      ...safe to assume your a western ideals worshiper

      mvpmickey1 What terminology would you prefer me use? You know what the fuck i mean.

    • @mvpmikey
      @mvpmikey 10 років тому +3

      cheez4me333 It means nothing, except for western belief.

    • @cheez4me333
      @cheez4me333 10 років тому +6

      mvpmickey1 Please elaborate because i have no idea what you're talking about.
      Usually in bodybuilding the idea is to get as big (large muscles) as possible and sculpt one of the best physiques you can.

    • @mvpmikey
      @mvpmikey 10 років тому +7

      cheez4me333 That's the western stereotype of power which doesn't make sense. Western judge strength ONLY on the math of gravity as if other physics don't exist.
      Rather than being uneducated about stuff like inertia, leverage, etc, etc
      ...the body also uses 1/3 strength by default even when exerting force. When I say exerting force, it means doing heavy weights.
      Your clearly someone who only thinks power is all about the math of gravity. This results to the Bigger = Stronger nonsense.
      People like Frank are those aware Humans only use 1/3 so they train to change the bodies natural programing. Their goal is to CONCIOUSLY control 100% by unlocking every limiter in our body. That is not something you can do by looking like Mr. Olympia.

    As a 15 year old (9 years ago) I watched this for the first time, it left me with a sense of awe and admiration. 2 years later I did my first pushup using one arm. I tried to follow the intensity of core excercises my guy Medrano did and when i joined a gym with my friends a year later I was able to do 5 in a row. Less than 2 years after that i did 50 continuous pushups using only one arm. In no way did I think the mad shit frank be doin was possible for a normal person to achieve back then, however im glad to have tested my hypothesis. Life is easier with a strong back.

    I'm just another overweight spectator passing through. I love strength and watching the strong push themselves past what we see as strength. No limits, as long as you lift more than them 1 day at a time. My hat is off to individuals like this. Maybe I should hurry up and decide weight training or calisthenics, whichever best fits my schedule... keep it up Frank.

      How about we agree that they're both strongmen with their own weaknesses and strenghts? Elliot is more on the intensity side while Frank would definitely blow him out endurance wise. They're both great strongmen/athletes in my opinon. Both natties with good philosophies. I don't see why people like comparing so much (oh that's right, because you're so far behind them both it makes you feel better to compare LOL)

    This video is a testament to fitness and health
    Exactly as CT Fletcher said Frank is truly a Master at what he does
    Ying and Yang is the greatest analogy of the two together
    I personally would love to see an individual video of each Yin and Yang being trained by their opposite in the opposite work out style. CT doing Calisthenics trained by Frank and Frank lifting weights trained by CT!!! That'd be some INSAINE MOTHAFUCKIN ISYMFS SHIT!

    We do what we are successful at. Frank will never be huge, but he'll be strong. CT will never be tiny, but he'll be strong. Very different body types. They are using what they are given and are maximizing their potential.

    • @we_thrive
      @we_thrive 9 років тому +4

      Frank is muscular but he is not large. He is born to be small and powerful. The smaller athlete is always the stronger athlete when considering body weight.

      Recommended weight! What are you talking about. There is not such this as recommended weight when each person is living up to there full potential. Size is relative when compared to others.

      Gerard Brennen The nigga is only "small" because he's a vegan. Start feeding him steaks and some heavy meals and the dude will grow. You idiots don't know shit.... "never be huge".... fucking morons...

    • @we_thrive
      @we_thrive 9 років тому

      dawgyv72 actually that guy is small not because he's a vegan. He small because he restricts his calories. I am much bigger than frank and I am a vegan as well. You can achieve mass without eating meat. Each person is different as well.

    Frank your supreme strength and skill in your calisthenics is my new motivation for my workouts from now on, it is incredible and I'm so happy to have stumbled upon you and CT Fletcher. Hopefully there will be more videos of you two together in the future. I have just achieved the human flag, can't hold it for long but I did it, now I'm trying the front lever. Is it ok if I post video responses to some of our vids detailing my progress in calisthenics?

    I see Frank understands cellular energy. If most did, they could probably do what he does. It's all about eating live foods with enzymes. We violate nutrition and it will eventually catch up with you, please believe. Usually in the form of Mucus. Food for thought. Eat to live not live to eat. Good video Frank peace.
