Wow! I like your idea! Dehydrating and powdering it, is a brilliant way to keep it convenient and versatile. I love how you pair it with lemon for cold water and ginger for hot water-it sounds delicious and nutrient-packed! ❤❤❤Thank you for sharing this amazing idea, it surely inspire others. Thank you 🙏❤👍👍👍

I heard that we should drink water with salt in it once a day. Supposedly for the minerals which is what vitamins need in order to work.
What are your thoughts on this?

Thank you for your thoughtful question! Drinking water with a pinch of unrefined salt, like Himalayan pink salt or sea salt, can support hydration and electrolyte balance, especially for those on keto diet or fasting.
However, pls do not overdoing it, as excessive salt (sodium) can impact blood pressure and overall health. If your diet consists of plenty of whole, minimally processed foods like vegetables (especially leafy green), fruits, legumes, nuts, and seeds, you’re already getting a healthy amount of minerals.
Instead of just focusing on salt, these foods are packed with minerals for a balanced approach to keeping your body healthy.
You're absolutely right that minerals play a crucial role in helping your body utilize the vitamins effectively. 🫑🥕🫛🍆🥒

Right now I drink black tea or water in the morning. But I think I will switch to green tea.

We get chicory root in the name of coffee😢

Chicory root coffee can be a surprise, but it’s great for digestion, gut health and may support weight loss! 😊 If you’re okay with the swap, it’s still liver-friendly. Have you tried it yet, or do you prefer classic coffee? ☕
