    I weighed in at 325 back in March 2015, and I feel that was my rock bottom. I have stopped drinking beer, and I started walking alot these past few months. I last weighed in at 269, and I finally got the courage to work on my abs. I plan on including the 4 available abs and obliques 10 min work out to increase my health goals.

      I can agree with you, I am using it too. I've started using it 2 weeks ago and until now I've lost 13 pounds, which is excellent result, I think (I was 175, now I am 162). Also, I like it because it's based on natural and healthy methods to speed up metabolism, specially adapted to women... without hard and exhausting exercises (like Insanity and HIIT programs). I am satisfied with it, so my vouch for it :)

    Over the summer I was doing FitnessBlender workouts and I felt really good when my friends saw me and said I looked great and a lot skinnier. When school started back up I stopped because I had no time but I gained a lot of weight since the summer and want to be down to a descent weight again so Im going to start these again.

    i went for a run and did this video. So far in the past two months i've went from a 30" waist to a 28.5" my goal is 27"! Almost there thanks to these videos!!

    Guys, I got a great result. My waist went up to 34. I did one week everyday exact as the video. Hence increase the repetition everyday for 1 month. Now my waist back to 31. I also do treadmill for 10 mins before to warm up my body. Now I added 10min butt and thigh and 10min abs and obliques. Tell you , you don't have to spent any money and buy DVDs, just be persistant . But don't chow down and become calorie freak, eat healthy.

    I wanna thank these guys. Last year I was 200 Pounds and I went all the way to 169. Between these videos and eating only 1,200 calories a day helped me out a lot. I wanna thank fitness blender so much. I kinda stopped a bit and went back up to 180 but I’m back on it again. I permanently lost inches in my waist and my abs show no matter what. Thanks again ❤️ 🙏

    Some of our workouts have the warm up & cool down included, others don't - the short ones like this one typically don't because people like to piece these shorter ones together to build their own custom routines.       @@mi8148 It didn't last long. After a few days she stopped. She is 15 now and she makes her own decisions about her body. It's the quarantine now; we go for walks. I still train a bit but not as much as when I wrote this. She now stays almost full time with her dad so I am not aware of all her exercise routines.

    I actually find working our abs difficult to do properly because it's not a huge muscle group and most of the exercises involve full body involvement. This makes cheating much too tempting. This is especially true for when it involves more upper body movement as you will use your chest and arms to generate as much momentum as possible to help you. Isolating the abs in the exercises takes a lot of control and technique.

    This is such a good 10 minute abs workout. I've done it several times and every time I'm exhausted at the end. It's a really good routine to do just before bed or first thing in the morning if there's not much time. Works every part of the abs thoroughly.

      @@isjedakaloshi6302 Try to only do abs a couple times a week. Two times a day for five days will exhaust your abs. Try doing other workouts on the other days!

    I started watching UA-cam workout videos January 2018 and by April abs started showing, I generally got fit...and all this happened in my room!!!
    The best part is I didn't go on any crazy diet..I just adjusted my eating habits a bit

    Anyone in quarantine doing this? 😏
    Day 1: I was dying, but feels so good once you're done. Keep your core contracted as much as you can, and do the exercises at your own pace!
    Day 2: Really sore from yesterday, but managed to complete the workout... I was more focused on the moves today, and did them at my own pace. I was even aware of when my abs weren't contracted.
    Day 3: Break... Wasn't feel too good so I decided to take a break.

    I mixed this training with GymRa advanced abs workout and some XHit videos and the results are amazing. I'm a bad cheater if it comes to sweets, but if you work really hard it's possible to get a nice ab muscles without dieting much. Thanks FitnessBlender for your excellent workouts!

    I love these short ab routines tacked onto the end of a regular workout. I hardly notice the extra time, and I like pushing myself to go a bit further. No abs showing yet, but my obliques feel fantastic.

    I've been doing this since summer of 2017 and I would finish every single workout in this video except for the bicycle crunches and now I finally did the whole thing without stopping I'm so proud. And by the way when I first started doing this I saw results within a week😄👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.

    Been doing this workout since September of 2018 along with another ab workout from fitness blender (and other workouts/ running). This workout has helped tone muscle and doing it faithfully 2-3 times a week is enough

    I love this channel so much! I lost 25 pounds doing 3 of your 10 minute videos per day in less than 2 months, and I plan on losing about 10 to 15 more pounds. You guys rock! But do you have any videos on how to smooth out hip dents? I hate mine so much.

    I've been doing this workout along with Cambria Joy's ab workout for summer and it's incredible. You feel so great after doing it and it's definitely made my stomach tighter. Would recommend these two workouts very highly!!!

    i thought the pulse crunches would be easy so i went ham on them in the beginning and then i got to the bicycle crunches and I literally died. Definitely had to stop a couple times

      tran Ngoc I know its kinda of a late response but when doing ab exercises focus on squeezing your ab muscles rather than on lifting your head this way youll manly focus on your abs.

    Today is my first day doing this ,am welling to start doing the 37 min cardio workout one day and this exercices the next day when am not feeling like put in much effort +trying to reduce the food i eat on the resting day

    Each like is one day of this workout. I really need motivation, and i’m serious.
    And I dont see any comments about whether or not this works. Just comments on how painful it is. I'll report back to let you guys know the results

      I have visible abs whenever i stop eating junk foods for two weeks.
      But this routine stopped being challenging 2 months into it. So i dont think i made much progress after that time period

      Well, of course you won’t keep making progress doing the same workouts over and over if you have built up those muscles and strength. In order to see results, you have to eventually challenge yourself to a higher level. That depends on what your goals are as well. If you want a flatter stomach and there’s no burn with the old workout, that means it’s time to advance.

    I'm a thirteen year old girl with belly fats and a slow metabolism. I do this everyday and I wanted to lose weight. Even though i am just thirteen, i am pretty heavy because of the bones and the fats. I am 61 kilograms or maybe 130 something pounds. Because of doing this and joggings and walkings too, I am now 57 kilograms.. Thank you! No pain, no gain!

    Today I bought a yoga mat, because my spinal hurts that hard when I do your Abs Workouts. Coming home, I was so excited to use my new mat and now I am just laying on it with a sore abs! Thanks for that short, but effective workout.

    is it better to switch to another ab workout after 1 week of doing this so my muscles dont get used to it? or i can continue doing this one for a month? this is a part of my daily routine + leg/butt workout and arms :) i love it

      Aleksandra Dzombic you should probably switch when ever your body is ready. try more intense workouts and if they are too complex than keep it low until you can do more

      im doint their booty blaster challenge + this for over two months now every day. I was flat as a plank now i start to feel my glutes pop up and i can se my abs :-) so you dont have to switch to another exercise just do this more times per day or increase the time of the exercises.

      I'm doing this one + leg workout for 3 months already, 4 times per week. Why I don't see any change of my body? My belly remains the same.

      M Wang maybe its ur diet... Change it when i changed mine the results were better. More proteins and fat and less carbs
