    Mei you never cease to amaze me!!!!! I love those affirmation!!!! I also love waling into natural light. I pray, meditate, do Qi Gong, hot water and lemon and my Beat Jelly Belly Fitness class. It's only 30 minutes so I can get it in before work. I do intermittent fasting 10 am - 6 pm. Thank you so much for such great tips as always Mei!!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    1. Meditation - Grattitude affirmations. No phone screens for an hour
    2. Delay your coffee ☕️
    Start with lemon and warm water or herbal tea.
    3. Morning light exposure, natural light can signal the brain to reduce melatonin and boost cortisol in a healthy way
    4. Move your body in the morning, walk or yoga or workout to burn cortisol.
    5. Timing your carbohydrates for insulin sensitivity. start break at and shut down at 4pm. Give your body a rest to rejuvenate.
