I've used The Charcot shower or Charcot douche - it is really best to get rid of extra fat on particular zones. I have a knee problem as well, and I just go for Charcot shower 5-10 times session, ones a year . Also great anti cellulite stuff, just apply anti cellulite cream after the shower
As long as you're capable to repeat the exercise up to 3 times that's fine. And the option is your how many times a week you're able to do the workouts😊

Try to actively tuck your pelvis under keeping your lower back touching the ground when you lay back. Think of it as a string pulling your belly button to the ground. Or, think of it as sucking in your lower belly/abs to the floor, too. This should help relieve lower back stress by eliminating the gap between your lower back and the ground

You cant necessarily target the fat area, but you can build muscle in that area to help keep the skin tight and make sure your diet is allowing you to drop fat as well.
I have a lipodema stage 1 where my ankles and kness are fatty. I did exercise 5 days in a week for 3 years lost weight for 10 kgs but my legs still looks fatty especially knees area. I do jogging 1x a week for 30 minutes for 2 years this doesnt even help. When you have lipodema you have no wqy out to get rid of the fat around your legs by exercise and diet. You need the lipo suction

Some people have different muscle incisions that make people hold muscle and fat in different places. Instead of trying to get rid of the fat, Maybe you need to focus on building muscles around your knee area !

Why does fat accumulate around knees? Nothing works for me, my whole body is toned and slim apart from my knees 😭
