Oh my gosh Meredith you totally crack me up! I added this workout to my rotation a couple of weeks ago and I'm definitely seeing results on the thighs and also on the oh so difficult lower ab area 🤓 However I've discovered I really dislike crab kicks! LOL Svelte Rocks!

The best way to grow and tone a muscle is to work that muscle 2x per week if you do a specific workout to focus on that muscle group. This means your body will need time to recover and repair the muscles that you’ve broken down from your awesome workout !
As long as you feel comfortable and able, yes! Any kind of activity is good for you and especially when it comes to working on every part of your body. I do suggest you take at least 1-2 rest days per week for your body to recover

Meredith, I have broken my back in 2 places in 2008. I'm unable to get up off the floor. If I fell, I literally could not rise. Can I do these while lying on the bed or will they not be effective? Please and thanks!

I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are low-impact and performed at your own pace, so you can work at a level that is suitable for you! 🤩👍
Love this workout. Couldn’t do the full crab kicks cuz. My left arm has a nerve or muscle issue. Doing the best I can with those. Hopefully, my arm will heal soon. 😊

Yes you can definitely try doing them from bed...little efforts eventually turn into big ones...just start where you can.

Yes and I also eat avocados each day and drink tons of water but bc I have one leg smaller than the other, the stronger one gets the muscle spasm
I have fibromyalgia and my legs feel like lead, the thigh muscles in particular ache so badly , I will keep trying tho....no pain no gain I suppose 😮😊
