- Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, low impact, upper body focused circuit walk that you can do in a small space, with just a set of hand weights. We’ll mix up our moves for a bigger calorie burn, coordination boosting skills, and add resistance training in with our cardio to help create strength and definition while you walk.
Equipment: A set of dumbbells (2-15 lbs, depending on level)
Intensity: Moderate
Floor Work: No

This was my workout for this morning it is another one of my favorites I love these walks they are great for when you are short on time I got to work my upper body while getting a walk in I am feeling ready to start my day thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great day 😀
This is such a great one! I love the walk + triceps kickback, especially! I stitch this one together with a 10 minute legs and then a 10 minute abs and then a 10 minute stretch...Thanks for all you do, Jessica!
This was perfect for an energy and mental boost! Great for when you are short on time or lack motivation/energy to commit to a longer workout. Felt energized and great after.
My schedule at work is changing from afternoons to mornings this week, so I wanted a short workout to make sure I don't run late but still get some exercise in. I love working out with weights, and it's even better to get the weights and the walking together! Another great routine, Jessica!

This was an awesome surprise. I just woke up and for some reason decided to check UA-cam instead of popping in a DVD. I'm sweaty, even though I can't work with weights yet...I still felt it with just my body weight. I loved when Peanut's bubble popped up. I laughed :)

Your workouts are so wonderfully approachable! I have a baking job that is quite hard on the body, and often don’t want to do any exercise when I get home. Your workouts are short enough to feel do-able, but targeted enough that I can tell I made a difference in my health and body that day without being horribly sore the next. The only hard part is wishing I could snuggle with Peanut! Thank you for all that you do, Jessica. 💐💖

wow....after losing so much weight 89.9ktgs' down to 67kgs' wow it's soooo much easier to move! i don't struggle so much with balance and the exercises just seem so much more effortless :) .....love these workouts : ) thankyou

Great workout! The only way I can do the hamstring and bicep curls together is if I close my eyes! I know, crazy right? My Dobie works out with me, too, in the same enthusiastic way as Peanut! Hugs!

I have about 100 pounds to lose. Thinking about using this and the lower body with weights for the long haul. Think that would work as long as I keep upping the weights as I go?
