@@Queen11766 It happened for 1 week on and off, like the actual issue lasted for around 4 days continuously and I did this after waking up and consuming two cups of warm water along with doing the exercises as shown. In two days of following this I got results! Although I also used Isabgol but that was only 1 time, the main benefit came from this very video!!

Wow wow wow! 🤩 at first I laughed when I saw more than 3M people watched this video. I also laughed when we were suppose to sit and sip water (i am obv not a yogi). BUT I have had severe constipation for 4 weeks now. Ever since I had an international trip and came back. NOTHING worked and I was soo bloated. It was 4am, I couldn’t sleep and I stumbled upon your video (have NO idea how.)
I laughed but i decided to give it a try.
I struggled with the sitting/squading down part. My body is soo stiff. Back hurt a bit and I struggled to get back up 😂

Do exactly as he said. There is a reason why Prashanji repeats the same instructions over and over. You have to do 10 reps each, drink water as he instructed, two glasses and slowly. Thank you so much Prashanji
I got severely constipated on a trip. I did this exercise in the morning and it was a miracle.
Oh my gosh I tried this morning after watch your video 2 days ago, and I knew already about drink hot warm lemon water in empty stomach and how the toxin circulate around the body if we have constipation but didn't know these amazing simple yoga movements until I watch your video! I had the constipation soooo badly for years and years since my childhood due to traume etc, but today I'M BLOWN AWAY! I did as you said, and 15 minutes later boom its all gone and I feel so clean and clear inside! Thank you soooo much for sharing this with all of us. Constipation depends on diet also , avoid too much processed foods , eat good source of fibre , rehydrate frequently. This things can really help !!!

Hi Prashanji, it's almost two weeks since I have been applying these exercises, and I must say that I am reaping the benefits from almost chronic constipation and gas. Thank you so much from South Africa
after a month, How are you doing now with the constipation?
I have chronic constipation for about 2.5yr. I don't get urge to poop. I don't get the singal to poop and It's don't comes out even pressurising it. Doest it helps in such conditions. I'm taking medicines and consultantations from physician also even though it does not work. 🙂

I been having constipation for 30 years.. I've been drinking fibre drink every night before going to bed by 7pm..so the next day either after two glass or breakfast I will be able to clear my stomach everyday.. It's sort but still I have to push a little... I ones try by not taking the fibre for 4 days n for that 4 days I never clear my stomach at all.. So I continue taking it the 5th day and it got cleared but was hard n I need to push harder but cleared.. So am so dependent on that fibre.
Now recently I had acid reflux on may 2023 till now under medication and that reflux somehow trigger my sinus and that gives me a very bad back head pressure plus a headache.. On top of it my throat part mainly my neck is in pain due to acid or sinus am not sure on that yet.. So I inhale boil warm water everyday that helps a little but not all the time.. N I got a mild gastric.. N am a ostropenia.. Am 58 years old.. Use to be very active with no fever n flue for the pass 30 years except constipation.. N I never take any medication or what so ever till may 15th 2023 when all this started.. Thou Dr advice me to take calcium small amount which am considering as the reflux tablets will lead to bone fracture in a long run and me being a ostropenia... Need all your advice please and much appreciate... Thank you.
Note.. I dnt smoke or drink I dnt take coffee or tea but I take lead meat n some vegi.. Been loosing weight too lately..and I can't take yogurt too as it makes my sinus worse..

Eat more fruits and veggies which has fiber and little exercise. Avoid fried and high spicy food and avoid sugar stuffs and soda

10 minutes salamba sarvangasana + 3 minutes halasana = no constipation.

Thank you, THANK YOU for this video!!! I have suffered for years with severe constipation, and have tried every remedy. Even though I exercise regularly and eat a clean diet, I still have problems. Menopause and having no thyroid now have also been a significant factor. I found this video during the night while on vacation and tried your remedy here. Total success within 20 mins! I will make this my plan to start my day with the hot water and these exercises. If I thanked you a 10000 times, it would never be enough. Blessings to you.
I too have had thyroid issues. I went from hyperthyroidism to hypo. All the pills make me feel sick or angry and when I stop taking them they help. I've had constipation all my life. How has this helped your thyroid? or did you have the surgery? I was just curious on how this may have helped balance out your hormones.

I used to drink hot water rested overnight in a copper utensil in the same asana. I was suffering from severe constipation for over 6 months and after doing this, just after 2 days I flushed literally everything and I am here after more than 2 years of practicing ayurvedic techniques here and there in my daily routine and there has not been a single day when I was unable to pass my stool after I started following some 3-4 things only. I watched this asana in some other video this is my first visit of the channel, pretty good content🙏
when you mean hot water rested overnight it means you rest water and heat it in the morning or you rest hot water in copper utensils overnight a bit confused in here....
@@anilsubba8905 yes water in copper utensil which is rested overnight (copper utensil should be on a wooden surface)
Then heat the copper utensil containing that water to make it warm don't boil it. Drink that slowly sip by sip (I used to drink 4 glasses or 1.2L which is the correct amount) and you can start with 2 glasses and slowly increase to go upto 4
Then have water 45 minutes before meal (this will also help in weight management) and 1.5 hours after the meal (to make sure digestion goes smooth)
Try to sit in vajrasana for 5-10 minutes after meal
Don't eat anything after sunset except milk.
Have milk atleast 2 or 3 hours before sleeping 🙏

Good to know u r cured. I am 22 yrs old i suffering from constipation from last 25 days. Tried a lot of things nothing working. I never noticed my stool but yesterday i saw it was blackish intially n then normal brown. Really worried about that blackish thing that if that was occuring from many days. What was colour of ur stool? N what kind of constipation u experienced? Pls reply n guide me what i can do like u did n cured urself.
I miss my stool for max 2 days or 1 but have difficulty while passing it n always remain incomplete. Yesterday i saw some blackish stool n really worried after that. Told my parents no one is paying attention. If u could help in some way😭🙏
@@vedika6260 I didn't notice the color but if you have so severe constipation you can have 2 Tbsp each of abhyarishta + kumariasava and mix it with 4 Tbsp warm water and have it after 1+ hours of meals.
Or if you can, you should take some time off your regular meals and switch to just juice for 3 days which is known as akash chikitsa in ayurveda. Try to have 8 hours gap between meals. Increase curd or chhas intake as both of them are good for your gut.

I feel nauseous and weird when I try to drink hot water in morning wake up . Also I can only drink 2 or 3 sips maximum then I start feeling vomiting if I try to drink more 😓😓

@@user-jr6zr9rc2w this is about the body in "dis - ease" - creating a "contest" as you attempt to heal. Please do the yogis positioning and breathwork with any liquid you can tolerate. As you begin to see progress... add just the water in small amounts, then add the lemon... as you are able. First is to allow the biology to reposition, then allow the detox to begin. Let us know how you do.

I have chronic constipation issues from some time.. tried ayurvedic medicines, English medicines, Fenugreek seeds, more fibres, more water etc.. nothing worked. Just saw this video and tried it in the morning and it worked magically. Normally I don't write reviews on UA-cam for videos but I am sooo grateful for this video which literally worked magically. I'm gonna definitely try this for next 21 days and share the results here.

You should do the baby pose. You lay on your back and put your feet up in the air and bend the knees grabbing your feet with your hands. try to keep your knees at a 90 degree angle. People also call this the farting pose because it pushes gas out of your stomach. So, people giggle in yoga during this pose because people rip a huge one. I've done this when my stomach is bloated and omg sometimes it really helps release the pain.

I fully agree with you, if you relieve yourself completely every morning, of course with an intake of balanced fibrous food the previous day, you will surely feel well the whole day and your health will surely be better.

I was skeptical!! I have been severely constipated lately. Was a heavy alcohol drinker and then I slowed down drinking . It went from diarrhea to constipation with my transition. Miserable. Watched this last night and told myself to try it in the morning. Drank my room temperature glass of water as soon as I woke. IT WORKED!!! I went to the restroom as soon as I did the exercises. This is amazing and I will be incorporating this into my morning routine right after my prayers and affirmations every morning!! Thank you Dr. PrashanJ 🤲🏾🙏🏾❤️

I have been doing your video for 5 days and just let me say, my movements are absolutely beautiful. It's been years, Dr appointment, etc, not eliminating all, compacting. Dr said I'm constipated, I said no I'm not, it just can't come out. So nothing wrong with me except let's do some surgery to see if nerves are dead, I'm like No! So I turned to UA-cam. You and a few other videos I've incorporated into every morning and it's just been amazing in how great this morning routine works. Thank you, thank you. I can't quite do that sitting move but with a chair and squaty potty does the same thing. Yay

I went back to this video just to say this really works! I watched this video last night and tried it today, and it worked! For days I’ve been having a hard time and feeling depressed because I can’t poop no matter how much water I drank. I even resorted to drinking prune juice, and it worked at first but it didn’t feel natural and it stopped working for me after a few days. I urge others to try this as well. I’m going to continue doing this daily. Thank you so much!
