These morning yoga session will be helpful for all the seekers who wants to learn the ancient yogic method to keep the body and mind healthy and energetic throughout the day.

The Pranayama are all correct, the correct order in which they should be performed should be 1. Kapalbhati 2. Bhastrika 3. Anulom Vilom 4. Bhramari Pranayama
As per hathayoga, the order is
1. Anuloma viloma
2. Kapala bhati
3. Bhastrika
4. Bhramari
I agree as I am in my late 70s n hv done yoga but due to knee n shoulder issues i feel limited. I hv been following your pranayam dear rev Guruji n you are indeed wonderfully painstakingly n sincerely sharing your practices. I am very grateful to you.
Do check out Prashanth Sir's Yoga for knee pain, and another video for Flexible Joints. I am 60. Helped me heal my knee pain, and improved flexibility all over. (Had earlier tried out ayurveda medicines and oil massage but none had helped.)
