    The title may look funny and offbeat but it has immense value for those, suffering from excessive gas formation and bloating etc.

      So is this what takes place in a yoga studio? I did yoga in a small office space once but cannot recall any farts. It would seem likely tho.

    I have IBS and alkaline reflux gastritis so i always suffer from bloating and gas... I clicked the video bcz of the title and one thing just to say: tried and tested! It actually works i farted and feel relaxed thx for this flow, 😇🍀

      Do you mind if I ask... does coffee make you bloated or do you have a sensitivity/intolerance? I'm asking because I've had issues with my bowel and stomach for a while now and I started wondering if it might be the coffee🤔 would appreciate your reply ☺

    Thank you for this videos @yoga with bird! These past few months, I have been suffering anxiety which led to me being insomniac and even have mini panic attacks in the middle of the night. Your yogas helped me a lot. And just tonight, i feel bloated and can’t really breath properly, after doing this yoga, just abfew minutes, i’ve been burping! I can sleep well now!

    @Yoga With Bird thank you so much for this yoga exercise, I went to the doctors on Friday and even missed my trip to Corpus because of an unbearable pain in my admonial area. I tried herbal teas and the medicine this prescribed me and no cure. As soon as I followed the steps in your video this really helped me more than anything, I will be now using this exercise daily.     I had severe stomach pain from gas and while I didn't fart this really eased some pain in combo with tums and midol❤

      Imagine your just laying in a pose zoned out and all you hear is a fart as i continue to make cues😩😂 laughter heals all so it wouldn’t be too awful.

      Why it happened.. Do some stretchable lunges, squats .. It would help u to make ur stomach feel lighter

    I suffer from gas pain in my mid/upper back. It feels like a stomach ache radiating to there. What helps is putting a thicj pillow, like a memory pillow under my back while elevating my legs. It doesn't help me pass gas, but it alleviates the pain. And oh, lots of water!
