This is a wonderfull instruction. However, When i am trying to do it in 3 or 4 repetation I am loosing either motivation to repeate or not giving enough pause from one to another pausture . I know this is the problem many of us face while practising at home. can you please a vedio for yoga session in repetation so that i can practice while playing this vedio like home workout instructor based vedios so that i can correct myself each time i practise and can do requare number of repetation to achive my goal. Please let me know if you already have any session for 30 mins or 40 mins which will cover surya namaskar to pranayam and weight loss so that i can practice alternative day for specific outcome.
