👉 Coach Mere here starting the week with another brand new workout for you.
We’re balancing out the legs today with this one. Last week we did the inner thighs, so this week we’re doing an Outer Thigh Workout. 💪💪💪⠀
➡️ This workout is great for firing up the legs to get all of the muscles in the outer thighs working. It’ll help with cellulite, your glutes, and even your core!
🥰 You know the rule: Never skip leg day. It’s important to spend some time focusing on your legs to help strengthen your body for the other workouts we do. Having strong legs is important when it comes to building a strong core. So much power comes from your legs. It’s important to make sure they’re strong!
It's perfect because this is a great companion to our inner-thigh workout to help bring you results. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
⏱ It only takes 10 minutes, so if you want to feel the burn in your legs, this is it!
First, I’ll go through the motions.
Then, I’ll have you do it with me.

I’ve been looking for something like this…short workouts. I just had shoulder (rotator cuff ) surgery #5 in the past 7 yrs. I went from working 32 yrs running my butt off 56hrs a week delivering bread to not moving and putting on 55lbs. I’m hoping these workouts will help me as soon as I heal.
