I’m 66. Didn’t realize I’d been a member since June!😮. I’m just now getting started. I really want to get healthy and lose 25 lbs! Hopefully 10 by Dec 5!
What a blessing it’s been to have found your workouts! From age 40 to almost 44 I practically didn’t exercise at all except to walk my dog. We walked fast. But I wasn’t doing any strength training and I was starting to get flabby 😮. It really bothered me, but I never was motivated enough to do anything about it. This video popped up one day and I thought, “I surely can make myself do a 7 minute workout.” So I tried it and I enjoyed it. Especially the 7 minute part 😂. Then I found the bat wing arm fat workout. So I started doing both every day. Then I found Gaby’s standing ab workout. Now I have done all 3 EVERY morning for over 100 days in a row! (I’m kind of an all or nothing type of person.) Takes me about 20 mins to do all 3 if I skip explanations, etc. I feel SOOOO MUCH BETTER! THANK YOU so much for your videos! My self esteem is better and I’m feeling great - and not flabby anymore. These exercises really work!
I’ve just found this by Meredith, I’m 50 this year, totally out of shape and life has been getting harder and harder to manage. This work out is the first time I’ve felt competent and energised by a routine that made me feel great. Thank you so much Meredith for posting this free online for those of us on minimum wage. This is a wonderful workout! Thank you! I'm 72 and have been staying fit now for 22 yrs ... but before that..OY.. at age 50 I was way OUT of shape. I was 60 lbs overweight very tired and ready to give up. I looked so old. I saw myself in the mirror one day and... couldn't believe it was me! SO i went EYE TO EYE! to myself at the mirror and said "I want to save you! I want you to be healthy and get to live to enjoy life .....maybe even see grand kids someday" ... ( my first grandchild has arrived! ....3 mos ago!!) Anyway I made a pledge to myself that very day to "take a WALK every day from this day forward EVEN IF IT'S JUST 10 steps out the door and back" And I've kept that pledge now every day. It went to 20 -25 mins after the first year but bottom line I made my pledge easy. "10 steps and back" so there was NO way to fail it! (now it's a 20 -25 min walk and for past 14 yrs is daily up 400 stairs but that "10 mins" still sticks and still counts if that's all I can do if sick or traveling or ??) My mind now sees that daily 20- 25 min as a POSITIVE BRAIN PATH . Ive stayed with it because now my body WANTS that walk and my brain knows it's something I look forward to. I do the walk very "Mindfully." too and that's important part of it. Each step I'm reminding myself what a privilege it is I have two legs that work! Around same time 20 yrs ago I promised myself I'd do floor exercises as well -- even just 10 mins EZ stretchs . because I know now important it is to stay Stretched at ANY age, but espec over 50 So I've been doing a 20 min combo of Pilates and Yoga after my walk (I took some classes of each to learn proper alignment then put together my 20 mins) I generally do that after my walk. . Anyway I was needing to mix it up a bit lately and found this VIDEO... This will be great to add in to my Daily and It's a super Kickstarter to use to send to my family OR when I'm traveling and only have 10 mins. THIS ROUTINE is perfect! Thank you Meredith!
I really admire your strong determination & willpower! It surely strengthen & encourage me to get out of bed & go for walks & start exercising. After the 5 different Chemos (for 5 months for my Lymphoma), I became very weak & just gave up, became bedridden. Now thanks to you & Meredith & Jehova God, I have a new mindset. I purchased her one and done workout program. It is awesome. It is a lot easier than her UA-cam workouts but when I say that I am not putting them down. Her workouts are amazing. I feel them working right away. Her UA-cam videos don't do her justice. Purchase the program. They are the best workouts I've ever done and they work quick. Only 27 bucks. Worth every penny.
I am 40+ and have started with this 7 minute routine. It’s just 3 days and believe me.. my weighing scale has started showing some movement.. it’s indeed a miracle.. I had been workout freak earlier with regular 1.5 hours training three times a week with weight training, abs, interval training and yoga stretches at the end till pre covid era. Then I lost it and started putting on weight and no matter what I try, no change.. But now seeing some light after so many years.. scale is actually moving.. and I am not even on any specific diet.. just that one serving of salad and one banana and little or no junk.. but no change in other homemade meals intakes.. stop this is working.. it’s unbelievable to get results with just 7 minutes routine thanks for these videos.. happy with the health now ❤

I saw you on a ad while I was watching a u tube video. I can’t believe it only takes 7 minutes a day. I saw how you helped that one woman lose 50 pounds and she looked great and she was like in her 60’s. I’m starting this tomorrow and doing it for a couple weeks and see what results I get but I believe in you mare.

For my current health condition for a week I only do these exercises. I'm much slower than you but I don't give up! A little and slow is always better than nothing! C'mon people we can do it! 💪

Deuteronomy 5 Isaiah 58:12-14. Also, research the “Seven Noahide Laws.” I have heard that these are Jewish laws taken from their book, “Talmud.” The first law forbids idolatry and according to Jewish writings, to believe in Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is idolatry and is punishable by death, decapitation. I have also heard that some of the USA presidents have signed this law under “Proclamation 5956-. Education Day, U.S.A, 1989 and 1990” and, word is that, it is planned to be unleashed on all nations in the future. So, Research and see if these things be truth. Awesome! I love it! I lost 20lbs to covid, down to 93 for more than a year, still haven't regained my normal weight of 115#. Lost most of my muscle & was below 20% body fat- a dangerous place to be. Even though I've gained back 1/2 my muscles are still atrophied. I was told I'd never regain muscle since I'm 64 years. I believe this will help me tremendously. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!!!
Meredith, I recently returned from vacation with Covid. I’ve been down for two weeks now and barely have enough energy to walk to another room without having to sit down to regain some strength. It’s been awful and I really miss working out. I came across your videos and thought I’d try to make it through a 7 min session. I had to modify and rest a bit but I did it. I really love this work out, you can feel it working. My 3rd child really did a number on my body. I had to have an energy c-section, and since then I have really been struggling with that low hanging belly fat. With this workout I can feel it working in my struggle area! Thank you! I am legally disabled from back issues which started in my 20s and I am only turning 36 years old next month! I was able to do this entire workout as my very first time watching one of these videos from this channel! I will follow-up how I feel later as I usually end up in horrible flare-up anytime I try doing any type of stretching and/or exercising.

I'm a dance teacher and a lot of these workouts look amazing🤩 I like to stay active outside of work and I know how hormones affect metabolic rate so I'm sure I don't NEED this bc of the work I do. I've been looking to tone up more, and my lessons don't always require me to do the work, so I'm very interested to try this out. For those of you trying this out, the science behind what she's saying backs this up and if you cut out ultraprocessed foods, watch caloric intake, and pick your fuel intentionally; you'll be unstoppable! I love how much thought you clearly put into this routine and how much consideration you have for less abled people. This really looks like it can be easily worked into a person's lifestyle routine. Bravo 👏

I’ve recently started the Miracle Morning routine. It includes exercise. I love to workout in the afternoon/evening so I started looking for a short workout to do as part of TMM to get my blood flowing. This is perfect! I can still do a more intensive workout later in the day. Thanks!!
Hi Meredith, this is allesa I have did your program before and I loved it and I lost about 60 pounds or more and I got sick with heart condition congestive heart failure and I haven’t worked out but now I am back and my son has been diagnosed with type two diabetes and I am going to get the family in it. My daughter has PCOS my other daughter is just overweight so we are going to work out with you for 30 days for seven minute workout and I am so excited starting July 10. The family and I will begin to do our seven minute workout with you together my son lives in California we live in Texas and we’re gonna do it through communication of text so I love you Mer and I appreciate you and I thank you for allowing God to bring you in my life. I’m setting the example. I started a couple days before my children are joining in so I will do it until the 10th and then I will continue with them. I've had 2 hip replacements and one knee replacement and I am definitely going to try this!! I've been able to do so much more since I have new parts, now I'm really trying to get in shape. I am 71 years old and have already lost 25 lbs. and need to go another 25 if possible. Thank you!!

Really nice and quick workout, the explanation was a little long, it was majority of the warm up timer, but now I know next time just skip to the workout after the warm up is done. Will do this one again
Damn! That was awesome. I kept up on everything except the full plank, because I think I injured a stomach muscle a couple weeks ago. Still really hurts in some movements (not muscle pain), so I’m being cautious when that triggers. I’m 71 and did them all!!! Thank you Meredith!

Just completed this exercise which is awesome. No more gasping for air. No more panting. Easy to follow and yet give your body a blast!!!! Though it is a morning workout but it ends my day well!!! Yippee!!!

What a blessing it’s been to have found your workouts! From age 40 to almost 44 I practically didn’t exercise at all except to walk my dog. We walked fast. But I wasn’t doing any strength training and I was starting to get flabby 😮. It really bothered me, but I never was motivated enough to do anything about it. This video popped up one day and I thought, “I surely can make myself do a 7 minute workout.” So I tried it and I enjoyed it. Especially the 7 minute part 😂. Then I found the bat wing arm fat workout. So I started doing both every day. Then I found Gaby’s standing ab workout. Now I have done all 3 EVERY morning for over 100 days in a row! (I’m kind of an all or nothing type of person.) Takes me about 20 mins to do all 3 if I skip explanations, etc. I feel SOOOO MUCH BETTER! THANK YOU so much for your videos! My self esteem is better and I’m feeling great - and not flabby anymore. These exercises really work!

This is a wonderful workout! Thank you! I'm 72 and have been staying fit now for 22 yrs ... but before that..OY.. at age 50 I was way OUT of shape. I was 60 lbs overweight very tired and ready to give up. I looked so old. I saw myself in the mirror one day and... couldn't believe it was me! SO i went EYE TO EYE! to myself at the mirror and said "I want to save you! I want you to be healthy and get to live to enjoy life .....maybe even see grand kids someday" ... ( my first grandchild has arrived! ....3 mos ago!!)
Anyway I made a pledge to myself that very day to "take a WALK every day from this day forward EVEN IF IT'S JUST 10 steps out the door and back" And I've kept that pledge now every day. It went to 20 -25 mins after the first year but bottom line I made my pledge easy. "10 steps and back" so there was NO way to fail it! (now it's a 20 -25 min walk and for past 14 yrs is daily up 400 stairs but that "10 mins" still sticks and still counts if that's all I can do if sick or traveling or ??)
My mind now sees that daily 20- 25 min as a POSITIVE BRAIN PATH . Ive stayed with it because now my body WANTS that walk and my brain knows it's something I look forward to. I do the walk very "Mindfully." too and that's important part of it. Each step I'm reminding myself what a privilege it is I have two legs that work!
Around same time 20 yrs ago I promised myself I'd do floor exercises as well -- even just 10 mins EZ stretchs . because I know now important it is to stay Stretched at ANY age, but espec over 50 So I've been doing a 20 min combo of Pilates and Yoga after my walk (I took some classes of each to learn proper alignment then put together my 20 mins) I generally do that after my walk. .
Anyway I was needing to mix it up a bit lately and found this VIDEO... This will be great to add in to my Daily and It's a super Kickstarter to use to send to my family OR when I'm traveling and only have 10 mins. THIS ROUTINE is perfect! Thank you Meredith!

I purchased her one and done workout program. It is awesome. It is a lot easier than her UA-cam workouts but when I say that I am not putting them down. Her workouts are amazing. I feel them working right away. Her UA-cam videos don't do her justice. Purchase the program. They are the best workouts I've ever done and they work quick. Only 27 bucks. Worth every penny.

I am 40+ and have started with this 7 minute routine.
It’s just 3 days and believe me.. my weighing scale has started showing some movement.. it’s indeed a miracle..
I had been workout freak earlier with regular 1.5 hours training three times a week with weight training, abs, interval training and yoga stretches at the end till pre covid era. Then I lost it and started putting on weight and no matter what I try, no change..
But now seeing some light after so many years.. scale is actually moving.. and I am not even on any specific diet.. just that one serving of salad and one banana and little or no junk.. but no change in other homemade meals intakes.. stop this is working.. it’s unbelievable to get results with just 7 minutes routine thanks for these videos.. happy with the health now ❤

I saw how you helped that one woman lose 50 pounds and she looked great and she was like in her 60’s. The Sabbath command is not only to be kept but it is to be calculated by the Time/calendar God ordained in the beginning of creation, Genesis 1:14. The sun, moon and stars are God’s True Time/calendar not that famous Gregorian calendar hanging on our walls in our houses. The Sabbath is calculated by the sun, moon and stars.
This split in God’s law must be repaired!! All of God’s laws, statutes, judgments and testimonies are just and true! We must do things God’s way or else we will be worshipping him in vain. There will be no good reward.
God may allow the people that rules this world to enforce some type of Sabbath law to test people to see if they will keep His law or no.
Already, there are Sabbath laws/blue laws/Sunday laws on government books today.
Friday is not the true Sabbath. Saturday is not the true Sabbath. Sunday is not the true Sabbath, etc., because they are calculated by man’s time/calendars.
This information is helpful both now and future, to get back to God’s ways and be able to choose wisely if such a “Sabbath Test” is enforced.
Let us read our Bibles, seriously repent of our evil ways, stop worshiping other gods, talking about one another, stealing, killing, lying, fornicating, adultery, disobedient to parents, etc., etc., etc.
Worship Him that made heaven, earth and sea. This Babylonian system is falling, the Powers in charge are aware of this fact but they cannot stop it. Their time is coming to an end! Our time is coming to an end!
If any worship the beast and his image and receive his mark, the same shall have no rest day or night and they shall be burnt with fire and brimstone. Revelation 13 and 14. Deuteronomy 5 Isaiah 58:12-14.
Also, research the “Seven Noahide Laws.” I have heard that these are Jewish laws taken from their book, “Talmud.” The first law forbids idolatry and according to Jewish writings, to believe in Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is idolatry and is punishable by death, decapitation. I have also heard that some of the USA presidents have signed this law under “Proclamation 5956-. Education Day, U.S.A, 1989 and 1990” and, word is that, it is planned to be unleashed on all nations in the future. So, Research and see if these things be truth.

I lost 20lbs to covid, down to 93 for more than a year, still haven't regained my normal weight of 115#. Lost most of my muscle & was below 20% body fat- a dangerous place to be. Even though I've gained back 1/2 my muscles are still atrophied. I was told I'd never regain muscle since I'm 64 years. I believe this will help me tremendously. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!!!

I recently returned from vacation with Covid. I’ve been down for two weeks now and barely have enough energy to walk to another room without having to sit down to regain some strength. It’s been awful and I really miss working out. I came across your videos and thought I’d try to make it through a 7 min session.

I really love this work out, you can feel it working. My 3rd child really did a number on my body. I am legally disabled from back issues which started in my 20s and I am only turning 36 years old next month! I was able to do this entire workout as my very first time watching one of these videos from this channel! I will follow-up how I feel later as I usually end up in horrible flare-up anytime I try doing any type of stretching and/or exercising.

I love your workouts!❤ I started them in 2021 and loved them through 2022. I unfortunately slacked off, a lot, in 2023. 2024 is my Year to get in great shape and better health and I will with your exercise programs. I'm a dance teacher and a lot of these workouts look amazing🤩 I like to stay active outside of work and I know how hormones affect metabolic rate so I'm sure I don't NEED this bc of the work I do. I've been looking to tone up more, and my lessons don't always require me to do the work, so I'm very interested to try this out. For those of you trying this out, the science behind what she's saying backs this up and if you cut out ultraprocessed foods, watch caloric intake, and pick your fuel intentionally; you'll be unstoppable! I love how much thought you clearly put into this routine and how much consideration you have for less abled people. This really looks like it can be easily worked into a person's lifestyle routine. Bravo 👏

I’ve recently started the Miracle Morning routine. It includes exercise. I love to workout in the afternoon/evening so I started looking for a short workout to do as part of TMM to get my blood flowing. This is perfect! I can still do a more intensive workout later in the day. Thanks!!

Hi Meredith, this is allesa I have did your program before and I loved it and I lost about 60 pounds or more and I got sick with heart condition congestive heart failure and I haven’t worked out but now I am back and my son has been diagnosed with type two diabetes and I am going to get the family in it. My daughter has PCOS my other daughter is just overweight so we are going to work out with you for 30 days for seven minute workout and I am so excited starting July 10. The family and I will begin to do our seven minute workout with you together my son lives in California we live in Texas and we’re gonna do it through communication of text so I love you Mer and I appreciate you and I thank you for allowing God to bring you in my life. I’m setting the example. I started a couple days before my children are joining in so I will do it until the 10th and then I will continue with them. I’m encouraged I wanna be better I want to be healthier I want to be an example? Thank you so much.

I've had 2 hip replacements and one knee replacement and I am definitely going to try this!! I've been able to do so much more since I have new parts, now I'm really trying to get in shape. I am 71 years old and have already lost 25 lbs. and need to go another 25 if possible. Thank you!!

Damn! That was awesome. I kept up on everything except the full plank, because I think I injured a stomach muscle a couple weeks ago. Still really hurts in some movements (not muscle pain), so I’m being cautious when that triggers. I’m 71 and did them all!!! Thank you Meredith!
