Oh Meredith, I like this workout so much. . . I wish I could do it every other day -as you adviced me- but sometimes I am too busy and sometimes I just procrastinate. How come I was missing this GREAT workout. Quick yes. Easy? not yet. At the end, I felt my arms were coming off their sockets.But I love it and want to continue doing it. Is it okay to do it every day??? Please anyone out there tell me if it's okay to do it every day. This summer I definitely want to go sleeveless. February 22, 2021.
You can always modify the exercises but slowing down on the movement, lowering the weight or just swapping out the exercise that’s easier on the body ! As long as you’re moving, you’re making progress !
I have an artificial knee and so for the push ups I used the wall. It felt like I was hitting the correct muscles. I hope this was ok. Same method I used in PT for my shoulder.

I would recommend giving yourself a rest day in between but you can do this 3-4 times a week!

Hi there! You may try wall push-ups, incline push-ups, dumbbell chest flies, or dumbbell bench presses 💪❤️
I loved this workout but I can't do the pushups, I would love to learn, it's so hard for me.
I also have trouble doing pushup, mainly bending my arms for some reason.
You can always modify it by doing the pushups on your knees, or you can do it on a wall!
Are wall pushups just as effective? I was in a horrible major car accident and really injured my knee, so floor pushups are out per my provider.
