      Yes, you are right. AVC has many good health benefits - control blood sugar, weight loss, gut health, improve digestion, cholesterol management (heart health), anti-inflammation & etc. 💪💪💪

      Thank you for your feedback! ❤❤❤I recommend trying apple cider vinegar (ACV) with 'the mother,' which is made by fermenting apple juice. During fermentation, bacteria convert alcohol into acetic acid, giving ACV its sour taste. I personally prefer ACV with the mother because it provides additional probiotic benefits for gut health. If she doesn't like ACV, she can try lemon juice, but it won’t have the same effect on stabilizing blood sugar. Lemon juice contains citric acid, while ACV’s acetic acid is more effective in supporting blood sugar control. Other vinegars can also help with blood sugar management, but be cautious with balsamic vinegar due to its carb content (sweetness) if aiming for optimal results.
