I have been working out with Jessica since 2014 and love both her UA-cam and professionally produced routines and this is the first time I have done this one. It came as a suggestion after I did Barre Standing Abs earlier and as I hadn’t done it before I thought I should give it a try as it is only 13 minutes long. I really enjoyed this “add on” to my abs workout this morning.💪
Added this to my morning rotation today but only used a 3 lb weight since my arms are still feeling yesterday's workout...hehehe! I've noticed that you forgot the Rotating Knee Crunch to the right side so I just rewound the video and did that part on the right side (I was just too lazy to count HAHAHA!!) then just jumped to the next exercise. I'm happy to report I can do the hinge forward move while lifting my back leg this past few weeks. When I first started working out with you 6 months ago I couldn't even do it and I'd just topple over...I'm loving it!

one of the best ab workouts i've done. i feel like many abs workouts are boring and this is far from it. you can feel the abs working on every move you do. i will definitely be doing his abs workout over and over again.

July 20, 2023: I just added this video to my playlist and it's a butt kicker! And since I'm "extra," I used one adjustable dumbbell at 9 lbs., adjustable ankle weights at 4 lbs. each, and a 5-lb hand weight for the last exercise! 💪🏽

September 28, 2023: I added an extra 3 lbs. to my adjustable dumbbell, an extra pound to each of my ankle weights, and an extra 5 lbs. to the last exercise. I move slowly and controlled because of the additional load. Great workout--thanks again!

So today is day 20 of the fit in 15 challenge. I did the tred and shred on the 21 day walk on (which I love!), but then I elected to do this standing abs workout as a bonus instead of crunch less abs. I have an almost two year old who insists on laying on Mommy for any floor work. I didn't get it in during his nap time so I chose this instead. It was a great ab workout I could feel it working!
Just came across this one! I HAVE to try it! I have a bad lower back so a lot of floor ab exercises hurt (it hurts to lay flat on the floor). I've been looking for alternative core exercises. I will def do this tomorrow! Thanks!!

hi.... im turning 40 this year.. for the past decade i hve this beer belly after giving birth.... the doctor told me not to do work outs that will stress my back, aside from that.. im asthmatic.. thats why im so grateful that i found this work out.. hope u will post more work out that will lessen the abs but not five pressure on the back

Hi Jessica, I love this workout but have you noticed that you are missing doing the lift leg and twist on the other side at min 11:30? I usually just pause to add it but it's not ideal.
i count the reps and do them on other side no big deal
