I've been doing this workout since the last 2 weeks, can't say much about my height but my legs look and feel slimmer and flexible than before. Initially, doing these poses made me cry but now I've become addicted to them and cant stop doing these. I'll definitely comeback after 2 more weeks or so to give updates but if you, yes YOU are reading this and doing the workout then keep going my love i can 100% assure you that your body will thank you later and you'll feel much much MUCH BETTER.(speaking from personal experience) Always keep in mind that it will take time to see the results but in the future when you'll look back at your beginning, you'll appreciate it and YOURSELF❤ Edit: Im back! Please remember to keep your back straight. DO NOT round your back. It might make the stretches easier but less effective. I know it hurts but you can do it! And when you will succeed, you will thank yourself for not giving up. It is worth it!

we do all of these for dance and it really does elongate and slim your legs, we usually do them to prepare for splits but my dance instructor also said this is how many ballerinas maintain slim elegant legs!
Yea I noticed that too, i went to ballet but cause of COVID I stopped, but my legs were thin back then, but I was 12 and I looked a bit wonky cause my body was growing, but I hope I can get taller

For anyone that doesnt know, doing these stretches for 21 days wont transform ur legs lol. Doing the whole programme listed in the description box probably will though. I'm happy that throughout everything that happened during the 21 days (whatever that may be) I stayed committed to something these exercises. I can say, that for ME, the stretches improved my flexibility (and leg strength too I think) a lot of the stretches were hard at the beginning but at the end I could do them all as well as the added stretch ones. Mostly these stretches helped me relax and I will come back to this video during the year if I am particularly stressed.
@@fruitbabie Sooo, I think that with these things, results definitely take time, also any differences are really hard to spot anyways. I'll say this - for about a month and a half I have been doing some sort of exercise everyday e.g a ten minute ab workout or 30mins on an excercise bike or 30mins cardio excersize or 15mins dancing etc etc, as well as taking a walk and trying not to snack between meals too often. Then I've started doing this about 9 days ago. And I can definitely see a difference in my whole body as well as my legs from a month and a half ago. So I think these exercises definitely helped, of course, but big differences are hard to spot in short amounts of time. I'm not being too crazy in trying to see huge results but rather trusting that the exercises are doing their jobs - but I really like this excercise anyways, mostly because I feel really relaxed while doing them and I feel really good after having done them. When I was sixteen I used to do this workout every morning + 10k steps and I had the most toned slim legs in my entire life! Getting back into doing this now, I truly recommend sticking with this!

I don't normally comment on these. So, my calfs always swell tremendously despite me using a massager and foam roller. I realized I need to stretch, especially since I jumprope/walk a lot/do Emi's other workouts. I've also always wanted to do a split. Well, I've been doing this routine for probably a couple months now. I can do a side split now!! I am by no means a flexible person, but these stretches have helped me so much! I do these about 5x a week, but am trying to get it to 7x a week. We are always on our feet, stretching out our legs should be a daily thing! I think it will take me a long time to do a middle split (haven't even thought of trying yet), but I believe if I keep doing these stretches daily, I'll keep getting more flexible. Just gotta keep pushing through the uncomfortable!

I pretty much memorized all the stretches. Lol I've been doing these stretches every day for about 3 months and I can see my body becoming more flexible. I can now reach over beyond my toes, my head can reach my toes when I do the butterfly stretch and I can almost do a split. I do Emi's leg workouts and do these same stretches right after. I've been doing this workout since the last 2 weeks, can't say much about my height but my legs look and feel slimmer and flexible than before. Initially, doing these poses made me cry but now I've become addicted to them and cant stop doing these. I'll definitely comeback after 2 more weeks or so to give updates but if you, yes YOU are reading this and doing the workout then keep going my love i can 100% assure you that your body will thank you later and you'll feel much much MUCH BETTER.(speaking from personal experience) Always keep in mind that it will take time to see the results but in the future when you'll look back at your beginning, you'll appreciate it and YOURSELF❤

we do all of these for dance and it really does elongate and slim your legs, we usually do them to prepare for splits but my dance instructor also said this is how many ballerinas maintain slim elegant legs!

So! That's that finished lol. Now to sum up what I thought of it after actually doing it...
For anyone that doesnt know, doing these stretches for 21 days wont transform ur legs lol. Doing the whole programme listed in the description box probably will though. I'm happy that throughout everything that happened during the 21 days (whatever that may be) I stayed committed to something these exercises. I can say, that for ME, the stretches improved my flexibility (and leg strength too I think) a lot of the stretches were hard at the beginning but at the end I could do them all as well as the added stretch ones. Mostly these stretches helped me relax and I will come back to this video during the year if I am particularly stressed.

@@fruitbabie Sooo, I think that with these things, results definitely take time, also any differences are really hard to spot anyways. I'll say this - for about a month and a half I have been doing some sort of exercise everyday e.g a ten minute ab workout or 30mins on an excercise bike or 30mins cardio excersize or 15mins dancing etc etc, as well as taking a walk and trying not to snack between meals too often. Then I've started doing this about 9 days ago. And I can definitely see a difference in my whole body as well as my legs from a month and a half ago. So I think these exercises definitely helped, of course, but big differences are hard to spot in short amounts of time. I'm not being too crazy in trying to see huge results but rather trusting that the exercises are doing their jobs - but I really like this excercise anyways, mostly because I feel really relaxed while doing them and I feel really good after having done them. I suppose I'll comment after the 21 days end and then do a re-check. Sorry for the long comment. Hope it helped

I've been doing this for around 2 weeks now and it is by far one of my favourite stretches. Keep the physical advantages aside, I really enjoy the music and how she keeps our spirits high. I feel so blissful after doing this!

I wanted to say this exercise is really effective!

I did not do any extreme diet i even eat some junk food sometimes so I would like to recommend you guys to have a normal diet plan with enough nutrients ❤

When I was sixteen I used to do this workout every morning + 10k steps and I had the most toned slim legs in my entire life! Getting back into doing this now, I truly recommend sticking with this!

I don't normally comment on these. So, my calfs always swell tremendously despite me using a massager and foam roller. I realized I need to stretch, especially since I jumprope/walk a lot/do Emi's other workouts. I've also always wanted to do a split. Well, I've been doing this routine for probably a couple months now. I can do a side split now!! I am by no means a flexible person, but these stretches have helped me so much! I do these about 5x a week, but am trying to get it to 7x a week. We are always on our feet, stretching out our legs should be a daily thing! I think it will take me a long time to do a middle split (haven't even thought of trying yet), but I believe if I keep doing these stretches daily, I'll keep getting more flexible. Just gotta keep pushing through the uncomfortable!

I pretty much memorized all the stretches. Lol I've been doing these stretches every day for about 3 months and I can see my body becoming more flexible. I can now reach over beyond my toes, my head can reach my toes when I do the butterfly stretch and I can almost do a split. I do Emi's leg workouts and do these same stretches right after.
As far as my legs slimming down, I think it will take some time. Everybody's body is different. But I'm confident in reaching my goal. I just wanted to share and encourage you all with my experience. Remember, consistency is key! Have a good day everyone ^^~

Don't worry at all, it had no effect in the first few months, because by doing these exercises, your bones will grow and your growth plates will not be cut off, I assure you.

I finally graduated from a month of doing this and my legs and thighs,was not the same anymore before i started this, the change is very noticeable,i became flexible, i even know how to spit now, at the same time i didn't waste my time to measure it at first cause i believed and trust that there will always be a change when it comes to your stretching and workouts , the reason i stop doing it cuz our school will starting soon and i need to be prepared.Thank you thank you very much!
