❤️❤️❤️ This was is a truly wonderful intermediate practice. So well rounded! My body feels amazing. Thanks Allie. ❤️❤️❤️ BUT I get so frustrated with the standing balancing poses. I used to be really good at them and now I keep falling out constantly. Is this maybe because I'm getting older? I am 59 now. I'm really kickass in boat pose though, so it's not a core problem, I think. 🤔❤️ AND can you please tell me if it is anjali asana or anjani asana? I just can't hear it. May peace be with you all. 😘
