    Mam acid or gas problem k liye bh yoga video upload kijiye... Kyuki aj kl gas prblm normal nh h... Ek trh se disease hi h... Aaj kl 10 15% logo ki death gas prblm se bh ho jati h... So mjhe apne parents or grandparents k liye gas prblm pr yoga videos chiye... Plz uploaded on it...

      I am not an expert like her but I would say don't force yourself. Don't push yourself to do the pose right now , just do the other poses and slowly you will be able to do this as well.
