Hi guys! It is Jauary 1st, 2025, and my New Years Resolution is going to be working out everyday. I am going to do this and keep you guys posted! I am 15 years old, 5'4, about 120 lbs, and my waist is 26 inches. Day 1 : Omg, it burns✅️did it twice Day 2 : Not as bad as yesterday, but still burns bad. I had no motivation at all but still did it✅️ Day 3 : Killed me today, I was too tired. I can feel my abs getting tougher though! Only did it once✅️ Day 4 : Done✅️ Much easier than the first 3 days! I am really starting to see toning results. I just cant seem to get rid of my lower belly pooch though.. Day 5: Done✅️Noticed a big difference today! Day 6 : No motivation, so I didn't give my full effort. But finished✅️ Week 1 : Done✅️slowly noticing changes, it will take time. Keep going! Okay guys, I know this vid is really old but I’m going to do a 2 month challenge doing this everyday. I hope it helps encourage y’all (I also was doing this for a few days before making this chart). Stomach: 30 in Day 1: ✅ was a little hard but I pushed through (it BURNED) Day 2: ✅ easier than the first day but still felt the burn Day 3: ✅ I literally wanted to cry Day 4: ✅ I had just watched a movie abt a bodybuilder so I was inspired and didn’t feel anything 😂 Day 5: ✅ my surge of power from yesterday was nonexistent lol (I was considering skipping but then I remembered u guys) Day 6: ✅ I felt kinda nauseous cuz I had just eaten 😭 lesson learned Day 7: ✅ Well my boyfriend broke up with me so I became determined to loose weight and got an adrenaline surge. Still burned tho MILESTONE: LOST 1 INCH!!! Day 8: ✅ I was so happy abt loosing an inch I got so excited and it pushed me to go forward Day 9: ✅ My tummy rlly didn’t want to cooperate and it was so hard to do the clap sit up thingys Day 10: ✅ I was still kinda sore from the day before so it was hard and the burn was like x2 Day 11: ✅ Still going strong! If anyone tries to give up DO NOT!! This is one of the few workouts that actually worked for me and trust me I did every single routine you can imagine for more than 3 years, try it for 2 or 3 weeks and you’ll see:)
Exercising can be really hard sometimes, but it always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 200lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running and then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Onlymeal. Today I have 140lbs and I am happy like I have never been in my life.

For anyone just starting out it gets easier!! The first few times I took a bunch of breaks and could barely do it. After a week I finally did the entire workout with only one pause! It feels amazing!!
I have been doing this workout for a month now and the difference is so impressive. I have always been insecure about my belly and now that I'm more slim I'm also more confident and happy with my body💯
If your neck is hurting then you might want to engage your core more, so all you have to do is lift your neck a little more and you can feel your core get tighter and that means your using it more then before.
Okay guys I will be providing updates for this challenge :) - Will be doing until the Summer of 2025 Day 1 ✅ - Felt the burning sensation in my abs so much for a few days after as well. (Did workout once) - TOOK A WEEK BREAK - Day 1 ✅ - I felt exhausted but not as much burning in my abs (Did workout once) Day 2 ✅ - Out of breath and tired but hoping it will be worth it (Did workout once) Day 3 ✅ - Did the daisy keech challenge as well as this. Found this much easier than Day 1. My stomach looked a little bit smaller. (Did workout once) Day 4 ✅ - Somewhat exhausted but can see the improvement in my stamina, mental health, and stomach :) Day 5 ✅ - Can see a little bit of results (Did once) Day 6 ✅ - I can feel that my abs have gotten stronger. Hi just started this today and want to complete the seven-day workout. @Dilan Vardar I cut out sweets,and it helped me a lot. Just sugar,to be completely honest. (You can have cheat days! Just not everyday or in big quantities)Also crisps,and any stuff like that. Also drinking water with lemon helps!

YESSSSSSSSS im working out for my pleasure so i bet if my family saw me working out everyday like this, they would tell me i dont need to. but they don't know that im doing it to feel confident and love my body even more :)
Day 1: ✅felt the burn, it hurts when i try to stretch now 😭 Day 2: ✅used to the pain now, i see no difference yet Day 3: ✅the pain was less, I see a slight difference Day 4: ✅i was quite used to the pain so I didn't really feel it, there's still a slight difference! Day 5: ✅i lost some weight, 45.7 to 45.1 kgs. my abs were prominent! Day 6: ✅for some reason, I felt a lot of pain while doing the exercise today but the results were amazing. Day 7: ✅i definitely see a difference, my stomach is much more toned now! my weight went from 45.7 to 43 kgs! Remind me constantly!😭My bad, i was busy this whole week but i did the workout!
OMG same on the first day it didn't seem that hard to me but then I realized I did them wrong. And just yesterday which was day 11 I realized at 4:00 after 2 times of putting your legs up then down you're supposed to raise them. And on the first one when getting your arm to your leg I thought your body was also supposed to get up but apparently its just crunches.

I'll be doing this from 15 December to 15 January. Weight- 58.5 kg Goal- 48.5 kg Waist- 69 cm Goal- 62cm Day 1: It burned a lot but I did it. I also did Chloe Ting's 2 week shred and some face yoga.

@@xumie_1752 you’re right. I was a beginner and at first my neck hurt so bad. Now that I’ve learned how to do it right and really engaged with my core, my neck didn’t hurt at all. It took me a few practice to get it right.

The workout is pretty easy but it burns a little bit so that means it work! I also do some other workouts at the same time...I’m in my period but I still do the workouts so they’re not to hard!
Honestly it’s a little hard to follow the workouts because she doesn’t say what they’re about before the timer starts but so far this has been the most draining ones I’ve found (which means they’re working) and they have worked so far PS: if anyone has recs for more I could follow, please pass the links to me! :)

@@shshgr9393 You're not gonna get super abs like hers quickly, but literally any exercise like this helps, it's just rarely as fast as advertised. You will likely see a noticeable difference with this after a couple weeks, though you will feel it earlier. That's why it's so hard for people to succeed with these things (getting toned) -- they expect a super fast loss when most bodies don't change visibly that quickly, so people don't see immediate results and quit too early. You have to stick with it.

Doing it everyday from June 11,2020 Day 1: Really exhausting to do. Muscles around stomach feels like tightening. Day 2: Still Exhausting. Lots of sweat . Not much difference . Still a bloating tummy . But also It takes a week to see the change so let's keep doing this. Day 3: I can actually do these exercises with ease. I feel like I have lost certain grams. Like I haven't weighed myself but my tummy feels a little slimmer. But still there's more to work on . I am hopeful. Day 4: Easy workout. Takes less time and the best part is my body feels much lighter than before. Day 5: Quick and easy. Not much difference seen. Definitely I have lost few grams from my waist side. Much to do for my bloating belly . Day 6: Trying to be consistent. And hoping for better results . However, I have got compliments from my family that I have lost some weight. I won't say a huge amount. But yes I have lost some . I look slimmer than before mainly the waist area. The belly area is a less bloated now. Day 7: Finally the last day of the challenge I took . And it really worked for me to an extent. No more overly bloating belly and waist fats. Easy 5 min workout. (Can I get a like to be reminded? ?) Edit : Thank you everyone for the support. ♥️ I never got so many likes before. Note : • I didn't go on a strict diet. I ate what I usually have but lesser . • I did workout every morning. And at evening I practiced Dance. (I recommend everyone to do this workout atleast twice a day; morning and evening, for better results.) • Remember; you become what you eat. Reminder: if your parents are home still do it in your room or in any place in your house a lot of people say it’s embarrassing for parents or family members to walk in you working out but don’t feel embarrassed it just means you want to be healthy! And have a nice good body! Just reminding

@@Nolacccc no problem! I mostly did it once a day but every now and then I did it twice. I still ate all the foods I love, I just made sure to eat smaller portions and have desserts every other day. As for other workouts I just did a short walk in the morning. You don’t have to devote giant chunks of your life to this. Just small little things here and there. Good luck!

Okay guys, I know this vid is really old but I’m going to do a 2 month challenge doing this everyday. I hope it helps encourage y’all (I also was doing this for a few days before making this chart).
Stomach: 30 in
Day 1: ✅ was a little hard but I pushed through (it BURNED)
Day 2: ✅ easier than the first day but still felt the burn
Day 3: ✅ I literally wanted to cry
Day 4: ✅ I had just watched a movie abt a bodybuilder so I was inspired and didn’t feel anything 😂
Day 5: ✅ my surge of power from yesterday was nonexistent lol (I was considering skipping but then I remembered u guys)
Day 6: ✅ I felt kinda nauseous cuz I had just eaten 😭 lesson learned
Day 7: ✅ Well my boyfriend broke up with me so I became determined to loose weight and got an adrenaline surge. Still burned tho
MILESTONE: LOST 1 INCH!!!
Day 8: ✅ I was so happy abt loosing an inch I got so excited and it pushed me to go forward
Day 9: ✅ My tummy rlly didn’t want to cooperate and it was so hard to do the clap sit up thingys
Day 10: ✅ I was still kinda sore from the day before so it was hard and the burn was like x2
Day 11: ✅ Still going strong! My stomach has become a little more defined and I lost a centimeter!
Day 12: ✅ Did it with my sister! She quit but I kept going and I felt the burn so bad I got a bowl of ice cream immediately after
P.S. It’s sometimes hard to remember to do this and I’m telling u guys all the details so pls like🥺
Day 13: ✅ I did it at like 12 am so ofc I had energy
Day 14: ✅ I lost another inch!!!! So happy this workout rlly works!
Day 15: ❌ Sorry I was busy cus New Year’s Eve so I forgot
Day 16: ✅ Did 2x to make up for yesterday and lost another inch

If anyone tries to give up DO NOT!! This is one of the few workouts that actually worked for me and trust me I did every single routine you can imagine for more than 3 years, try it for 2 or 3 weeks and you’ll see:)

One day I just started moving more, then slow running and then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Onlymeal. Day 1 ✅ - Felt the burning sensation in my abs so much for a few days after as well.
(Did workout once)
- TOOK A WEEK BREAK -
Day 1 ✅ - I felt exhausted but not as much burning in my abs
(Did workout once)
Day 2 ✅ - Out of breath and tired but hoping it will be worth it
(Did workout once)
Day 3 ✅ - Did the daisy keech challenge as well as this. Found this much easier than Day 1. My stomach looked a little bit smaller.

Day 4 ✅ - Somewhat exhausted but can see the improvement in my stamina, mental health, and stomach :)

Day 6 ✅ - I can feel that my abs have gotten stronger.

@Dilan Vardar I cut out sweets,and it helped me a lot. Just sugar,to be completely honest. (You can have cheat days! Just not everyday or in big quantities)Also crisps,and any stuff like that. Also drinking water with lemon helps!

Day 2: ✅used to the pain now, i see no difference yet
Day 3: ✅the pain was less, I see a slight difference
Day 4: ✅i was quite used to the pain so I didn't really feel it, there's still a slight difference!
Day 5: ✅i lost some weight, 45.7 to 45.1 kgs. my abs were prominent!
Day 6: ✅for some reason, I felt a lot of pain while doing the exercise today but the results were amazing.
Day 7: ✅i definitely see a difference, my stomach is much more toned now! my weight went from 45.7 to 43 kgs!

OMG same on the first day it didn't seem that hard to me but then I realized I did them wrong. And just yesterday which was day 11 I realized at 4:00 after 2 times of putting your legs up then down you're supposed to raise them. @@xumie_1752 you’re right. I was a beginner and at first my neck hurt so bad. Now that I’ve learned how to do it right and really engaged with my core, my neck didn’t hurt at all. It took me a few practice to get it right.

The workout is pretty easy but it burns a little bit so that means it work! I also do some other workouts at the same time...I’m in my period but I still do the workouts so they’re not to hard!
Honestly it’s a little hard to follow the workouts because she doesn’t say what they’re about before the timer starts but so far this has been the most draining ones I’ve found (which means they’re working) and they have worked so far

@@shshgr9393 You're not gonna get super abs like hers quickly, but literally any exercise like this helps, it's just rarely as fast as advertised. You will likely see a noticeable difference with this after a couple weeks, though you will feel it earlier.
That's why it's so hard for people to succeed with these things (getting toned) -- they expect a super fast loss when most bodies don't change visibly that quickly, so people don't see immediate results and quit too early. You have to stick with it.

-3 times a day-balanced eating-other workouts with these too
Day 1:very hard felt sore but finished ✅
Day 2: felt a bit easier pushed my self and finished (saw the lines of the abs coming out so slight difference)✅
Day 3:hard but finished ✅
Day4: easier than the first three days for sure but neck killed me still finished though ✅
Day5: easier and done faster than the rest of the days but dang I’m getting abs in my neck rather than my stomach ✅
Day6:neck bro the neck I did it though ✅

I saw results considering I was also doing other exercises I lost like 7 pounds and this is my forth week of my weight loss journey sadly I didn’t measure before this workout but I see the difference and I’m so happy I will continue doing this as much as I can

Day 1: Really exhausting to do. Muscles around stomach feels like tightening.
Day 2: Still Exhausting. Lots of sweat . Not much difference . Still a bloating tummy . But also It takes a week to see the change so let's keep doing this.
Day 3: I can actually do these exercises with ease. I feel like I have lost certain grams. Like I haven't weighed myself but my tummy feels a little slimmer. But still there's more to work on . I am hopeful.
Day 4: Easy workout. Takes less time and the best part is my body feels much lighter than before.
Day 5: Quick and easy. Not much difference seen. Definitely I have lost few grams from my waist side. Much to do for my bloating belly .
Day 6: Trying to be consistent. And hoping for better results . However, I have got compliments from my family that I have lost some weight. I won't say a huge amount. But yes I have lost some . I look slimmer than before mainly the waist area. The belly area is a less bloated now.
Day 7: Finally the last day of the challenge I took . And it really worked for me to an extent. No more overly bloating belly and waist fats. Easy 5 min workout.

• I didn't go on a strict diet. I ate what I usually have but lesser .
• I did workout every morning. And at evening I practiced Dance.
(I recommend everyone to do this workout atleast twice a day; morning and evening, for better results.)
• Remember; you become what you eat. So eat healthy and stay fit. ♥️
• Do some workout everyday. Make your body active. Not for just 7 days but regularly

Y’all I promise you this works, been doing it since March and omg the results are insane. I’ve dropped down to my goal weight and my stomach has gotten so much flatter. Keep it up!!
How often do you do it? did you change the way you ate? Did you do any additional workouts? sorry for all the questions!
@@Nolacccc no problem! I mostly did it once a day but every now and then I did it twice. I still ate all the foods I love, I just made sure to eat smaller portions and have desserts every other day. As for other workouts I just did a short walk in the morning. You don’t have to devote giant chunks of your life to this. Just small little things here and there. Good luck!
