    Thank you for this 🙏🏼 got hip surgery last month, and won’t be able to do yoga asana for months. This pranayama is so great for me right now, and it keeps more more motivated when I have a guided practice 🥰

    Thank you for this teaching Allie. I have been feeling "blocked" for some time This practice had my right side open up and it literally felt like I had a second heart - internally. I literally felt my chest or a "second heart so to speak" pounding on my right side like my normal heart on my left side. Sending Out Universal Blessings, Peace, Prosperity, and Love

    Hi! I could feel the balance. At first I think I messed up right and left hands to which nostril. But I’ll pay better attention next time. I felt the balance the first time you said “notice what you feel.” I felt a lot of sensation as well in my back. Like a pulling almost. Interesting. At the end, I noticed the balance more heavily, almost like a weight in the center of my chest. My Om was also stronger! Thank you, Allie, for your teachings!!
