This is great, but definitely not knee friendly... I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and have limited ROM in it, there are 3 exercises here that cause pain and strain on my bad knee. That deep squat at the end is impossible.
I have to go in a program so I want to reduce my hip and thigh fat I'm just 1 week let's see if it work for me or not Day 1 : ☑️ Day 2 :☑️ Day 3 :☑️ I see a very tiny difference Day 4 :☑️ Day 5 : ☑️ Oh I like the results Day 6 :☑️ same as day 5 Day 7 :☑️ I love the results if you do it for a month you will get best results 💖 Note : I did it for a week and today I tell you my results!!
