Adding some frozen peas with the cheese would be a nice addition or maybe spinach
Gosh that looks good 😊❤ Thanks for tips with no wine. I’m never sure how to handle that. We don’t have alcohol in our house. I love Marsala flavor, though I wish I could replicate that flavor. I cook for someone in recovery so I don’t want to take a chance.

Just made this and it’s excellent! Super easy and packed with flavor. I did have to sauté the onions and mushrooms a lot longer than the recipe, but it’s worth it.

You can use some WD-40 to release that adhesive from the top of insta pot .
I was so excited about this, but we felt like it needed a little more flavor or was missing something. It's kind of like I needed to season the chicken 1st or something. We did what you did. This is not a negative comment bc you're our #1 guy for IP cooking. I'm just looking for any recommendations.

I made this last night. It turned out really good, but I did have one issue. I followed the recipe exactly, but when I did the quick release, I had to deal with a geyser of foamy mushroom broth from the vent. Any idea what may have caused that? I'd like to do the recipe again because it was fantastic, but I'd like to avoid that cleanup again!

My dad could not have done this. He once tried to make rice without water. We lost him 1/30/18. He gave up cooking anything other than frozen pizza or tv dinners after that.
