    Just did a 100 narrow push up pyramid before watching this , this workout makes my 100 reps look easy.

    How about showing some of us older folks at home workouts. I’m 77 yrs old would appreciate anything you could help me with. I do use resistance bands if this helps.😊

      I believe Frank does do some lifting in the past , not sure about now...

    Awesome. After my injury I am starting again my regime which is almost identical to this one Frank, and this excites me as I am in the right path again to gaining my muscle I lost in 3 months due to my injury.
    Can you make a video on how to properly start pull ups to add to my regime and what do you think of the Bear Crawl? Keep up the awesome video’s & thank you for doing everything you do to teach and inspire.

    Frank, I have been doing your sally push ups with a 12lb chest vest every other day and then without opposite days. For at least 8 months, think its time for a change. I think I may move over to this one, what exercise will provide more value?

    Try it on rings... I failed on the killer, but the second time, I only dropped to my knees once... still failed

    Great video and work out. But an advert half way through the staggered push up ain't great.

    I have following your other workouts with great success and thought I could complete this push up routine without issue. Then reality hit! This really challenged me! Great variations in push-ups to hit all the muscle groups.

    i really dont understand the idea of calisthenics im doing calisthenics on rings 11 years im doing front lever one arm pull ups 18 muscle ups in a row and now understand i wasted my time i came into this cause i wanted to get big really big and i only shrinked its only mean one thing calistenics make you weaker not stronger im going to the gym there is no other way to get big if you want to get bigger dont lose direction and fall into this calisthenics bullshit just start lifting real heavy and inject steroids eat like a monster and dont sleep hybernate good luck
