Just wanted to say to every girl out there that Pcod is manageable.. you can regulate your periods.. I have this problem since 5 years.. when I take pills, it comes on time.. or else it becomes irregular again.. but I decided not to depend on these tablets anymore.. from three months I hadn't got my periods.. I did this yoga for 2 weeks every night.. you can do it in the morning too.. yesterday I got my periods with a normal flow....
So dear girls, please stop worrying about it.. exercise, eat home made food, get good sleep.. don't stress.. that's all it takes to manage Pcod or pcos 😊
But how to be pregnant
If you do this yoga asanas, your ovulation will happen on time. It will reduce your stress and balance your hormones. So as and when your cycles get regular, you will find it easy to get pregnant...

I am 16 years old, I didn't get my periods from September 2020 but after doing kapalbhati and this yoga aasna I got my periods back within 5 days, it's very helpful....tysm☺.
Your cycle starts 10- 14 days before ur periods..that is even if u didn't do the exercise u would have got ur periods this month

Not everything works for everyone. I found this video just now but I have been doing these yoga poses along with 20 other poses for months now. Doesn't have any effect on me. Guess it is different for everyone.

I have been diagnosed by PCOS since more than 3 months and I was following all instructions prescribed by my gnco like healthy lifestyle, no oily food, exercise along with 8-9 kms daily walk. But nothing was helpful and periods were getting delayed by 14 days
This month only I watched this video and I started doing yoga for more than an hour in morning with empty stomach along with breathing exercises
And after 12 days of morning yoga, some strict diet and evening cardio, I got my period on the expected date.

We can do these yoga but when we have pcod...some girls have gain so mucj weight and body fat... I tried every aasan but not properly done due to body fat and less strength I can not performed any posture properly ?

My small recommendation to you after reading your comment is please start doing yoga and other exercises along with the healthy diet because taking birthcontrol pills can cause you PCOD in future.
This routine will not only help you to maintain your weight, regular periods also prevent the chances of having PCOS/PCOD in future.

Hello I am sharing my story here. I am from Nepal. I have had trouble having regular menstruation from 11 class. So I consulted a doctor & daigonsed with PCOD , started taking medicine of it. Now i am undergraduate student. A year ago, after having ultrasound i came to know that i have had cured from PCOD but still i have hormonal disbalance. FSH is low in my case. So i took medicine for almost a year. Due to 2nd lockdown, i couldn't have access to that medicine. So my period got delayed 1 month. 7 days ago i started doing this yoga after seeing many positive comments over here. After 5 days of doing this , i got my period. I couldn't express the happiness of getting period naturally after 2 & half yrs without having medicines. Today is 3rd day of my period. I am thankful to this video. Hope my story helps every women & girls dealing with PCOD & irregular menstruation. It actually works. Thankyou everyone. Love from NEPAL❤

@@hamsini1110 I have the same blocks which are shown on the video. You can use any box which is not breakable easily. I prefer the height which is shown in the video. I have no idea about the Height of the blocks.

So I am here to share my experience I never had this before always had my periods on time but from the last 2 months I didn't had my period and I was so worried...came across this video and got a lot of positivity from the comments of you guys so tried it and today is my 4th day doing these yogas and guess what I had my period today....I'm so thankful!!!

PCOD refers to the Polycystic Ovarian Disorder. It is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. There is a small fluid filled sacs develop on the ovaries and also known as Stein - Leventhal syndrome. Symptoms includes excess hair, acne, weight gain, increased anxiety and depression, irregular or infrequent periods. Patient’s uses a high dose of steroids for the symptoms of PCOD, but steroids can lead damage to the ovaries, cause liver diseases, uncontrolled outbursts of psychotic aggression, mood swings, etc.
Rather than intake of harmful drugs, you should use ‘PCOD RELIEF KIT’ which is made up of purely natural herbs that make the reproductive system strong and cures the PCOD naturally.
