  • Come try todays Crossfit HIIT Canada Day Home Workout; great for all levels, and all done in 20 minutes. This one is definitely challenging, but adjust the weights accordingly. If you don't want to do devils press (no one does 😆) you can substitute power cleans or anything you like.
    This is a great workout if you want to build muscle, get an intense crossfit HIIT style workout in, great sweat, while building muscle and really pushing yourself to the limits. This is one of the hardest ones we've done.
    Workout Description:
    20 Minutes - 5 Rounds - 3 Minutes Work : 1 Minute Rest.
    AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible in 3 Minutes):
    3 Devils Press
    6 Push Ups
    9 Squats
    Aim for anywhere between 2-5 sets per round. If you can do 5 rounds a set let us know in the comments as you are a beast. We did around 4, never finished 5 full rounds; next time we'll push harder. Enjoy.

    CONQUERED! This one was FIRE! I must admit I believe I did pretty well for my first time completing this workout. Here are my stats: using a 30lb DB Round 1: 4 sets, Round 2: 4 sets, (scaled down to a 25lb DB for the last 3 rounds) Round 3: 3 sets, Round 4: 2 sets and Round 5: 2 sets. Yall brought the heat with this one! Keep em coming!
