Prashantji, Namaste. I just happened to see your Videos. These are so well explained. Why we do what we do.. Also how to do and why. I did try this Yoga for weight loss. I have gained almost 5 kg during my menopause. The exercise to touch our chin or forehead to the knees, that is lifting the upper body to touch the knees is difficult for me... My neck hurts and goes sore. Cannot continue for long... How do I know If I am making any mistake in raising my chest and head up. I can raise my chest up, but when I bend my neck, my neck hurts. Can I do anything to reduce or avoid the pain in the neck? Would be so glad if your advice me. Thanks so much in advance.

These postures are very beneficial. I start my daily yoga with 54 rounds of Suryanamashkars. How shall I schedule the core conditioning asanas? Should I start with core conditioning asanas and then follow them with Suryanamashkars? Or should I do Suryanamashkars first and then the core conditioning postures?
U do 54 suryanamskar daily ?
Yeah I do. But I enjoy asanas more. SNs are more like cardio. There are many videos which keep the count and make u do d job in a definite time frame.
