Beheno or bhaiyo yoga and gym all these cant do anything until and unless we start increasing our diet...yoga karo gym jao but diet increase karna is the main and hardest factor for us..best of luck..keep going

I believe her. Yoga can make you gain muscle mass. I have been doing it for some time. I have gained 5 pounds of muscles for sure. Clothes size is still the same. Any exercise I choose I end up increasing muscle mass. Most of the time I do three times a week. Nothing serious workout. Just consistent.

As long as you can hold a single posture or how many times your body is able to do.. Otherwise you can do ever asan 4-5 times hold each asana for 10-15 sec......... Thank you
