    Use this 20 minute Healing Yoga for Digestion & Bloating to relieve painful cramping, bloating, trapped gas and lower back pain with this relaxing & healing practice of low energy yin-style stretches lasting 1-3 minutes each.     As someone who has been told they had Celiac Disease, then Crohn's Disease, then the doctors finally landing on a diagnosis of IBS, thank you for this. I've had complicated symptoms my whole life, and diet and meds just haven't seemed to help completely. Here's hoping this beautiful practice makes a difference!

    Аfter a long search for a suitable yoga channel i am so happy finnaly i found Sarah Beth. Her approach is extremely pleasant, simple, without too many verbal burdens, but with clear guidance. Every morning and evening the minutes spent in yoga with Sarah Beth are peace, enjoyment, tranquility, joy.     Well, I came here to help my bloating stomach and didn't expect it to be a therapeutic experience. I suddenly had a lump in my throat and by the end of this practice I was crying. 😮 I never had such an experience before, I guess it had a somatic yoga effect on me. I love it so much , especially the way you explained how to breathe so detailed in every pose , which makes those poses used to be so simple and ordinary but now becoming very healing and calming with the coordination of those breathing tips .     Full disclaimer this is a TMI comment but it just had to be said because I think Sara Beth is amazing. Every time I have done this yoga routine I am in the bathroom five minutes later works like magic. No bloating after.

    I am new to this channel and relatively new to yoga. This routine has been a go to night time yoga session to help me work through some recent digestive issues I am working through. It's been helping me so far!

    This was such a relaxing flow. My favourite part was rocking side to side in full wind pose. Then the peaceful words at the end helped too.

    Thank you so much for your videos. ❤️ The way you teach is very calming and easy to follow. My anxiety usually goes haywire when I'm sitting still while meditating or breathing, but this video is one of my favorites BECAUSE of the breathing parts. ❤️ It feels so good. I love when you say "massage your body on the inside" when talking about breathing. That's such a neat way to look at it

    I was in a car accident 2013 and my back and neck are so so bad tried everything but yoga my first attempt was very hard I have gained weight like 60 pounds big jump from 110 going to keep going thank you so much

    Thanks Beth, I'm going to do this one daily hopefully. Your other one for 13mins for digestion ibd ibs etc was too good. It made my ibs constipation become ibs diarrhoea for past 3 days when I did it before bed. And did not help my hemorrhoids at all. So I think this might be a bit more gentler. I'm going to try this. I hope I'm healing.

    Currently 18 weeks pregnant with twins and the trapped gas is so painful especially at night. This video is so helpful

    When she said the deep breath was relaxing I went “no it isn’t!” because I didn’t feel much of anything. And then about 10 minutes later I was a puddle of goo. Lesson learned, don’t argue with the yoga. 😂

      Yes, in india it's as simple as Hello, or Aloha. Namaste! We use the greeting to seal out practices so we can feel a connection even when we're doing yoga alone in our living rooms
