I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!

In 2019 I was extremely overweight and couldn't even walk a mile with out huffing and puffing. This very video is what introduced me in to exercising. 4yrs later I am 100lbs down and I consider walking a mile easy. I since have moved on to other exercise instructors but I just started using your exercise videos again. So wherever you are starting at don't lose faith. Just put on foot in front of the other. I always recommend these videos to people.
I really wish I found her sooner. She makes me enjoy doing what I use to think was a chore! I've lost 36lbs since February with doing her workouts and eating healthier!!! Walk from Home will forever stay in my life ❤

Hi, d Jackson....I understand what you're saying but truly, the spandex workout attire are actually more comfortable for working out. I even wear them for working out in because they allow for greater movement with no restrictions on how far we need to raise our legs or stretch, etc... And I only work out at HOME! haha (Haven't had a gym membership in YEARS!) I agree with you that there may be SOME women who dress for the reasons you stated. But by and large, the aerobic attire is made especially for FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT....Heck, even MEN wear them for their comfort and ease of movement. Come to think of it....even those in ballet and gymnastics, too! It's all about comfort and ease/freedom of movement. Exercise, like ballet, dance and gymnastics is just another activity that benefits from clothes that allow freedom of movement. Take care :)

I did these workouts in Jan 2023 when I had covid (when isolating was a legal requirement in my country). I was feeling well and these workouts saved my sanity back then. I'm a daily walker & when it's too rainy for me, I do one of these workouts instead! 5 mile nature walk yesterday & today a 1 mile walk at home & 1 hour fitness class this later this evening.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Leslie and her team. I am an overweight 50 something woman from Ireland with arthritis in my limbs most due to the pressure from body shape of heavy thighs and arms. Since lockdown I decided it’s time to try and do something about it and went in search online. I was so fortunate to come upon this 15min walk and the fantastic motivation within it and am now able to move parts of my body that were once seized up and painful. Update: I’m now 40 days into doing Leslie’s Walks at Home. This is still my favourite mile. I love when she says “Your head will feel good!”... and she’s telling the truth! I was having such a rough time when I found this video, and now, 40 days later, I’ve lost 15lbs and I’m feeling so much stronger and more in control of my life. The first day I tried this, I could barely make it through 3 minutes of exercise - now I can do 45min+ and feel great when I’m done. I just did this not once but twice. Hurt a lot the first time cuz 1) I have fibromyalgia and hip problems, 2) I am extremely out of shape and haven’t exercised in years and 3) I am nine months post partum and my body is still holding on to extra weight in the midsection. But 10 mins after I finished, the body high kicked in and I was able to do the walk again. Thanks Leslie!

Im already seeing results after a week of walking but I always do at least 30 min a day and drink a lot of water. Plus my 9 year old is losing weight after walking with Leslie for one week what a relief from high impact cardio exercise has really changed. Its not about heart rate anymore its about getting up off the sofa and moving around daily to get and stay in shape

This is really great! I try to walk every day, at least five times a week I do. Eat around 1 400 calories a day, and really hope I will loose some weight and tone my body. You inspired me by sharing your experience. Good luck!

Been doing this a few months now, when I started, I could not even do 3 mins. I have knee problems, but now I'm able to do this video twice every morning. The weight loss has been great and the knees are much improved! Thank you very much!!

Who's here in 2024? I've started my weight loss journey as a New Year's challenge. I'm following portion control and doing a 40-minute outdoor walk, along with a maximum of 1 hour at the gym, 6 times a week. My goal is to lose 66 pounds (30 kg). From tomorrow, I plan to add a 15-minute Leslie walk to my routine, making it a 40-minute outdoor walk, a 15-minute Leslie walk, 1 hour at the gym, and portion control. Good luck to everyone!

This is my third week doing Walk at home!!!
i cried of happiness when she said "we did it!" bc i was genuinely so surprised that it ended before i realized,i cried of happiness bc this was genuinely so fun and i never finish a workout but i finished this one and i just wish the best for this woman and everybody in her video,i sweated buckets and enjoyed every second of it,working out has never been this fun.im so proud of my self and i will be doing this along with 2 other workouts daily from now on.
