    Moved from arms to include thighs...three weeks total now - and I can now go to the pool in my swimsuit without a coverup. I was a dancer (ballet, modern) for years but life took hold and I got every out of shape. I can see my dancer body returning, albeit with curves and never going to be in a size 0 danskin again, but I ...Meredith, I just cannot thank you enough. Thank you thank you thank you.

      3 weeks I have been doing leg and total body for 650 days. You are blesed keep working. I have nothing everytime I get progress and have that hapoy feeling of achieving somwthing dor myself aince bexomung a mom it gets taken away from me.

    I just love your short but effective workouts.I do the arm toning,stretches,full body workout,muffintop workout and this exercise daily.Feel great afterwards

    Very effective, first day....thank you!! I notice my inner thighs are a little saggy since I'm 65, so hope to get them back into shape. Even though I walk and hike, and exercise everyday, as we get older, we have to work harder to have muscle tone, and strong bodies.

      That's right, Lynne! Getting stronger as we age definitely takes a little extra effort, but you're off to a great start. With consistency, you'll definitely see those inner thighs tighten up and feel even stronger. Keep up the great work-you've got this! 💪🔥

    What I love most about your workouts is that they are extremely targeted and I can fit them into my day! It brings joy to the workout. If I feel like I need to focus on thighs I focus on thighs...or shoulders, or muffin top, etc. It allows me to change it up based on what I'm feeling is for my highest good that day. With that level of targeted variety I'm able to be the master of my workout! Thanks Meredith!!

    Love all your videos! I’m disabled and have a really bad knee due to arthritis but I find I able to do your routine will some modifications when needed, but I feel the burn and love what you offer. Thanks

      ¡Hola @sandritacarannantenossa! Es genial que estés motivado para mejorar tus músculos y encontrar una rutina de ejercicios avanzada. Si bien es fantástico hacer ejercicio, hacerlo todos los días puede provocar lesiones por uso excesivo. Es mejor mezclar cosas para apuntar a diferentes grupos de músculos y evitar el aburrimiento. Intente alternarlo con otros ejercicios varias veces a la semana para mantenerlo fresco y efectivo. Y siempre escuche a su cuerpo: si algo no le parece bien, no hay problema en tomar un descanso o cambiar su rotación. ¡Continúe con el increíble trabajo para estar más saludable! ❤️💪🏻

    My favourite so far, thank you. Knees feeling less fragile (using your knee specific exercise to strengthen them) Would love to know best exercises to shift love handles (more like cabinets just now) Appreciate your guidance, thank you.

    I find these exercise stimulating. They push my body to regenerate my muscles which in turn means I lose weight but gain strength . My body tells me when to stop but now I’m able to do a repeat session so I’m must be getting stronger and fitter. Thank you so much. KathyG

    You have become my "go to" fitness program! I had to ditch weights a few years ago due to a broken back. I turned to Yoga and now I'm loving these short burst, yet extremely effective workouts. I bought "One and Done" I think in 2019 and enjoyed it, coupled with other programs, and I purchased "MetaBoost" in September. I've gone through the 10 Day program 3 times now, and this third round I've added in your additional FREE workouts. At 56 I am feeling leaner and more toned. I would love more on line (IG) interaction though, for motivation and encouragement.

    loved them all but really enjoyed the sumo and reach up and the sumo on the toes. didn't feel much with the side leg lifts. again though overall a great workout!! will definitely be doing this a couple of time a month!!
