3 days ago) and now I'll be posting regularly how I feel and how's it going. For you all to know, my whole body is thin except for the tummy and thighs, so it's kinda embarrassing. I tried to be chubby all over the body by eating a lot, but all that fat got stored in my tummy and thighs! So I guess it's better to be in shape, and if I have a lean body, let's stick with that. So, I'll be following Emi Wong videos for shaping the stomach and thighs. (P.S. : Keep reminding me, it's difficult to find my own comment!) Also, I do the exercises at 1:00 AM before I go to sleep. Day 1 : I did all of the exercises, with some doing overtime, and I'm really really exhausted! Day 2 : My whole body is in pain. I have no other option but to take rest! But the good part is that I can feel the burn at the sides of my waist and my thighs! Day 3 : Though the pain from day 1 hadn't vanished yet, I did all the exercises. I felt a bit of pain, but it was way less exhausting than day 1. I know my body will be in pain tomorrow again, but I won't stop now. Day 4: I was expecting a lot of pain today in my body, but there was no pain at all when I woke up in the morning! Now, before sleeping, I did all my exercises with ease, and I wasn't even panting today and body didn't ache! Yeah, I confess that I am not able to make balance on my left leg while I put my right leg in the air while doing exercise number 9, but I hope I'll be able to do that too!! I can seriously feel that I'm getting keen to workout! ❤ Day 5: I was extremely exhausted with Diwali preparations, so I didn't exercise today!
HI! for anyone that actually cares, this workout is unrelated to my comment, but to really see some results, try to go on a calorie deficit and do other cardio before or after this workout. We all have abs already, but you have to burn the fat as well as increase the size in muscle. Good luck!

LEGIT!!✔️ Here was my measurement: Stomach: 31.5 inches Day 1: ✔️ (It was tiring and I have decreased the time on the hard ones, like the last exercise. I was also catching my breath so fast) Day 2: ✔️ (It's a little less tiring this time though I still did decrease time on some of the hard ones. I was still catching breath but not that fast anymore) Day 3: ✔️ (It's still exhausting, of course but my body got used to it and I am able to keep up with the time, but not with the last exercise. I was of course still catching my breath, but a little slower than the last time) Day 4: ❌ (I was not able to exercised because of house chores and academics) Day 5: ✔️ (It's still exhausting but I did not sweat a lot this time and I was not catching breath this time. I’m going to start doing the 30 min full body fat burn HIIT & standing abs workout for a month and also eat clean. DAY 1: Both exercises done. I burned 437 calories. I feel kind of sore on my legs. I also sweated like hell. DAY 2 : Finished all 2 of them but felt really unmotivated. DAY 3 : Only did the standing abs workout. I took a pilates class for almost an hour and walked actively for 2-3 hours DAY:4 It was an active rest day. I played basketball for an hour. Note: I decided not to do the 30 min full body workout cause I’m gonna start going back to the gym. I will only be doing the standing abs workout as well as swimming and stair stepper.

I lost weight last year and stopped working out, then gained weight twice as much as I did last year because I thought my shape would stay, and I’m here again because this helped me a lot in losing weight. The lesson learned here is that when you lose weight from working out, you should not stop exercising; instead, just find exercise videos to help you stay in shape and also help you stay active, just like jogging or walking. ❤ WE CAN DO THIS GUYS. @@simaytugceasko2763 It's really good, I feel nice and I even think I have better balance thanks to exercise 9 lmao. I don't struggle a lot with kicks and leg strength. My belly looks kinda smaller and the excess fat around abs is minor. Now I haven't change my meals, excepting for my eating habits like drink more water, focus more in my food while eating (no phone, not big distractions.. I get distracted so easy) and the best thing is that the routine is not boring.
That's because they have nothing to Update, *_they could not commit to actually doing the work_* and followed by Eating an unhealthy Fattening Diet. *Nutrition is key, if you add all the Calories & Fat you just burned right back by consuming an unhealthy Diet then you will NEVER get any Results.* All it takes is 1 Fattening Burger, Couple Slices of Pizza, Fast-Food, Candy Bars or drinking Soda then it was all for Nothing.

i've been doing this workout for over 2 weeks now and i can already tell the difference. i can see the curves in my waist area and my stomach is already flatter and has visible abs line than before! just make sure guys that you're tightening your core area while doing this. like she said, mind and body coordination!

@@izzhrsly644 oh, and i may have mentioned about brunch. Sometimes, we're of course have other things to work on. We might miss breakfast and it's almost lunch when we're able to eat. If ever you're very busy, don't hesitate to just eat first and workout later. Just make sure to have even the quickest exercise for the day. I mean cut your whole session to half then just payback for those missed out sets the next day. It's not considered cheating, don't worry hahaha!
I'll be honest too on one more thing. If my body can handle it, i do two sessions of exercise a day. One after breakfast, and one after lunch. Both to burn all those carbs i gained on both meals. Don't completely recommend it if you're a busy person and/or aware that your body might collapse from fatigue and tiredness coz it WILL take more time of your day and more energy from you. It's most likely just on my own kind of every day workout (and just does this kind of extensions to my session 3 times a week).
You can always TRY to push yourself to the limit, but please not to the point your body can't take anymore. Love our body, give it care and respect. Rest if needed. Eat if needed. We can do it with patience! Leggo!!

You’re right. Something that I have stopped doing is set big, unrealistic goals, like I normally would in the past. What I’ve started doing now is - I believe that I am already fit and healthy and that I’m in the best shape that I can be and then I workout from this mindset. I tell myself “I’m working out because I am already fit”. Changing your perspective from “fat to fit” to “fit to fitter” really does wonders, not just for your self esteem but it starts to show and reflect in your body too!

Day 1: I couldn't do it for the whole 60s but i can feel the pain and stretch very well.
Day 2:I wanted to skip! But i need to stay committed agh. This was a good session; I am very tired.

day 1: no changes, my stomach aches a lil, im sweating like crazy
Day 2: Its a bit easier to do, still sweating
Day 3: A little easier than yesterday to do. Not sweating as much
Day 4: I almost forgot to do it. It feels easier to do than yesterday and yes, still sweating. I can see a Light difference

@@sacha_nk 1 time is enough. Try to get some diet too like eat more salad, no sugar drinks ( less ), and drink more plain water. Don't eat snacks often, especially at night. After you do this exercise, do others as well, like 30 min jogging or walking. It helps you. Just need to have discipline to do all of this. You also need to take a break. Don't overdo it. I guess this is enough for getting normal weight. Just exercise and maintain your weigh. That's it! 😊

I've been following this workout for a month now, there's so much improvement on my stomach. My tight dresses are starting to look good on me
Okay. So I started doing this (3 days ago) and now I'll be posting regularly how I feel and how's it going. For you all to know, my whole body is thin except for the tummy and thighs, so it's kinda embarrassing. I tried to be chubby all over the body by eating a lot, but all that fat got stored in my tummy and thighs! So I guess it's better to be in shape, and if I have a lean body, let's stick with that. So, I'll be following Emi Wong videos for shaping the stomach and thighs.
(P.S. : Keep reminding me, it's difficult to find my own comment!)
Also, I do the exercises at 1:00 AM before I go to sleep.
Day 1 : I did all of the exercises, with some doing overtime, and I'm really really exhausted!
Day 2 : My whole body is in pain. I have no other option but to take rest! But the good part is that I can feel the burn at the sides of my waist and my thighs!
Day 3 : Though the pain from day 1 hadn't vanished yet, I did all the exercises. I felt a bit of pain, but it was way less exhausting than day 1. I know my body will be in pain tomorrow again, but I won't stop now.
Day 4: I was expecting a lot of pain today in my body, but there was no pain at all when I woke up in the morning! Now, before sleeping, I did all my exercises with ease, and I wasn't even panting today and body didn't ache! Yeah, I confess that I am not able to make balance on my left leg while I put my right leg in the air while doing exercise number 9, but I hope I'll be able to do that too!! I can seriously feel that I'm getting keen to workout! ❤
Day 5: I was extremely exhausted with Diwali preparations, so I didn't exercise today!

for anyone that actually cares, this workout is unrelated to my comment, but to really see some results, try to go on a calorie deficit and do other cardio before or after this workout. We all have abs already, but you have to burn the fat as well as increase the size in muscle. Good luck!

(It's still exhausting, of course but my body got used to it and I am able to keep up with the time, but not with the last exercise. I was of course still catching my breath, but a little slower than the last time)

Para todos aquellos que vienen a los comentarios a revisar si alguien pone su testimonio de que si sirve o no, déjenme decirles que si que efectivamente sirve y mucho en 2 semanas mi cintura agarro más curvas ( a los lados del abdomen) y estoy sumamente feliz por qué mi estructura de ese lado es recta, osea no tenía la silueta y estos ejercicios me ayudaron bastanteee y seguiré haciéndolos

@@joselynsalasrodriguez6130 Lo hice diario, la verdad no soy no profesional ni nada pero eso fue lo que yo hice, los hice diario pero debo decir algo, no sé si favorezca pero yo hago 30 min de cardio y luego hago esta rutina yo hago (2 videos de Patry Jordan que son los de "GYM VIRTUAL") tiene creo que 2 videos que se llaman "Cardio para quemar grasa rápido" o algo así duran 15 min y yo lo hago 2 veces para hacer 30 min de cardio y después este video de ABS

I’m going to start doing the 30 min full body fat burn HIIT & standing abs workout for a month and also eat clean.
DAY 1: Both exercises done. I burned 437 calories. I feel kind of sore on my legs. I also sweated like hell.
DAY 2 : Finished all 2 of them but felt really unmotivated.
DAY 3 : Only did the standing abs workout. I took a pilates class for almost an hour and walked actively for 2-3 hours
DAY:4 It was an active rest day. I played basketball for an hour.
Note: I decided not to do the 30 min full body workout cause I’m gonna start going back to the gym. I will only be doing the standing abs workout as well as swimming and stair stepper.

I lost weight last year and stopped working out, then gained weight twice as much as I did last year because I thought my shape would stay, and I’m here again because this helped me a lot in losing weight.
The lesson learned here is that when you lose weight from working out, you should not stop exercising; instead, just find exercise videos to help you stay in shape and also help you stay active, just like jogging or walking. ❤

Thank you Emi , iv been doing there exercises since April this year, because I was 10 stone and 5 pounds and a size 14 , lockdown’s weight I put on so much , iv done theses exercises every other day and my body shape changed dramatically within 7 weeks. It’s now November 2021 and I’m now 9 stone and 3 pounds and a size 10 . I’m so glad I didn’t give up ❤️

@@simaytugceasko2763 It's really good, I feel nice and I even think I have better balance thanks to exercise 9 lmao. I don't struggle a lot with kicks and leg strength. My belly looks kinda smaller and the excess fat around abs is minor. Now I haven't change my meals, excepting for my eating habits like drink more water, focus more in my food while eating (no phone, not big distractions.. I get distracted so easy) and the best thing is that the routine is not boring.

That's because they have nothing to Update, *_they could not commit to actually doing the work_* and followed by Eating an unhealthy Fattening Diet. *Nutrition is key, if you add all the Calories & Fat you just burned right back by consuming an unhealthy Diet then you will NEVER get any Results.* All it takes is 1 Fattening Burger, Couple Slices of Pizza, Fast-Food, Candy Bars or drinking Soda then it was all for Nothing.

i've been doing this workout for over 2 weeks now and i can already tell the difference. i can see the curves in my waist area and my stomach is already flatter and has visible abs line than before! just make sure guys that you're tightening your core area while doing this. like she said, mind and body coordination!

@@miraetale hi! i do this routine 3x a week while partnering it with pilates (2x a week). Also, i do portion control when it comes to food :) hope it helps! My waist now is 23 from 28.

I’ll be doing it in the mirror tomorrow to check my form. my back really hurt on the 10th exercise, so I’m definitely not doing my form correct on that one. I liked how emi taught us when we squeeze our core, as I was a bit confused in the beginning.
day 2:✅checked my form, I’m doing it correct! felt a burn today.
day 3:✅almost skipped it today, however, I pushed through and completed it! I even did the 11th exercise (hard work) I only did it for 40 seconds so I’ll gradually add more time to it.
