ok so i have been doing these exercises for two weeks now and i just measured my thighs and calves and i've lost 1 cm on both!! i know it's not a huge amount but seriously i did not think it would work this fast! i'm really motivated to continue doing these.

I started this yesterday.. Day 1: ✔️..lil bit exhausted.. Day 2: ✔️ feeling better today..not that exhausted..(pray for me guys) Day 3:✔️..not exhausted but having lil bit pain on thighs.. Day 4:✔️..today I'm not exhausted nor I'm having the pain..I feel normal today.. today's like an achievement for me.. Day 5:✔️..but IDK why I was feeling lil demotivated today 😔..I was about to skip today but still did it Day 6:✔️ Day 7:✔️ 1 week update: I measured it and it reduced 1 cm.. (I was severely sick for a few weeks..I had to see a doctor..I was on meds for a few weeks..now I've recoverd but still my meds are going.. I've been doing this for the last 2 months. You can't really see the results but you feel much stronger in the abs and I feel like I have a better balance. I'm still planning to do this since it's a light exercise. Don't forget to stretch before and after - it feels much better^^

Day 1 ! the first exercises were difficult but I really enjoyed this. I sweated a lot ! I will update tomorrow :) Day 2 ! it was easier than yesterday ! my legs look already more straight and my gluteus look more plump and lifted Day 3 ! my legs hurt :') The squads were so difficult :')))) I would recommend to do some frog sits after this. Day 4 ! it was the easiest day. I had no probleem following the routine. btw my legs are starting to look thinner :) Day 5! btw I take a break every 2 days :) Day 6 ! it was hard my legs look smaller Day 7 ! it went smooth Day 8 ! my calves are a little wider I'm adding a stretch routine Day 9 ! my legs look longer ! I run every morning 15-20 minutes, I try to eat healthier, I cut out sugar as much as I can. I had some cheat meals to be honest lol. @@lordvoldemort3843 I'm probably too late, but I'm pretty sure it means to exhale slowly as you lift up your leg. When your muscles are contracting you need to exhale.

it clearly slimmed down my thighs, not REDUCED drastically, there is a difference. it has helped tone my legs effectively, i bet i'll see incredible results by doing this regularly

Day 1 ! the first exercises were difficult but I really enjoyed this. I sweated a lot ! I will update tomorrow :)
Day 2 ! it was easier than yesterday ! my legs look already more straight and my gluteus look more plump and lifted
Day 3 ! my legs hurt :') The squads were so difficult :')))) I would recommend to do some frog sits after this.
Day 4 ! it was the easiest day. I had no probleem following the routine. btw my legs are starting to look thinner :)
Day 5! btw I take a break every 2 days :)
Day 6 ! it was hard my legs look smaller
Day 7 ! it went smooth
Day 8 ! my calves are a little wider I'm adding a stretch routine
Day 9 ! my legs look longer !
I will not be able to finish this I started a new job and don't have time left but this really works !! you can see a difference but please add a stretch routine good luck !!
I did this for a week and my feet muscles started getting very bulcky :/
I recommend doing stretching exercises along with this workout to prevent that

UPDATE : I know I'm late! Guys I did this work out for a week and for now I'm working on my Overall Health than just my legs, I am now doing exercises for my better health more than just to pull out the stereotypical Figure, I did calculated my BMI and my weight states Normal..Like if I decrease 2 kilos in my weight, Then it says underweight, Being underweight or obese is both not good! I wanna stay Normal, Thats it! I'd recommend you to do a BMI test too and see if your Obese or not in case you wonder about whether you're underweight or overweight...And if your weight id normal, Don't stop doing Exercises, It really helps making your bones strong and you'll definitely be more powerful than before, I know most of you doing this are women so Dont you think WE WOMEN SHOULD BE STRONG ENOUGH? Shouldn't be that strong both mentally & Physically to never ask help from Our Father and/or Brother and/or Husband/Boyfriend? Yeah Keep doing exercises and do them for Yourself and NOT TO FIT THE STEREOTYPES! Be happy with what you are, And Yes, When it comes to health, Never be happy with bad health thinking we are beautiful in our own way, Obese & and being underweight both Brings a lot of diaseases with it so stay happy with good health & if its not good, Be happy while making it better!

Checking in for day 2. No difference in CM from before and after but people say "Trust the Process" . LOVE THIS WORKOUT THOUGH. Fun and love the music ❤
I also do yoga daily, 10 min abs, healthy food + gel and tablets to get faster results, but for some reason my lower area is always a big trouble to reduce so I am crossing my fingers 🤞 and I'll be constant with this challenge hopping for results 😼
