I started this routine 2 months ago and do 4sets of the first 2 supersets. those lunges with the pivot is a killer. So my legs is at failure by this stage. I will get stronger. Absolutely luv it. From South Africa
I was bored of my too old workout routine. I also lost muscle trying out other influencers programs. Then I found these Frank Medrano workouts. Putting together a weekly workout routine with these Frank Medrano workouts. saved me from giving it all up after a lifetime of working out. I'm 57.

O ... M ... G!!! I did this workout on Monday. When I woke up Tuesday I could tell I was going to be really sore later. Wednesday my legs were pretty sore. Thursday I could hardly bend over to pick something up. By Friday I was getting better. Saturday almost back to normal. 😂 Holy crap, this was an excellent leg day! Thanks you two for this! It was just what I needed! Kicked my ass!

Alternate with different push-ups. It will turn out circuit training. The first exercise will be 8 Count Bodybuilders. Then, push-ups, squats, push-ups, squats with a load on one leg. This is my recipe. Load/pause intervals is 40/20 sec or the next round start with the beginning of the next minute. From Moscow with love.
Leg day is my favorite day 9f the week!

It is a superb drill for a male body and for strengthening leg muscles for any gender at any age, I'd say. However, to have this leg routine long term for women , would bulk muscles big time. Well, not unless you're a female body builder.
Is this leg workout suitable for people over 50 ?
Depends on your level of activity. Frank is in his mid 40’s and doing it.
Lolol I thought, “ahh I can do this with at least a weighted vest….”
Well I took it off about 7 minutes in. 😂
I take a lot of pride in my leg days and when doing conditioning so I figured I’d just do this as like a leg day during my de-load week. But naw son, it’s way too hard for that.
How many times a week if I am lifting in the gym 5-6 days ?
Once a week is good 👍🏽
Or throw some of these exercises sprinkled in between your leg routine at the gym.
