I'm so glad you mentioned plant based foods too. As much as I enjoy them, they are not as healthy as they imply. So now I have them as an occasional treat when out. I definitely enjoy avocados on brown toast with chilli flakes. They definitely keep me full for longer. Thank you for sharing your food wisdom ❤
