    Yum! My kitchen is still in the process of being built, so making meals is kinda tough. The prep on this meal, however, seems very easy so I'm calling this a perfect renovation meal! Thanks Jeff!

    Ohhh...myyy...gawd...! I’m shoveling this bit of heaven into my mouth as I type this. This turned out so delicious and the next time I make it, my husband has requested garlic mashed potatoes to soak up the sauce, which he loves. Great job with this one and I can’t wait to try your other recipes.

    Thanks Jeff! This helped me out a lot. This dish is my wife’s favorite and I was looking for a decent IP starter recipe to complete my recipe. The only addition I did was I seasoned my chicken with some light flour mixed with marjoram. It gave me more browning and flavor I was looking for. Well done! Thanks again.

    Well thanks, this recipe just leapfrogged over ALL of my recipes to be my husbands favorite thing I’ve ever made, he doesn’t recall I made it once before, but last time I used penne and didn’t have as much Marsala as called for so I improvised, this time I followed your ingredients and OMG it might be my favorite thing ever too!!!

    I don't think I've ever had chicken Marsala before this, just looked awesome. I did the double mushroom, and spinach added someone mentioned. Insanely good, and if I can do you can do it.

    This recipe is fantastic! My husband was out of town and missed it. He is questioning the use of the Sun Dried Tomatoes, but I assured him that they add a great flavor. I freeze most of my food in little containers to take to work or for whenever and this reheated perfectly.

      You will really love Jeff's dishes. They're quick, easy, and very tasty! I've made French Onion Chicken, Chili, Acorn Squash Soup, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata and many more! Lasagna Rolls are on the agenda very soon. I gave my husband a set of the ekovana pans for Christmas just so we can have the lasagna rolls. Jeff's videos have really given me a bit of confidence in my cooking since they turn out well.

    Just made this after wanting an instant pot for the past 2 year. Finally got one for Xmas. Only thing I changed was due to a recipe I have made before was adding smoked Gouda. Tastes like stuffed chicken Marsala from Olive Garden

    I made this last night. Yummy! The only thing I did different was after the pressure was released I added 2 cups chopped fresh spinach! Yum yum

    OMGoodness!!!! I made this dish tonight and it was AWESOME!!!🤩 Okay, let me back up for a sec. My wonderful husband got me a IP for Christmas. So of course, the first thing I did was get on UA-cam and spent HOURS researching & learning everything IP. In my quest I found a bunch of different recipes. Your channel was like the fourth one I came across in the recipe category. I watched a few of you videos and then I came across this one. The first recipe I tried in my new IP was your meatloaf receipt. Well the issue was I didn’t have the proper bundt pan for the IP😫. So I had to do the meatloaf in the oven and the potatoes in the IP. The meatloaf was awesome (I use my usual recipe with homemade ketchup but in a bundt pan). I did attempt your potato recipe and it didn’t come out all that hot. It was my fault, please don’t ask what I did. I was ready to put my IP back in the 📦 and quit! But then this recipe spoke to me. Actually it was the sun dried tomatoes 😘! I followed it step by step! I did add a little more chicken, mushrooms and liquid cause we like sauce!!🤩 I also added smoke Gouda like someone else suggested!! This is now my IP break out recipe!! Sorry so long but I’m SO EXCITED 😆!!! Thank you so much!!

    Made this last night. I didn't have sun dried tomatoes, used tomato paste. I also sprinkled in a tbl of flour after mixing chicken and mushrooms before adding stock. I didn't have to use the heavy cream, it was creamy without it. Thanks for all your recipes, some unconventional, but they work great and easy!

    I prepared this recipe and it was soooo delicious! I doubled the recipe since I have the 8 qt IP, but I couldn't submerge the pasta and I didn't want to add more liquid and experience what some other writers described with sauce coming out with steam release. Well, pasta was cooked to perfection! I didn't really care for the sun dried tomatoes too much, kinda tart in flavor, so I think that next time I will add some prosciutto instead. Thank you Jeff!!!

      I had that issue. If you just add another cup if the liquid it'll be okay.

      Hi Tammy! When I doubled my recipe, what I did was use just regular boneless chicken breast, and I just used the poultry setting. It worked out great for me. I think I added about 2-3 cups of the chicken broth a.k.a. water and about 2-3 tsp. of the better than bouillon. If you want to add a little bit more Marsala than normal, it brings out the flavor more. I also used mushrooms as well, and doubled them because I love mushrooms to. But just use how ever much of that stuff to your liking. Everybody is different on how they like their food to taste. I hope this helps.

    Made this tonight! It was very good. Only minor issue, although I followed your directions exactly in a 6 quart instant pot, the liquid didn't cover the noodles as much as in your pot. I cooked it anyway and it came out good, but noodles were a little too al dente (though they softened up later in the liquid, and should be fine when reheating leftovers.) I'll either add a minute to the cook time and/or add more broth/marsala wine next time. Surprisingly, I thought it could use a little bit of salt - but not enough for me to bother adding. Thanks for the delicious recipes!

    Hoi ! This was our family Sunday lunch. Everybody loved it (I also added the spinach and lots of pepper). Unfortunately, I had some "trouble" with the quick release ... liquid spouted out onto my window, which was a bit daunting. Did I use too much liquid? Living in the EU, I might have had some trouble switching the cup measurements into ml (I ordered cups today B-) ). Next time, I'll just wait 10 minutes before releasing the pressure. THX for the great recipes Jeff - we all love them !

    Made this over the weekend. Came out wonderful. I'll be making a couple of tweaks next time. 1) Finer dice on the chicken. 2) Finely chop the tomatoes, (should have done this the first time). 3) Remember to always double the mushrooms and butter. Like many sauced dishes it is even better the next day. Jeffery, please stop telling people "cooking wine" is OK.
