I did this yoga before going into my 12 hour night shift. For days I was having stomach pain from trapped gas and constipation. During the yoga, I was able to relieve some trapped gas. And at work finally had a bowel movement. You are a life saver!!! 💕
Sometimes I have trapped gas.Also have ulcer/ acid problems.I tried the yoga poses but found that if I put pillows under my tummy and sat on my knees it helped me feel better.Also a good backrub or heated pad helps also.I like the cooler weather but I tend to have more body pains toward the winter.Blessings and prayer's to anyone suffering.

YESSS🫶🏼🙌 These poses saved me during covid lockdown. There was this ridiculous coffee trend happening on social media with instant coffee so i tried it and instantly (pun intended) felt like i was going into labor. It was a good hour of torture and debating on going to the ER until i mustered up enough energy to hit a down dog and a squat 😂 changed the fart yoga game for me. So happy to know its helping you and many others with tummy pain!
@@YogaWithBird Tea did the same to me. It led to acidity. I felt chest pain. I thought I was going to perish. Tea and Coffee are BS and should be avoided especially on an empty stomach. Walking around helps a lot in gas situations. It helped me. Also ginger can help alleviate acidity to a good extent. I realised today how fragile the human body is and I got so tensed. All of the materialistic achievements, etc. do not matter at all when your body makes you suffer and life itself is in jeopardy.
Thank you very much. I'm lately experiencing some unknown stomach and digestive issues which is why I have to get it checked by a professional. Sadly it'll take a while till the appointment will take place, so your videos are truly a life saver. Every evening or even morning I feel extremely bloated and as if my insides are about to explode, no matter what I'm eating or drinking and so far no meds, no tea nor warmth did help. I went to the hospital 2 days ago because I was at my limit, mentally and physically, yet I was sent back home because thankful it wasn't anything serious. So until I'll get to my appointment I'm going to repeat these exercises as often as I can because they make me feel better. I'm unfortunately not always able to get rid of the trapped gas fully but I definitely feel like they're soothing the tension and pain which is already more than enough to make it bearable. I did this routine 3 times throughout the night a few weeks ago because I was desperate. I felt terrible and the pressure and pain were horrible but it didn’t work, I went to the hospital later and it turned out I had an inflammation in my small intestine. Thank you for making this it help me relax a bit and realize something was definitely wrong because if it were only gas the poses would have released it

@@deepikaragu078 yeah I’m okay now, the night I went to the hospital the doctors were worried it was my appendix because the test they had me do showed I had some type of infection so I got an MRI scan. They gave me some intravenous meds and then I was on antibiotics for a bit and so far It hasn’t happened again

I have trapped gas almost every single day for two years now. I will try this when I go home. Praying it works because this pain is really oppressive at times

Hi thank you for replying to me. So I have found out that mainly my issues were stress. I incorporated ginger into my daily tea and I have been practicing deep breathing in through nose. Out through mouth. This has been helping a lot. When my sister passed late January this year I went through a whole week of constipation and gas. I try to keep myself as calm as possible while watching what I’m putting into my body.

Yoga was part of my routine back in school days. Stopped it in college and took up weight training. Now years later a bloated stomach brought me to this and I realise how foolish i was to have stopped yoga ! Gym made me look stronger outwardly but only yoga can bring inner health. thank you thank you thank youuu. went to sleep with gas pains and woke up in the middle of the night with a bunch of trapped gas making me feel nauseated. after following this video it feels like around 70% has released so far, and the rest seems to have at least shifted a bit.
I was at a 10 in pain prior to pushing myself through the pain to complete this video. I just finished and my pain level is like a 2. Thank you. I was barely able to walk.

I've been relying on de-gas tablets but I know that isn't ideal for my health, I'm so glad to have found this video as I now have a much better way of relieving trapped gas. Thank you!

Thanks so much, I'm lactose intolerant but that didn't stop me from eating 3 whole icecream containers over the holiday. I've got IBS on top of that and I seriously thought I was dying tonight. No bowel movement, it just feels like it's all getting stuck behind something. The pain was so horrible I couldn't sleep and I was minutes from throwing up before watching this vid. I definitely wasn't a miracle cure but it did help me pass enough that I don't feel nauseous anymore. The SMELL ya'll... my body is SO UPSET. I think I learned my lesson...
I think it would have worked better if I had a softer surface to lay on or had used pillows, I've got fibromyalgia and every part of my that touched the floor was in pretty intense pain, so maybe I couldn't focus completely on relaxing the right muscles. I'll try that next time.

Had to definitely do modifications but omg this helped so much. My stomach doesn't feel like a solid rock anymore and with every belch I'm nearing transcendence. I'm subscribing and invested more in yoga now. Thank you for making me a believer. 🤣

This video actually helped me decide to go to the ER, and it turns out I have diverticulitis. I tried the yoga it and it helped a bit but not that much. I knew that if this yoga doesn’t help something must be seriously wrong and I need to take action. If I hadn’t tried this yoga I might have told myself everything was fine and that I just needed to wait it out. I might’ve ended up with sepsis! So you might just literally be a lifesaver.

I needed this video brother so bad, I made 2 burritos yesterday and after I was finished with them I was bloated af. Like my stomach was just a balloon of trapped gas. Today at work I was popping out gas bubbles out as silently as I could but sometimes they’d just roar out and I couldn’t help it, I tried these exercises in the bathroom and it helped my belly deflate
I get bad trapped wind from anxiety and it's been especially worse and contstant today and yesterday... This definitely helped a bit and calmed me and ensured I was breathing deeper so thank you!!

I immediately felt better after cat/cow and i reached the very end without passing gas which i didnt mind because i felt much better but when i bowed forward i had a little burp (i rarely do) so i had a little chuckle of relief after that lol. I’ve been having to poop for the last two days and have been bloated. I was doing one of your full body stretches after working and I felt like I needed to poop during it, but it went away. Then I remembered this video lol and now I’m happily on the toilet.
After reading alot of the comments I had my fiance follow this video cuz she has tummy troubles almost constantly and within 3 minutes or so she was able to release alot of the trapped gas.. she and I were so surprised without going into too much details but they were the biggest reliefs ever she felt instantly better... it's crazy the amount of gas that gets trapped too. i am in so much pain for almost a week now and been going back and forth in the hospital and they just kept telling me thats its just gas. so today i started to try this and after a couple of sessions i startered burping. will probably do a couple more through out the day ad this is very relaxing too
I had to comment this: at first, the gases started to come out from all the wrong holes if you know what I mean. I did this with empty stomach, before dinner. I felt the taste on my mouth of the juice I drank after lunch, from the gases that came out from my stomach. But what got me thinking was the other gases, the ones that came downward. They should be trapped on my guts, not my uterus, right? LOL Actually, I just got out of my period, so I guess I had no idea! It helped anyway, my belly feels better now. I do graveyard and thats what I'm going thru doc said metamucil but it makes the trapped gas pain worse

I think it would have worked better if I had a softer surface to lay on or had used pillows, I've got fibromyalgia and every part of my that touched the floor was in pretty intense pain, so maybe I couldn't focus completely on relaxing the right muscles. I'll try that next time.

Had to definitely do modifications but omg this helped so much. My stomach doesn't feel like a solid rock anymore and with every belch I'm nearing transcendence. I'm subscribing and invested more in yoga now. Thank you for making me a believer. 🤣

This video actually helped me decide to go to the ER, and it turns out I have diverticulitis. I tried the yoga it and it helped a bit but not that much. I knew that if this yoga doesn’t help something must be seriously wrong and I need to take action. If I hadn’t tried this yoga I might have told myself everything was fine and that I just needed to wait it out. I might’ve ended up with sepsis!
So you might just literally be a lifesaver.

I needed this video brother so bad, I made 2 burritos yesterday and after I was finished with them I was bloated af. Like my stomach was just a balloon of trapped gas. Today at work I was popping out gas bubbles out as silently as I could but sometimes they’d just roar out and I couldn’t help it, I tried these exercises in the bathroom and it helped my belly deflate

I immediately felt better after cat/cow and i reached the very end without passing gas which i didnt mind because i felt much better but when i bowed forward i had a little burp (i rarely do) so i had a little chuckle of relief after that lol. After reading alot of the comments I had my fiance follow this video cuz she has tummy troubles almost constantly and within 3 minutes or so she was able to release alot of the trapped gas.. she and I were so surprised without going into too much details but they were the biggest reliefs ever she felt instantly better... it's crazy the amount of gas that gets trapped too. i am in so much pain for almost a week now and been going back and forth in the hospital and they just kept telling me thats its just gas. so today i started to try this and after a couple of sessions i startered burping. will probably do a couple more through out the day ad this is very relaxing too
I had to comment this: at first, the gases started to come out from all the wrong holes if you know what I mean. I did this with empty stomach, before dinner. I felt the taste on my mouth of the juice I drank after lunch, from the gases that came out from my stomach. But what got me thinking was the other gases, the ones that came downward. They should be trapped on my guts, not my uterus, right? LOL Actually, I just got out of my period, so I guess I had no idea! It helped anyway, my belly feels better now.
