This was my walk for this morning it was fast paced all the way through I got my heart rate up and I got a walk in all in a shorter amount of time these walks are great for waking up your body and getting it moving for the day thanks for walking with me this morning Jessica have a great Friday 😀
I was listening to my son playing piano today and I recognized the tune from your video. It's the last one in this routine, "Moonlight Sonata." I showed him the video and we were laughing over how I recognized it this way. :) Thanks for the classical music training (along with the great workouts)!

Your walking workout really works for me having a bad knees problem as well as having only a small space to do my workout. I used to jog in a park once a week and if it's raining...I end up sitting on the couch doing nothing. Your indoors workout have change my life. Everyday, I look forward to go home and do the workout with you again. I don't have to suffer the pain but losing weight while having lots of fun. I owe it to you. I started working out with JSTV in January 2016 and so far I have lost 20lbs with 30lbs more to go. I feel great and look forward to the workouts because they are fun and easy to follow. Oh my goodness, Jessica. I just did your standing Pilates workout and somehow found myself doing this fast walk too. Its just so much fun. its energetic and sweat-making and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm coming up to my 70th soon and its so good being able to find sessions I can not only keep up with but they have just the right amount of challenge to them too. These are definitely on my favorite list already. Your voice and accent go a long way to making it even more enjoyable. Keep up the good work - we need it!!!

Great workout. I've done a previous video with my 7 year old son, because he is having to do a 26 mile competition at his school. Well with this video he noticed the new location and kept saying she must have bought a mansion. He also kept asking about PEANUT, LOL. Anyway, we enjoyed the video. Since discovering your videos, I've also been doing them in the morning before work.

Wonderful 1 mile walk focusing on the abs. Short but intense and it works!
This one has been in my play list for a month to try. I had a spare 12 minutes this morning after my other workout and I am glad I did. Fast and fun. This won't be the last time I do this one. It will be a nice break from my computer on days I am working from home and it is just what we need when we don't have much time.

This is one of my absolute favorites, Jessica! Will you consider creating a playlist of the videos you have working out with your mom? It would be nice for you to have a series of these mother/daughter workouts, have them listed from less to more strenuous, have mother and daughter doing two different variations of the exercise (ie. mom at working out at half-time or adapting for bad knees). One of the things I love about most of your videos is that you keep them confined to a small space so I can adapt them to the awkward meter-wide U-shaped area I have around my bed in my bedroom. Thank you sooooo much Jessica !! finally a work out I can do everyday !!I have bad vertigo so I cannot do any crunches or any similar exercises lying down. However as this routine is always in the standing position I can do it !!Jessica is fun and friendly, and I now do 1-3 of her short routine s almost every day as I can fit them around my lifestyle. :-)
