      If people meditated more there would be more peace. Should they be bitter about what's going on? I keep the light within me so I won't become bitter/hateful one. What they do is profound.

    I am a 20 year old Indian girl, I remember my father always made us (my brother and me) to do yoga everyday, I always felt so at peace after doing these from childhood. I lost my path to spirituality in my teenage years grew distant from my family and roots as I tried to fit in with the fast paced world around me. I am slowly finding myself again through yoga and meditation. It was very peaceful. God bless you sir and ma’am for making these available for everyone at free ❤❤
    Edit: I have been doing it for 1 month. I am calmer than before and less anxious but anxiety and panic sometimes still comes. I want to do it for 1 year and report back. Keep practising beautiful people of the internet
    Edit: I increased height somehow after doing this! Will continue but had a little bit of emotional mishap a few days ago

      Me too. Since my childhood days I have always been fascinated by yoga and used to do it everyday with my parents. But in the teenage, I also lost my path to spirituality. Now I am rediscovering myself at the of 19.

      Same here, came to the west with the intension to sharpen up more than i was. I discovered my mind got fogged with what i have built up myself, held back, not as inspired and motivatated as I was in the begining. Now through an internship the idé of Yoga was brought to me, exactly what i need, i think someone heard me calling for inner peace and clarity, balancing of the chackras.
      I also would like to extend my gratitude for this practice.

    This has single handed;ly changed my life.I started simply doing asanas by myself at first and i felt like living again.I used to feel so helpless,lost and suicidal.Now i feel like every moment is bliss and feel so grateful to be alive.I want every human to experience this feeling!

    I'm a yoga teacher based in Surrey, England, and into proactive health care, wellness, and wellbeing. I learned yoga from BKS Iyengar's "Light on Yoga" back in the 1980' and still consider that a reference text albeit a bit dated now. Said respectfully and positively: when Indian people teach yoga it resonates! I like this video and will be following their practice with relish.     Went through a breakup recently , although i knew he wasnt the one from beginning , i felt things will change , and he will grow , but it didnt happen, he used to say he will , but made not much efforts to change , at last things happened and had to call off the relationship.
    It still hurts to lose things in life you invested so much time and efforts into . But yes , now i have decided to move on , heal my heart , and if i ever get the chance to Love someone deeply , i dont want to pass on any past traumas , i want to pour my heart out and the most gentle way .
    I believe balancing my chakras and doing Yoga will create a wholesome effect in life .

      @@nehha1329 I lost my wife 36 and daughter 8 year old , 2 years ago , but only path I chose or almighty god took me is spirituality , I follow Preamanand ji maharaj Vrundavan wale, he changed my thought process and gave me strength to again re build the confidence to stand again , still life is throwing challenges every alternate day but I just chant Radha Radha and surrender … hope this will help you to come out the situation

    I could experience what is called as "extreme happiness" today at the end of the "Aum" chanting. I am happy for no reason now and it stays with me, nobody can steal it ❤❤. Love you both. May your Guru and God always bless you forever ♾️

      It's really effective yoga. You will see great results(physically and mentally)if you do this yoga challenge for 21 days. I had done this too for 21 days.✨❣️

      You will benefit enormously if you make yoga a vital part of your lifestyle, especially if you start now. I'm a teacher but suggest you don't rely totally on yoga. Find other forms of exercise, watch your diet, develop your social life with 'real' people, not just online. Find fulfilling pursuits, and don't just live to work-it's equally important to work to live! I'm 67 and think finding balance in all things is the key. Most of all try to enjoy your life. I find Buddhism very helpful in maintaining my mental health. A good book is "What the Buddha taught" written by Walpola Rahula. Good luck and may you be well, happy, free, and grow!

    My dad is 83 and is in great shape. He credits yoga for keeping himself injury free. He did not know first thing about yoga until I introduced him 15 years ago. He finally got my mom into yoga to help heal after cancer. She found chair yoga to be her speed.

      Doing Yoga and then Dhyana is better than doing meditation only, by the way Dhayanyoga is part of Yoga and If you do Yoga before Dhayana then your body will be realxed and your mind too which will make easy for you to practice Dhayanyoga.

    Day 10! The waters are still muddy but today I could see a sunshine coming through and by the end of the practice a sincere smile, came through from the bottom of my heart without me being able to contain it.
    I guess that to experience the ultimate bliss you need to confront first the hard truths as they are rather than trying to see them through the lenses of your own hopes and wishes. Namaste! 🙏

    I am 21 years old during my teenage days l had lots of trauma and lots of depression , my self confidence was down , I couldn't able to trust others and frustrated every time , lots of anger ....     I am African lady aged 42 and just started my yoga and knew about chakras and asanas from your channel only 3 days ago. I have realised that I am now coping with little pain and hoping to soon be back to my flexibility. I am so imbalanced that I can't stand on one foot or do exercises on one leg.       I hope its ok for me to reply. I just want you to know every journey starts with a little step towards your goal. Don't worry about being fast or slow, just continue, and it's ok to quit, just make sure you start again. A lot of people do that, and they are fine. You will make it eventually.

    Day 6! Thank you! Two days ago and yesterday I had some weird interactions with people which would normally make me rumminate a lot and wake up depressed and worried the next day. However, the day before yesterday I woke up thinking: "Do as you will. They will judge you anyways". And that day and today I woke up feeling light, happy and energized (even though last night I did not sleep a lot)!

    I’ve been doing yoga often on for 10 years and I’m 85 years old now tried your video for the first time. I enjoyed it, though I know I need to work a little harder on some of the poses . I will give myself a month of daily practice.
    I will search for your other videos because I’m not that interested in the chakras and I’m sure I’ll find some good ones. Thank you.

    Thank you ma'am and sir for this video!! This is my first time practising this asana and during the second chakra, I suddenly bursted into tears. It unknowingly made me aware of my relationship with myself. And after doing the whole yoga sequence, I feel much calmer and peaceful. Thanks a lot for this rejuvenating practice. :)

      Same thing happened to me.. during the butterfly pose..! Within just 2-3 seconds I suddenly burst into tears! I couldn't figure out what's happening to me at first! Now I'm a bit relieved to know that I'm not the only one and this is kinda normal 😅 Thanks..

    I've been practicing occidentalized yoga for so long that despite the poses are poses I've done and despite you say are soft when doing acvirding to your simple yet precise instructions I felt them hard and felt some unconfortanle tinglings in places beyond my muscles that made me feel funny in a rather difficult way to explain specially during the first poses and after boat pose I felt like laughing hard for no reasob. I felt so tired after chanting Ohm. It was an out of this world experience that I very much needed. Finally I feel my energy moving. Thank you so much! 🙏

    Due to a busy day I missed my fourth daily Asana and I actually felt the negative effects afterwards. This cleansing stuff is no joke. Day five of catch up and I feel like I reverted back to day three. Oh well, such is life---just keep going.
    UPDATE
    Okay, this session is now a crucial component of my day, it's one of the few things that helps me regulate my PTSD.

    On my viewpoint, I joined many yoga postures as well as the philosophy but it couldn't be usefull.     Very nice.
    Just one thing ...... Extending the mmmm sound in ॐ is more essential and also effective. If one extends the ooooooooo sound more, then there may bot be much breath left to extend the mmmmmmm. Also, a long ooooooo sound practiced regularly is likely to raise the Blood pressure.
    A few ॐ chantings ( 3 to 5 ) like you have done, and later, chanting the rest of the 15 ॐ chants with short a, short oo and anl very extended mmmmmmmm will help significantly. Do try and experience this way., and note the difference.

    I love this, i fallen many times and thought about a chiropractor but no i want to master my own body but the scars and stitches where i lost feelings are opening up like my energy! I can breathe better! My days become better although i still get anxiety( i sweat a lot when nervous) but with time it’ll go by meditating is amazing!

    Started doing it day before yesterday.
    Day 1 ✅ 03/10/2024
    Day 2 ✅ 05/10/2024 - feeling calm
    Day 3 ✅ 06/10/2024 - Trying to get rid of the distractions aka the habit of checking phone everytime
    Day 4 ✅ 07/10/2024 - Did it after taking cold shower. Feeling calm. Yoga doesn't give results immediately so not looking for results.
    Day 5 ✅ 08/10/2024 - Laughing freely. Daily doing this is a sign of consistency. So some progress is surely there. Will do early morning - 5:30AM
    Day 6 ✅ 09/10/2024 - Will keep doing this. I am more confident.
    Day 7 ✅ 10/10/2024 - Anahata is being unblocked. Still I can't get up at 5 or 6 AM.
    Day 8 ✅ 11/10/2024 - Woke up with good memories today which I never remembered in years. My past grieves are vanishing. Woke up at 6:30. I feel more calm.
    Day 9 ✅ 12/10/2024 - I am more mindful these days. I can see improvements. Laziness gone, attachments gone. I can feel soul, mind and body at the same time. Earlier my mind used to wander a lot.
    Day 10 ✅ 13/10/2024 - Was a bit distracted today but did it. I am happy and as usual it feels great.
    Day 11 ✅ 14/10/2024 - Did in evening. I think I got a hip injury or something after doing this sequence my hip aches a lot. Skipped the asanas that hurts hip or back. Or adds pressure there. Need to skip Paravatasana as well. Also, will do meditation on chair instead of on ground.
    Day 12 ✅ 15/10/2024 - Did it by myself today, skipped all the asanas which are not suggested for back or gives pressure on hips.
    Day 13 ✅ 16/10/2024 - Feeling good. Normal though, but good.
    Day 14 ✅ 17/10/2024 - Kinda low day...a bit. Did this in evening :)
    Day 15 ✅ 18/10/2024 - Did this in noon. Cheers to the new beginnings!
    Day 16 ✅ 19/10/2024 - It's best to do this in morning. You will feel more calm and a good start for the day. Feeling good today. DO this the first thing in the morning.
    Day 17 ✅ 20/10/2024 - Yesterday I took an important decision of killing my project and a connection. It feels so good. I was in a state of confusion, being stuck for past 8 months. It was always on my head no matter what. Finally I am free. I can move forward. It had tied me back. Finally it happened. I dreamt of kicking my friend in the face - means finally I got over the friend. Awesome.
    Day 18 ✅ 21/10/2024 - As usual feeling good. Did in evening, should do in morning. My mind still wanders when I meditate for seventh chakra - that needs to be focused on.
    Day 19 ✅ 22/10/2024 - Feeling good.
    Day 20 ✅ 23/10/2024 - Feeling calm as well as started 21 days yoga BootCamp. More than ever relaxed. We shall be more present in the moment. Focusing on breathe while doing each asana. If we let ourselves wander here and there, then it's not a Yoga.
    Day 21 ✅ 24/10/2024 - And here I am on the 21st day. God it feels so great. Also for the seventh chkara we do chanting for 24 times ;)
    ------------------------------------Challenge Completed Successfully----------------------------------------
    25/10/2024 - Taking break due to a hip injury - will come back and continue soon.
    3/11/2024 - Today is 11th day of my 21 day beginner challenge. And this marks Succeful a month of doing Yoga.
    I'll start chakra practice from today again. One thing I noticed, when I gave up on practice for these 8 days, I felt overwhelmed at a times. Maybe not it has become a necessary part. Or need to get somewhere with it. Starting again.
    Day 2.1 ✅ 3/11/2024 - I feel extremely calm and at peace with this flow. Will do it everyday.
    Day 2.2 ✅ 4/11/2024 - Shall not check my phone in the morning before the Yoga. Feeling good.
    Day 2.3 ✅ 6/11/2024 - Feeling good.
    14/11/2024 - Completed My 21 Days Yoga challenge
    Will do Seven chakra meditation everyday for the next 365 days.
    Day 1✅✅ - 15/11/2024 - Feeling great, blissful.
    Day 2 ✅✅ - 18/11/2024 - Skipped 16. 17 due to injury
    Day 3 ✅✅ - 20,/11/2024 - In the evening
    Day 4,5 - 21,22/11/2024

    Day 5! I almost did not make it. I had a bizarre dream and woke up sad and scattered trying to distract myself with social media but finally I made it to the matt and got to follow through with the whole practice, including the meditation at its pace. In the end not incontrollable laughing but rather some peace of mind and relief! Thank you! 🙏
