    My personal Results after 6 days of practice these yogas-
    1) digestion process at peak
    2) my lower back become strong. Now i can sit straight without support for longer time without any pain.
    3) posture improved
    4) little fat decrease from stomach area

    For everyone here, sending protection. I have been practicing yoga for over 6 months now, and it has brought a lot of positive changes. I appeal everyone to keep practicing yoga even after we are over the pandemic and not forget our heritage

    Your all the videos of yoga is excellent , but onething you tell in yoga , that's DURATION or TIMING mam, I dont know how duration take in our yoga, so please hereafter tell in the yoga video

      You can practice for 20 minutes to 45 minutes about 12 asanas. But always under proper guidance. Thank you.
