If we are doing heavy exercise like heavy gym or intense cardio or heavy dancing everyday or high physical activity everyday... Then ???? Can we sustain this one grain a meal plan with 16 hrs fast ???? Please answer my query.... One more query If i follow one meal a day along with 16 hrs fast and if i doesnt eat fruit regularly or dont drink vegetable juice then will i get weak and nutrition deficient ?? Watching this a day before ramzan. 1. Fasting is for Health 2. Fasting is for self Control 3. Fasting is to know the value of hunger of Poor 4. Fasting is to save food and Distribute to poor who do not have enough food. Hindu- Muslim-christian-jain-sikh head towards one direction. God is only one. Creator is only one. Do fast. Its not only for your health it is also for others. When I used to fast I feel lot of Hunger on 13th hour. Its quite uncontrollable when it close to 14th hour of fasting. My mind automatically reaches to those who do not have food. Despite of having food I just need to wait for some time to eat. What about them. They are hunger and no guaranty of food. And we are busy at eating. Really heart touching thing that is fasting.

Garib people shudnt fall into trap of Govt's food security scheme 5kilo rice/dal every month. They must care for having their own orchards. Every village/panchayat committee shud have fruit gardens which used to be there a few decades ago. This is a life style, a revolution not anybody's personal concern coz we all r floating on the same boat

Man should eat when he feels hungry. As per ayurved our morning breakfast should be within 2-3hrs from sunrise. It's because that time our hunger is at peak. I'm in favour of satwik food. Thanks 😊
sun rise maybe at 5-6 am at check there food plan starts at 8 am, you don't have to worry, just try it out.. i tried it, it also called intermittent fasting.....

Everybody at my home is taunting me by seeing my slim body and said eat something eat something and make your body. U need to change your lunch and dinner. If u want to filler your body then u should have to adopt grains in your diet and do anulom vilom pranayam . Consult any dietician for 1 month afterthat u will know everything
I am OMAD (One meal a day). I start at around 7 am. Drink one bottle water. Then after 10 minutes eat lot of fruits and dry fruits. Then after 10 minutes eat bhakri or chapati with vegetables and rice. Then after 1 hour drink 1 bottle water. This cycle repeats. Do not drink water or take any food in between. Now I have two questions. I want to increase my weight keeping this diet. How to do this? In the morning I still do not feel very hungry. Is this ok? Or should I wait till I feel hungry?

I am doing Intermittent fasting for 3 weeks now but i start eating at 12:30pm in the afternoon and eat my dinner at 7:30pm in afternoon. I just have these 2 meals.
I hv been eating 2meals for a month now. I hv my breakfast at 10 am and dinner at 7 pm. I make sure there is 8hour difference between the 2 meals works great for me... Bt at the beginning I felt like I was weak...little did I know my body was going through a detox.. And now I feel fresh and energised also lost 4 kgs adding my regular exercise and evening walk... which is great as I am overweight.. I think people should give it a go...

Till the last two weeks were difficult because I do a 18hr fasting period. But now it's a breeze 😁 . I would suggest you one thing tho to speed up the process. Chew each morsel for around 32-40 times or until the food converts in to proper liquid in the mouth. What this does is it digests around 50% of your food in your mouth itself. Try this it's a whole different ball game. Cheers!

It's not possible for everyone. If someone suffering from ulcer or IBS in that situation He/She can't follow this fasting routine. But this fasting chart is very good and helpful in mostly cases.

Cardiovascular pains are just temporary. Dont worry if you have pain or any little injury due to exercises. It will recover ownelf. Btw I met with all the 8 mantras. I have only a little pain on my upper shoulder due to bar exercise I have done it so many times thats why. Otherwise everything is ok.

Man should eat when he feels hungry. As per ayurved our morning breakfast should be within 2-3hrs from sunrise. It's because that time our hunger is at peak. I'm in favour of satwik food. Thanks 😊

sun rise maybe at 5-6 am at check there food plan starts at 8 am, you don't have to worry, just try it out.. i tried it, it also called intermittent fasting.....

I am OMAD (One meal a day). I start at around 7 am.
Drink one bottle water. Then after 10 minutes eat lot of fruits and dry fruits.
Then after 10 minutes eat bhakri or chapati with vegetables and rice.
Then after 1 hour drink 1 bottle water.
This cycle repeats.
Do not drink water or take any food in between.
Now I have two questions.
I want to increase my weight keeping this diet.
How to do this?
In the morning I still do not feel very hungry. Is this ok?
Or should I wait till I feel hungry?

I am doing Intermittent fasting for 3 weeks now but i start eating at 12:30pm in the afternoon and eat my dinner at 7:30pm in afternoon. I just have these 2 meals.
I hv been eating 2meals for a month now. I hv my breakfast at 10 am and dinner at 7 pm. I make sure there is 8hour difference between the 2 meals works great for me... Bt at the beginning I felt like I was weak...little did I know my body was going through a detox.. And now I feel fresh and energised also lost 4 kgs adding my regular exercise and evening walk... which is great as I am overweight.. I think people should give it a go...

Till the last two weeks were difficult because I do a 18hr fasting period. But now it's a breeze 😁 . I would suggest you one thing tho to speed up the process. Chew each morsel for around 32-40 times or until the food converts in to proper liquid in the mouth. What this does is it digests around 50% of your food in your mouth itself. Try this it's a whole different ball game. Cheers!

Cardiovascular pains are just temporary. Dont worry if you have pain or any little injury due to exercises. It will recover ownelf. Btw I met with all the 8 mantras. I have only a little pain on my upper shoulder due to bar exercise I have done it so many times thats why. Otherwise everything is ok.
