My Garlic Cream Sauce is what simple dreams are made of. Not only is it gluten-free and super keto-friendly, but it's light, bright and a true delight! A few weeks ago you talked about putting your bacon grease in the fridge. I'm Italian so you know I have a lot of tricks. I put my bacon grease in ice cube trays, freeze them and then put them in freezer bags. That way I can take out how much I want. I also do that with my Italian seasoning. I cut up fresh basil, oregano and parsley. Drop it all in ice cube trays. Then I fill the trays to the top with olive oil. Freeze then freezer baggies the same way. Sorry this turned out so long but I really wanted to tell you.

Would it work for a white pizza?
It could! Just let it simmer until the desired thickened consistency.
You might want to start with equal parts of butter and flour roux and stir until thickening then add milk and procede with his recipe. Another way is to add some cream cheese for a thicker sauce for pizza.
