Thanks for this, Frank! I hurt my elbow a few months ago. So I am looking for some rehab exercises. I was doing high rep curls, several days in a row and my left elbow began to hurt at the joint/tendon and won't heal. I think it is tennis elbow.

I am relatively fit and cannot wait to start the 8 week course (I know I will need it when my post op chemo starts ) any suggestions if that’s recommended

Cales thé ifs or where you always skips let’s days. They all look jacked until you get close to them and they are skinny with low bodyfat

Look up the definition of calisthenics, and you’ll see that the 1 exercise is is not. No equipment means no equipment.
Being a female I cannot do a single push-up or pull up 😢I don’t know from where to start
Take help of resistance band in pull ups
And do knee push ups.. everyone starts from some point as a beginner then become advance
Search for easy variations of these exercises that targets push and pull muscles
I also recommend you to follow calisthenics family it is also a great channel for workout

What do you call a beginner who can't do one push up, let alone a whole lot of reps?? Beginner, beginner?? Dissapointing when I click on a beginner video and a push up, pull up appears.
You could try starting with negatives and slowly work your way to doing full reps. Look up simple stuff like “push ups for beginners” or “beginner pull-up progression” for each exercise you want to learn.
love you Frank but its a bit delusional for "beginners" to do 15 chin up in a row. Let alone x3

Great routine, but 1. Some of these exercises are not for beginners, and 2. It would be nice to see you do all three sets of 15 each! Just like most of these work out gurus out there, try doing a real job for 15+ hours shifts then go home at the end of your day and do this work out to see how it feels. 😂
