I am a 20 year old Indian girl, I remember my father always made us (my brother and me) to do yoga everyday, I always felt so at peace after doing these from childhood. I lost my path to spirituality in my teenage years grew distant from my family and roots as I tried to fit in with the fast paced world around me. I am slowly finding myself again through yoga and meditation. It was very peaceful. I am calmer than before and less anxious but anxiety and panic sometimes still comes. I want to do it for 1 year and report back. Same here, came to the west with the intension to sharpen up more than i was. I discovered my mind got fogged with what i have built up myself, held back, not as inspired and motivatated as I was in the begining. Now through an internship the idé of Yoga was brought to me, exactly what i need, i think someone heard me calling for inner peace and clarity, balancing of the chackras. It's really effective yoga. You will see great results(physically and mentally)if you do this yoga challenge for 21 days. I had done this too for 21 days.✨❣️
You will benefit enormously if you make yoga a vital part of your lifestyle, especially if you start now. I'm a teacher but suggest you don't rely totally on yoga. Find other forms of exercise, watch your diet, develop your social life with 'real' people, not just online. Find fulfilling pursuits, and don't just live to work-it's equally important to work to live! I'm 67 and think finding balance in all things is the key. Most of all try to enjoy your life. I find Buddhism very helpful in maintaining my mental health. A good book is "What the Buddha taught" written by Walpola Rahula. Good luck and may you be well, happy, free, and grow!

My dad is 83 and is in great shape. He credits yoga for keeping himself injury free. He did not know first thing about yoga until I introduced him 15 years ago. He finally got my mom into yoga to help heal after cancer. She found chair yoga to be her speed.
Went through a breakup recently , although i knew he wasnt the one from beginning , i felt things will change , and he will grow , but it didnt happen, he used to say he will , but made not much efforts to change , at last things happened and had to call off the relationship. It still hurts to lose things in life you invested so much time and efforts into . But yes , now i have decided to move on , heal my heart , and if i ever get the chance to Love someone deeply , i dont want to pass on any past traumas , i want to pour my heart out and the most gentle way . Doing Yoga and then Dhyana is better than doing meditation only, by the way Dhayanyoga is part of Yoga and If you do Yoga before Dhayana then your body will be realxed and your mind too which will make easy for you to practice Dhayanyoga. @@Sanskruti-2222

The waters are still muddy but today I could see a sunshine coming through and by the end of the practice a sincere smile, came through from the bottom of my heart without me being able to contain it. I have realised that I am now coping with little pain and hoping to soon be back to my flexibility. I am so imbalanced that I can't stand on one foot or do exercises on one leg. I hope its ok for me to reply. I just want you to know every journey starts with a little step towards your goal. Don't worry about being fast or slow, just continue, and it's ok to quit, just make sure you start again. A lot of people do that, and they are fine. You will make it eventually.

I've been practicing occidentalized yoga for so long that despite the poses are poses I've done and despite you say are soft when doing acvirding to your simple yet precise instructions I felt them hard and felt some unconfortanle tinglings in places beyond my muscles that made me feel funny in a rather difficult way to explain specially during the first poses and after boat pose I felt like laughing hard for no reasob. I felt so tired after chanting Ohm. It was an out of this world experience that I very much needed. Finally I feel my energy moving. Thank you so much! 🙏

Very nice. Just one thing ...... Extending the mmmm sound in ॐ is more essential and also effective. If one extends the ooooooooo sound more, then there may bot be much breath left to extend the mmmmmmm. Also, a long ooooooo sound practiced regularly is likely to raise the Blood pressure. A few ॐ chantings ( 3 to 5 ) like you have done, and later, chanting the rest of the 15 ॐ chants with short a, short oo and anl very extended mmmmmmmm will help significantly. Do try and experience this way., and note the difference.

Day 6! Thank you! Two days ago and yesterday I had some weird interactions with people which would normally make me rumminate a lot and wake up depressed and worried the next day. However, the day before yesterday I woke up thinking: "Do as you will. They will judge you anyways". And that day and today I woke up feeling light, happy and energized (even though last night I did not sleep a lot)!

Day 16! I can't control my circumstances but I can own mu reactions. Today I had some strong tests and I think I passed them despite the how difficult were the situations. Also strangely, thanks to the situation I mustered all my strenght and today I came baci to the manipura exercises after days away!

It's really effective yoga. You will see great results(physically and mentally)if you do this yoga challenge for 21 days. I had done this too for 21 days.✨❣️
You will benefit enormously if you make yoga a vital part of your lifestyle, especially if you start now. I'm a teacher but suggest you don't rely totally on yoga. Find other forms of exercise, watch your diet, develop your social life with 'real' people, not just online. Find fulfilling pursuits, and don't just live to work-it's equally important to work to live! I'm 67 and think finding balance in all things is the key. Most of all try to enjoy your life. I find Buddhism very helpful in maintaining my mental health. A good book is "What the Buddha taught" written by Walpola Rahula. Good luck and may you be well, happy, free, and grow!

My dad is 83 and is in great shape. He credits yoga for keeping himself injury free. He did not know first thing about yoga until I introduced him 15 years ago. He finally got my mom into yoga to help heal after cancer. She found chair yoga to be her speed.
Went through a breakup recently , although i knew he wasnt the one from beginning , i felt things will change , and he will grow , but it didnt happen, he used to say he will , but made not much efforts to change , at last things happened and had to call off the relationship.
It still hurts to lose things in life you invested so much time and efforts into . But yes , now i have decided to move on , heal my heart , and if i ever get the chance to Love someone deeply , i dont want to pass on any past traumas , i want to pour my heart out and the most gentle way .
I believe balancing my chakras and doing Yoga will create a wholesome effect in life .

Doing Yoga and then Dhyana is better than doing meditation only, by the way Dhayanyoga is part of Yoga and If you do Yoga before Dhayana then your body will be realxed and your mind too which will make easy for you to practice Dhayanyoga.

Day 10! The waters are still muddy but today I could see a sunshine coming through and by the end of the practice a sincere smile, came through from the bottom of my heart without me being able to contain it.

I am African lady aged 42 and just started my yoga and knew about chakras and asanas from your channel only 3 days ago. I have realised that I am now coping with little pain and hoping to soon be back to my flexibility. I am so imbalanced that I can't stand on one foot or do exercises on one leg. I've been practicing occidentalized yoga for so long that despite the poses are poses I've done and despite you say are soft when doing acvirding to your simple yet precise instructions I felt them hard and felt some unconfortanle tinglings in places beyond my muscles that made me feel funny in a rather difficult way to explain specially during the first poses and after boat pose I felt like laughing hard for no reasob. I felt so tired after chanting Ohm. It was an out of this world experience that I very much needed. Finally I feel my energy moving. Thank you so much! 🙏

Same thing happened to me.. during the butterfly pose..! Within just 2-3 seconds I suddenly burst into tears! I couldn't figure out what's happening to me at first! Now I'm a bit relieved to know that I'm not the only one and this is kinda normal 😅 Thanks..

Just one thing ...... Extending the mmmm sound in ॐ is more essential and also effective. If one extends the ooooooooo sound more, then there may bot be much breath left to extend the mmmmmmm. Also, a long ooooooo sound practiced regularly is likely to raise the Blood pressure.
A few ॐ chantings ( 3 to 5 ) like you have done, and later, chanting the rest of the 15 ॐ chants with short a, short oo and anl very extended mmmmmmmm will help significantly. Do try and experience this way., and note the difference.

Day 6! Thank you! Two days ago and yesterday I had some weird interactions with people which would normally make me rumminate a lot and wake up depressed and worried the next day. However, the day before yesterday I woke up thinking: "Do as you will. They will judge you anyways". And that day and today I woke up feeling light, happy and energized (even though last night I did not sleep a lot)!
This is my second day of practising this healing yoga . Thank you so much from the depth of my heart . Please do this yoga totally in hindi so that I will share it with the Elder One . They will feel much comfortable in Hindi yoga session of this healing video. If possible please do it for us ❤

Day 16! I can't control my circumstances but I can own mu reactions. Today I had some strong tests and I think I passed them despite the how difficult were the situations. Also strangely, thanks to the situation I mustered all my strenght and today I came baci to the manipura exercises after days away!

Thank you Satvik family i have completed 21days with practicing above yoga flow, i felt my chakras got boosted, I used to get pain in the left chest that got reduced, anxiety issue solved, Feeling stressless energy throughout the day thank you so much team.
