    Beheno or bhaiyo yoga and gym all these cant do anything until and unless we start increasing our diet...yoga karo gym jao but diet increase karna is the main and hardest factor for us..best of luck..keep going

    I believe her. Yoga can make you gain muscle mass. I have been doing it for some time. I have gained 5 pounds of muscles for sure. Clothes size is still the same. Any exercise I choose I end up increasing muscle mass. Most of the time I do three times a week. Nothing serious workout. Just consistent.

    Yaar am in 11th 16years old and still 43 kgs and am really slim and now everyone is teasing me by saying "kamse kam farewell k lie thhodi healthy dikhh le"
    Am literally a person who lives to eat but I don't know why it's so difficult for me to gain weight.and even if i gain wait i don't get muscles and curves in my body it's really disappointing 🥺

      As long as you can hold a single posture or how many times your body is able to do.. Otherwise you can do ever asan 4-5 times hold each asana for 10-15 sec......... Thank you

      early morning may jab abdhera nhi hota but suraj bhi nhi nikala ho koshish kare ki park mein ..shaant jagah pe kare...tgwn u ll notice the mogic it will do to u

      After You wake up go for potty and start doing aasnas.. 5 am to 7am Best time

      @strong man 8823 haan karne ko aap kabhi bhi kar sakte ho...but personally feel to morning mein fresh hoke ftesh air mein karo..because yoga is therapy..its a bridge between you and nature..ye unke liye hai jo yoga ya mediation prefer krte hai for their mental health rather than just quota pura karo kind of stuff..krme ko ek baje bi karte hai but.saaf or khali pet in early morinig is best as per me..

    Hello Ma'am, pls tell me what is perfect time to do this yoga early morning or at night after 8 p.m. or how??? Before breakfast or lunch either after having milk in the morning....
