My personal Results after 6 days of practice these yogas- 1) digestion process at peak 2) my lower back become strong. Now i can sit straight without support for longer time without any pain. 3) posture improved 4) little fat decrease from stomach area

I always feel difficulty while returning back to sarvangasana from halasana ... Can I bend my legs while returning back from sarvangasana to halasana??
Your all the videos of yoga is excellent , but onething you tell in yoga , that's DURATION or TIMING mam, I dont know how duration take in our yoga, so please hereafter tell in the yoga video
