I just love the way the Svelte workouts combine bodyweight, intervals, pilates and yoga. I started One and Done when our gym closed in 2020 and enjoy it so much I have continued even after the gym opened back up. I am 67 and have improved strength and stability with Meredith's workouts. Really appreciate the focus on exercise form and safety.

I'm 56 and LOVE your workouts! ALL of them! I purchased One & Done in May of 2020 (beginning of Pandemic); I didn't quite understand how the program worked (my fault), so I used your O&D program as a warmup for my other workouts. Then after awhile, I just kind of let O&D slip to the wayside. However, I rediscovered you in September of 2022 (MetaBoost) and wanted to try you again. I TOTALLY enjoyed doing the isometrics of MB and how quick and efficient the workouts were. I've been alternating both workouts ever since (yes, I learned how to do O&D), and haven't stopped. I subsequently found your UA-cam channel as well, and now incorporate lots of your extra workouts into my day. I LOVE LOVE LOVE doing standing abs. I am 56 and fit. Love health and wellness, and am looking to build (or find) a Tribe of like minded women that are about my same age. I love making fit friends.

Buongiorno Meredith, volevo sapere come dovrei organizzare un workout con i tuoi esercizi e quanto dovrebbe durare un workout al giorno?
Great question! First of all, remember CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Beginners, aim for 2-3 days per week - working your way up😊 For intermediate, 3-4 days per week. It’s important to exercise different parts of your body! I recommend alternating between days & sections of your body. For example, one day focus on upper body (arms, back, chest), another day focus on lower body (legs, glutes), then another day you can focus on your core or cardio! If you want to target a specific area such as knee fat, love handles, bat wings, etc… you can always add a quick body specific exercise at the end of any workout as a finisher! We have them ALL here on our channel. Just do a quick word search for what you’re looking for. Hope this helps💜
