Transparency bro. That’s exactly what we need in this fitness world. Everyone just assumes the top guys never stop training or are always 💯 in shape all the time. We need more honest people like you bro. Thanks 🙏🏽. In the next videos how about you show us a little how you are going about getting back to your tip top shape?

So, I'm 56 and in the best shape of my life. I changed my workout style and eat low carb. I train every day since 20 of march last year. Every day different, Hiit workouts, bodyweight and with dumbbells, calisthenics, running and Yoga. I think, the best decision was to change my nutrition.
Keep looking forward, step by step!

Hey Frank. I'm 47 and same happened to me, started training home on April last year and from one moment to another one night last July the room was spinig on my head as I woke up to go to the bathroom . And as this dizziness continued calm but steady I went to the eye doctor, the neck doctor, the ears one, the head, the stomach, blood tests... But everything was alright and every doctor telling me that it wasn't to do with their field of expertise. Months past by and as the dizziness started to desapear when I was doing something else, I thought it was just stress or maybe too much sugar intake. But now that I'm reading this from you I will get my toes checked! Since my last thirties I have both toes with nail fungus. Just like me my father. So I never related the fungus with the dizziness. But definitely is something that I hadn't got checked! Thank you for sharing, Frank!!!! I might finally find the reason for this and I thank you, bro!!!
Glad you are coming back and getting better!!!

I assume that you're in a difficult position because you constantly feel like you have a reputation to maintain to so many viewers. It's also job you chose, which probably doesn't make the whole thing easier. I can only imagine it's a difficult position to be in constantly.
I'm glad to hear you're taking the time to take care of yourself ❤️
I can imagine it can be difficult to realize sometimes health is more important than reputation.

That's odd, if any of those providers drew a routine blood test: a complete blood count (CBC) there should have been an elevation in your white blood cell (WBC) count. This usually indicates an infection. But if it was a fungal infection, then you would see an elevated eosinophil level, especially in coccidioidomycosis, also known as valley fever. Medicine is not super simple at times, I'm sorry you had to go through that. I had chronic lyme disease for 10 years, and for the first 5 years, no-one knew what it was. Couldn't train, couldn't function. Finally after years of WTF, I got a proper diagnosis by a lyme literate physician. I just started working out about 3 years ago, and you are one of my go to people for motivation and phenomenal workouts. Glad you're better. Keep it up, we need you.

Great story with a powerful moral to remain focused on your health at all times and all ages. In addition to working out daily, I eat a stark raw vegan diet of organic veggies, fruit, nuts and grains - and I take over 30 supplements per day. Jack Lalanne took over 50 supplements per day. Anti-oxidants help deal with infections. Everyone ought to tailor their vitamins, minerals and supplements to their personal profile. Frank Medrano is a brilliant role model for the latest phase of the health movement. Health is a human right and we must fight to protect it by following Frank's shining example.

I hope you get better man. I'm 36 I'm following you from when I'm 24. In these last years I'm starting feeling lesser e energetic and I also have a lot of pain under my feet even when I'm walking.
But I don't give up, i change the workout routine, and even if I'm depressed somedays I try to balance with better eating habits, in order to do not feeling guilty if I can't exercise properly.
Man keep it up, training 100% for the whole life it's impossible, you can also change target now! Like me, a lot of your old fans are still here and got elder! So it wouldn't be a bad idea to discover together more relaxed and comfortable exercises to enjoy workout routines and life everyday!
    Ciao Frank from Italy!

Thank you, Frank...I hope this will open other people's eyes as it did mine on how 2 seemingly unrelated things can 'connect' and affect each other even though logically, we normally think it can't be possible. Wow, anyway glad you're better bro, and if you don't know already...The late great Bruce Lee for example, he was out of commission for even longer than yourself when he injured his back doing one of those barbell "good morning'' exercises, challenging HIS physical mental state as well for a while, etc., and came back fitter than ever. Again, glad your getting healthier and God bless. You're an inspiration.
