In this video I am sharing 30 minutes daily Yoga routine which you can do at home. This video is focused on opening the joints and channelising the energy flow towards the productivity and abundance life. This video is not just only for watch but to follow along.
I have explained detailed work with joints and internal organs. If you do this routine, daily, your all joints and all the organs of the body will function perfectly.
This routine is also recommended for regular practitioners to take care of the joints and improve the energy flow for advance Asana .

Thank you very very much. This is what I looked for, an easy yoga which I can practice daily. It's easy to follow. The difficult part for me is only when I have to raise my body and legs and form V sign. The rest is easy.

I am 73 years now. I was perfectly doing all asnas in my young age. However now while doing yoga I frequently belch. Also due to irregular in practice I developed belly on the upper portion of my stomach and also stiffness in the backbone joint to the hip are I am unable to do forward bending etc. Pl advise how to stop this belching, reduce the belly on the upper stomach, and bring flexibility in the hip area. I really would love to practice with you but my knees don't allow the movements you are showing but you are a good teacher you are very clear and I like the way you actually do both side most instructors tell you to do the other side but they don't and they move on to the next movement you are a GREAT TEACHER I can tell you care and want us to learn the things you are teaching Thank You
