    I know that these exercises are more geared for women but I am a fairly fit senior and these are just the right challenge for me. My flexibility and balance are SO much better after just one week of following your example. Thanks so much!

Criss Cross APPle sauce. means : Generally used by nursery school and primary school teachers to children, sometimes followed by “spoons in the bowl” to mean “hands in your lap”, strengthening analogy with a bowl of applesauce; alternatively, “spoons in your bowl” or “spoons in your lap”. cross-legged, with the back straight and hands in the lap and eyes forward (now being called “whole-body listening”) - brings the issue to another level. The idea, of course, is that children sitting like this will pay greater attention to the task at hand. Pick what u want. On anther note my biggest issue is my knees and I need help more shoulders, wait and tummy, I am making progress but these are areas I could do even better

    Oh Meredith, I like this workout so much. . . I wish I could do it every other day -as you adviced me- but sometimes I am too busy and sometimes I just procrastinate. Even though I sometimes do it only twice a week, I already started to see a difference in my arms and almost no flab in my armpits. Thank you!!

    How come I was missing this GREAT workout. Quick yes. Easy? not yet. At the end, I felt my arms were coming off their sockets.But I love it and want to continue doing it. Is it okay to do it every day??? Please anyone out there tell me if it's okay to do it every day. This summer I definitely want to go sleeveless. February 22, 2021.

      You can always modify the exercises but slowing down on the movement, lowering the weight or just swapping out the exercise that’s easier on the body ! As long as you’re moving, you’re making progress !

    I have an artificial knee and so for the push ups I used the wall. It felt like I was hitting the correct muscles. I hope this was ok. Same method I used in PT for my shoulder.

      You can always modify it by doing the pushups on your knees, or you can do it on a wall!

    Are wall pushups just as effective? I was in a horrible major car accident and really injured my knee, so floor pushups are out per my provider.
